My son bought a truck from here a couple months ago. To be honest, on the way home the check engine light came on and something messed up with the truck.
I was thinking, "great- it's an 'as is' purchase, this isn't good" my son called and they sent a tow truck not once, but twice all the way to andrews [over an hour away] and put the truck in the shop and fixed the issue. All at no cost to my son. This is the ONLY used car lot that I know of that has ever done that.
Since then, the truck has been great and everything my son wanted. The issue that happened wasn't something that was 'hidden' , it just happened..
I would definitely recommend this place.
The price was right for the part I needed. I plucked it myself, and if you need something call him up. Lots of 4runners, Subaru's, Ford and GM. Mid 80's to mid 00's. I enjoy walking to rows of old vehicles personally. Watch for snakes, hornets and cow pies.
He sold me a decent vehicle at a reasonable rate, highly recommended in this area. Plan to do business with him for mechanical issues on one of my other vehicles and possibly purchase another vehicle from him in the future.
Bart is very good at his profession. He has took care of all my automotive nesds for a couple yrs now. If i have any kind of problem hes the man that i call.
Good, honest mechanic. We called Bart Vance on the recommendation of a friend to replace the water pump in our hybrid Lexus. Other area mechanics wouldn't/couldn't do the job or quoted a very high price. Bart was knowledgeable, fair (did the job we wanted for the price he quoted, which was VERY reasonable) and dependable (completed the work in the projected timeframe). It was a very good first-time experience!
