I brought my car here for a simple quote on a fender and headlight replacement after hitting a deer. No paperwork was signed and no repairs were authorized. Despite that, the shop performed work without my consent and later presented me with a $748 bill, adding storage fees that were never disclosed. When I tried to pick up my vehicle, they refused to release it until I paid. I had to involve law enforcement just to retrieve my own property. The car looked the same as when I dropped it off, aside from unauthorized paint and headlight work. North Carolina law requires signed authorization for repairs — which I never gave. Customers deserve honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Kenny the mechanic is also Kenny the Angel. On the returning leg of a round road trip NYC to ATL I found myself with a failing transmission as I was 3 hours in on a 14 hour ride back to NY. It was a Sunday, Kenny left his family reunion to help this Yankee with his southern hospitality. Kenny took care of me in a place when I have Family in the State of North Carolina but 4 hours away. I stopped by Kenny's Auto Body for a small repair. Upon my arrival, I met with Kenny's who took the time to assass the needed repair and was able to schedule me in next day if needed. Kenny's was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. When dropping off the vehicle, Kenny's staff was as professional as he was. I was kept informed of the repair progress, and the completed job was on time and perfect. I couldn't have been more pleased with this business, and strongly encourage you to contact them for any repairs needed.

We just picked up our car and it is perfect!!! Seamless work can’t even tell where the accident happened. Kenny's body work and paint work are the highest of quality! For my vehicle, he completed the work for less than half of the cost of other local competitors. Our case was also an insurance claim where our goal was to keep the insured repairs under the state regulated $2300 in order to avoid a premium increase for us. Initially we thought we may have to pay for some of the repair out of pocket to meet this threshold, but Kenny was able to keep the total cost under this line. We saved extra out of pocket expense and on our future monthly insurance premiums!

After being rear ended our CRV had chassis damage also thus making the estimate from the first body shop double what State Farm offered. It would then have been totaled ; but Kenny fixed all the body work perfectly as well as the underside and when we picked it up yesterday it was better than new with a clean interior as well as exterior! All for the same amount offered by State Farm even though that was a thousand less than his estimate. Thank YOU SO much Kenny.

Had been looking at several body shops in the area to do a hood swap on my Tacoma but was told by all of them I'd have to wait until the week following. Called Kenny's Auto Body Repair and talked to Kenny himself. He generously offered to do it the next day. I showed up and he immediately had me pull into the garage. With his team member Eduardo they had my new hood perfectly installed in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Kenny's Auto Body Repair highly enough - 10 stars if I could. Both Kenny and Eduardo were two of the most welcoming, kind, helpful, knowlegable, personal and professional individuals I've encountered in the auto repair industry. Don't be fooled by his unassuming single car garage shop in Mooresville. It means they're not distracted like most of the bigger shops and put all the focus on getting the work done right one vehicle at a time and at an extremely fair price. I'll definitely be using Kenny's with any future auto body needs.

Kenny has repaired my car 2 times now and both times he has done an outstanding job. He is easy to work with, stays in communication with the insurance co and the customer regarding the repair.
