Excellent on time service. I have had multiple occasions that I and my friends needed help. Tyler and the running bear team were there to help us good price. Excellent service we’ve been very happy.

We have used Running Bear Towing twice in the last couple years. This guy is fantastic! He says I will be there in 35 minutes, you can count on him being there in 35 minutes. He is extremely fast and professional. I would recommend this guy to anyone. He even remembered the first time we used his service. I personally will never use anyone else. Thank you, Tyler

I was driving home from work, when I had a fender bender accident, trying to pass around a tractor, clipping my front end. I was able to make it over to the shoulder, however my car was badly damaged. Feeling mortified, sad, and shook up, I prayed, and then Googled "reasonable towing near me," and "Running Bear Towing, and Collision" was the first listing that came up. Tyler was right there to help very quickly! He was kind, calm, and asked Where I was thinking of to have my vehicle repaired. As we chatted it was clear that he was very knowledgeable of all things automotive, and about business in the Statesville area. When we were settled at home, the answer was so obvious, that since he clearly knew what he was talking about, and that we should be wary... We definitely wanted Tyler to fix our car! He was a God send! The car looked like new, and you couldn't even tell what had happened! ..... Not only that, my husband's truck was broken down, parked in our driveway for over a year because we had thought the worst, and, someone told us it would be an extremely expensive repair. Tyler did a quick diagnosis, and when we had the money saved up, he did a fantastic job helping to repair the truck for very reasonable as well! My husband is so very thankful to be back on the road! ? Thank you Tyler, and thank you Jesus! Five Stars! Need I say more????

Fantastic service, amazing person, rescued me when no one else would. I can’t say enough about this towing company. They were very personable and professional. They are not out to just make a dollar. The owner himself was very helpful in finding cheaper alternatives. Best Towing Around! When driving through town and the tire got a flat, and the insurance company wanted us to wait around for 2 hrs, to take to a closed tire repair. I took matters into my own hands and called an open repair store, and they referred Running Bear Towing. Best decision ever, they were there to tow 9 am on a Sunday! Very helpful, did a fantastic job, the only reason not to call them the first time ever time is that you can tow yourself! Seriously call them and don't wait around!

Me and the family were en-route to return home from a family trip, when our alternator decided to die on us while passing through Statesville. I called Running Bear and immediately reached Tyler! After taking just a few minutes to gather necessary information from us, he arrived within 20 minutes and got our vehicle cleared from the roadway and transported to a local dealership. Tyler also was able to test our alternator and confirm that was the problem, which allowed for quick diagnostic at the dealership. Tyler provided OUTSTANDING service to us and at an affordable price. Tyler was amazing! We just bought a car in Marietta Georgia and were traveling home to NH. Our car started acting up when we stopped at a gas station , but our car needed to be towed. I googled tow truck near me and Running Bear Towing popped up. Tyler went over and above. He quoted a very reasonable price and promised he would arrive within an hour (and he did). He let us ride with him to the service place that agreed to repair our vehicle. DID I MENTION IT IS SUNDAY?!?!?!? I recommend Tyler to anyone who needs a tow. He took the bad energy out of the day.

Tyler answered phone call immediately and was very prompt in meeting to help me get our vehicle to a local mechanic shop. Best towing service I’ve ever encountered. He stated he would be at our location in twenty minutes, but was there in 15minutes. Had our car loaded up and headed off in less than 20minutes. He was a delightful gentleman and we absolutely have his card in our pocket if we ever need another tow. A true delight and honest man. If you need help, he’s the one to call.

My van was stuck in a very bad ditch off the road and the service provided was spectacular! Tyler came extremely fast and got to work right away. All of 15 minutes I want to say and the van was hooked up to the back of his trailer. Not to mention the price was beyond reasonable! Tyler made sure to help with any concerns outside of the towing such as gas or air in the tire. If you have any trouble with towing this is the company!

Tyler literally saved my truck and trailer from sliding down into a ravine. I frantically called other services and got answering machines. But Tyler picked up the phone on a Saturday morning, dropped what he was doing, and came to my aid. He was very smart with his approach to retrieving my truck and got me out safe and sound.
