I was traveling from upstate New York to Florida, returning from a hunting trip and broke down. I needed to be back in Florida next day, as myself and all of my family were leaving the country in 2 days for a trip to Panama for thanksgiving. We looked online for local automobile repair garages nearby. Saw they had great reviews, and tow truck driver said I picked the best garage local to my breakdown situation. Reviews and tow truck driver couldn’t be more correct! My pickup truck was dropped off there on Tuesday afternoon, they did initial analysis immediately and gave preliminary analysis, which could not be addressed until following morning. I got local motel room for the night and rental car. I had no transportation, so they provided transportation to get rental car. Then, the next morning they had my truck on the rack and had the issue properly diagnosed and informed me that needed to get parts, but would be able to get the parts and have it repaired that day. They were true to their word, they got done and had me on the road that early afternoon and I was home by 7:30. I’m so thankful to them for accommodating me and making it possible for me to be with my family on special thanksgiving with them in Panama.

Keeping it short and sweet. Great, honest, hardworking professionals. I will be doing all of mine and fiance's maintenance here, from here on out.

Troutman is lucky to have such a wonderful auto care facility! My husband and I were traveling and my car started making a very odd noise and driving weird. Stopped at the Pilot truck stop and were directed to Troutman Auto Care. From the minute we arrived you could tell this was a top notch vendor. Super friendly staff. We were taken excellent care of and back on the road in about an hour. We certainly wish we lived closer so we could make this our goto for all auto care!!!

Had a tire blow out and my wife had to get it fixed. She took it to Troutman Auto. They charged $250 and didn’t even show the professionalism to put the spare back properly, tighten it down or put the tool rack back. I kinda expected to be over-charged but they could have at least finished the job. Update... After the owner of Troutman Auto had read my rating/post, he called me to apologize and refunded my purchase. He made it right.

I stopped by a couple months ago with a nail in my tire, they assisted me right away. Plugged it up. The same tire started to leak air again, we took it back and they replaced the plug free of charge. This shop is so kind and so helpful. Quick service and overall they genuinely care. I recommend to anyone!

I was traveling from Florida towing a camper. I just had work done in Florida and my truck started overheating. It was the problem I just had fixed in Florida. I called my mechanic and he found Troutman Auto Care which was 3 miles from where I was stranded.They agreed to look at my issue and took us right in. We received Amazing service. If you live or find yourself in Troutman NC use this shop. Honest, caring and competent folks.

I have taken our vehicles to Troutman Auto Care for 15 years now, so you could say this review is long past due. I recently blew the head gasket in my 2004 Lexus Gx 470 with 221,000 miles on it. We have towed with it and driven it hard. I had a new engine shipped to Troutman Auto and they did an amazing job taking out the old engine and installing the new one. They can do anything! Just as importantly was the amazing service and communication by Andy, Chad, Jeremy and the crew. Would not take my Lexus anywhere else!

Andy and Travis went above and beyond they are awesome. If your in the area and need any work done to your vehicle I highly recommend going there!

Andy and Travis are fantastic I own a shop in Florida and had a customer left stranded up there due to a defective part we installed not only did they take care of my customer they went above and beyond and I’m grateful for that. You guys are amazing thank you again.

I just wanted to express what fine Americans the people of Troutman Auto Care are. Some people in Statesville were trying to scam my wife and it gladens my heart to know there are decent and hard working men and woman out there in the muck of this ever changing world that still give a damn. That still wave the flag and not mince words.Troutman Auto Care is the only place I'm sending my family for service. God bless you all & God bless America. Alvin and Alvin II are the Best auto mechanics ever, hubby was very comfortable waiting for them to complete the work needed, best thing is they take Car Shield, and the place is in our neighborhood, so take your bat mobiles over there, you will not be disappointed. Thanks ??

Troutman Auto Care does a fantastic job keeping my vehicles in top shape. From tires and alignments to any type of repair job they have me covered. They don't just diagnose your issue, they go further to find the root cause so it doesn't happen again. They handle my classic cars to my latest 2024 Grenadier as they have the expertise and specialized equipment to fix it all. Visit Chad and his team and you will not be disappointed!!!

