Absolutely awesome work! I took the starter or more like remnants, off my 1930 model A to him to get it rebuilt. He knocked it out of the park and for a fraction of a new one. Put it on the car, and it spins so nice. Thanks for helping me keep it around for maybe another 100 years!
I was sketched out about buying an AutoZone/advance alternator since they barely last 3 years. I brought my OEM alternator in the morning and Melson had it up and running just a few hours later. Hassle free repair and was still cheaper than most of the aftermarket alternators out there. Cannot recommend it enough if you have an original alternator, just get it rebuilt or repaired.
Next day turn around on repairing an alternator I can't get a replacement. Knew what was likely wrong and had parts on hand for the repair. Customer for life. Way too cheap. Thanks for the fast alternator rebuild!
Great old time parts store that offers component rebuilding services and top quality DEKA batteries. The kind of place where they know what you need and customer service rules! Please patronize these guys instead of that National Chain Auto Parts store with th employees who don’t know their way around a vehicle!!
Rick does great work rebuilding starters and alternators for cars, trucks, tractors, etc. No matter what I bring him, he usually gets it rebuilt by the next day, a lot of times for less money than a cheap imported aftermarket part from the store or online. It makes sense to me to have a high quality rebuild of my original OEM starter/alternator that will last another 10 or more years rather than rely on a low quality aftermarket part.
Great customer service, if your on a budget they will do what they can to get you back up and running. Plus a 30 or 90 day warranty, not 100%. They do warranty there work.

Very fast and friendly service. They rebuilt the alternator for my Acura over a year ago. No issues and the price was less than half that of Advanced or O'riley. Support your local businesses, you wont go wrong here!!!

Worst car search experience, drove an hour after being told 20 minutes away, racial slurs over touching the vehicle I was going to buy, vehicle had dust gathered only swiped off to reveal the deep scratches.
This is an awesome place to buy parts. People there are really helpful and nice. Most of the time when i shop around this place most always has cheaper prices.
