Drivers were courteous and punctual. However watch your vehicle when they load it! The tech who picked my car up to tow it removed a plastic cover from my front bumper (to access the hook to tow it). I got my car from the repair shop they towed it to & noticed a hole on the bumper where that piece was before they towed my car. I did reach out to the owners. They said they contacted the tech, who told them it was left in my car's seat, however it was not. I will now have to order a replacement piece from Ebay at my own expense because of them losing it. I realize it isn't a huge piece but I feel like they should not have lied about placing it in my car when they clearly did not. It is so very noticeable & now after a hefty repair bill I have to replace this as well.

Great people !!! We met Joe and his wife while out at the flea market today. Our Jeep broke down (battery) didn't know why at the time.. They stopped to help us jump it off. Couldn’t ask for better people. Thank you!!

Ricky came to our rescue and went far above with his customer service. He gave us a ride home and ordered the part we needed from advanced using his discount as well as discussed helping our family with some other things. Broke down in town on a Saturday. Ricky the driver was awesome. Got there within 5 minutes, picked up our broken down pickup, and dropped us off at the only open shop in town a few minutes later. Very reasonable rates too. Thank you sir.

Cecil from Pitts is the man, he shows up when he says he going to be there and gets the job done and also has great customer service. Also it's worth every penny to have towing on your insurance.

My husband went to get his truck inspected and 3 men that worked there told my husband 3 different places to park making him feel stupid and even the owner making his hand gestures on signs or whatever check with your minions telling him where to park. My husband said yall lost our respect and us as a customer.

These guys are exceptional! I was doing daily chores and my truck wouldn't go in gear. These guys are awesome. After less than 5 minutes Mr. Joe slide under the truck and zip tie and had it going in gear. I will recommend them in a heartbeat! Blessed to have them there for me.!!

Cecil was amazing. Had a flat this morning at 7:30 and he came within 40 minutes and it was a 30 minute drive to get me. They are very affordable and Cecil is an amazing guy. Would recommend 10x over again to anyone. Amazing guys.

I called because my grandmother got locked out of her car and Chris sent a driver named Cecil to help her. These guys were there within 10 min. Chris even texted me immediately to let me know they got her unlocked. Thank you guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wish I could give them 100 stars. Showed up in one helluva storm 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and did not complain about having to work from the side of the interstate in a down pour and extremely hazardous situation. I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 guys that helped me yesterday with my motorcycle because I want them again if I ever find myself in need of a tow. Really outstanding men! I was absolutely blown away at my experience with Pitts towing. We live in franklin. My wife's car broke down in Clyde. Not only was Pitts $1000 less than the other companies we called. But the driver offered to wait with my wife until I got there to pick her up. They are professional, reliable, reasonable, and respectful. I could not have possibly anticipated the interaction going as well as it did.

Truck driver just pulled into passing lane, turned all his white lights on and applied his brakes. DANGEROUS DRIVER!!! Not a company I would use!

Pitts Towing was dispatched by our insurance company. The driver let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly, helpful, and professional. He was aware we had my wife’s service dog, and informed us the dog could ride in the tow truck with us. When we arrived home he off loaded our Jeep, informed us that he would file all the needed paperwork with our insurance company. Joe is a first class tow operator. We would not hesitate to use Pitts Towing again.

The gentleman who towed me home was incredibly kind and understanding! Was incredibly helpful in getting my truck parked in a safe place. I couldn’t be more grateful for their timeliness and patience with me in a difficult time!

I was so appreciative of the prompt service sent to me via my insurance. I stupidly locked my keys in my car- first time ever !!! A very polite young man came to tow my car to the dealer this morning. He was so nice and it wasn’t an easy spot to get it on his truck. Being on a steep incline he managed to get the car up on the truck. Thank you

Joe is without a doubt the nicest human being I have ever met. I'm from out of state and had an accident on the interstate there, and he made extraordinary efforts to help me get my possessions out of my totaled car before I left to go home over 4 hours away. It is the best customer service anyone could ever ask for.

Pitts towing helped us after we had an accident and my car was disabled along I-40. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They took time to sympathize with our situation and helped ensure our comfort until our ride could arrive at their shop. After we left, they kept us up to date until the vehicle was removed from their property. We don't live nearby, but if we did we would definitely use Pitts again.

My boss had his car towed from his shop to the mechanic. Driver showed up in 10 minutes. We loaded up the car and was on our way. Very professional. Definitely would recommend.

I put myself in my own ditch culvert at my own house in a moment of pure stupidity. Contacted Pitt Towing- Bob came up 20 miles or so at night and pulled my 2500 truck up and out of the 3' deep culvert - Super friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable - Absolutely recommend for locals and visitors alike.