If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! Andy didn’t know me from anyone but got me right in to change out trailer tires at an outstanding price!! Andy then realized a wheel bearing on my trailer was very compromised and fixed it on the spot and wouldn’t even let me pay him. They were very busy during my service but everyone I came in contact with was 10 stars and no less!!! They have my future business period! You don’t find shops as honest and trustworthy as this anymore! And I’ll definitely be referring my lawn clients in the area to this shop!!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. My family will not be taking our cars elsewhere. Everyone I've ever interacted with has been nothing but helpful and kind. I need tires and an alignment recently. Andy gave me his recommendations, thoughts, etc. I instantly felt comfortable. Honest, reliable, quick, so many other good things to say!

I have been going to troutman tire and auto for almost 10 years & they have the best prices & customer service anyone could ask for. No beating around the bush. No matter where I’ve lived in the CGA, I’ve always come to get my car serviced here.

Troutman Tire and Auto always gives a fair price and is so helpful. They helped me change a burnt out headlight in the parking lot in the rain and we're beyond nice. I've been going ever since and I'll go there anytime I need a service.

Needed 2 trailer tires replaced. The guy on the phone was super easy to work with, I was quoted an accurate price, and the work was done quickly. I like supporting local business and I would take my vehicle back here. The waiting area and office area are pretty dirty, but this is an automotive shop. What do you expect?! They seem like very nice people trying to make an honest living. I would probably give 5 stars if more attention was paid to the cleanliness of the office and waiting area.

Just want to say how nice these guys are! I needed a tire repair before heading out of town this weekend. They took care of me immediately so I can get back to work. Price was amazing. Saved me from having to replace my tire. We are fairly new to the area and this is a shop I will return to.

Having a problem with a tire losing air. Stopped by to have them check it out. It was time to get new ones. Gave me a reasonable quote on the spot and scheduled me the following day for install. Done in less than an hour. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Knowledge and customer service has been great..as in plural visits with different vehicles. staff is awesome to fit you in, diagnose, and repair your vehicle within a day! Actually will be back this week for more work. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Jeremy and Andy were very helpful and gave us good advice as well as scheduling our next vehicle needs. They don't try and add unnecessary work/fees and advise you on what will need to be done & when. I recommend making an appointment. There's a drop-off box for keys, also.

Amazing people. They do amazing work. I haven't had any issues out of Troutman Tire and Auto. They look out for you and your safety of driving, they want your vehicle to be running properly so nothing happens to you or your car while on the road.

Stopped by because my tire was going flat on a trip from Atlanta to Baltimore. I wish I knew the technician's name who helped me...he was so nice. Found a nail in my tire and plugged it...also checked all my other tires to make sure I was safe. I had a camper hooked to my car and didn't want to unhook everything...they did it right on the spot and I didn't even have to take my dog out in the heat! I didn't have an appointment they just made time for me. They made a nerve-wracking trip so much better. It was fast and I felt like they cared about people and not just money. Great place and amazing employees!

Andy and the guys there are always very friendly and helpful when I come in. Also very convenient since I work just right down the street. Took my Malibu there when it was running rough and they troubleshot and figured out the problem. Also done an alignment and it drives great now.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and their prices are great! They know what they are doing and you can trust them to do the job right! Encountered them with an accident to one of my vehicles and they had it fixed and ready for pick up within 2 days! I have since taken my other vehicles here to have small issues taken care of and every time they are very knowledgeable and it doesn't hurt your wallet as much as some of the other shops do!

I initially went in for an inspection a few months ago, and I felt so good about the place that I decided to come back when my car needed work. I had 2 tires replaced, an alignment done, and my belts replaced. Their customer service is great, the price was fair, and Andy was able to handle my level of awkwardness. I've had my car back for a little over a week, and it has never ridden as smoothly as it does now! I will absolutely be returning here in the future.
