Chris did an outstanding job getting my car out of a ditch on a hill with a 30% plus grade!! He calmed me down and pulled the car out without damaging it! So nice and patient with hard-headed me. And that is saying something 😁 You are an angel Chris!!

On my one year wedding anniversary came up to Maggie Valley the wife accidentally locked us out the camper. And the only set was in the jeep. Thankfully they were speedy and VERY GENEROUS, and VERY REASONABLY PRICED. Thank y’all I really appreciate it!

We had one of our work vans breakdown at a job site due to the serpentine belt coming off. I called Anytime Towing and they were able to tow our vehicle and deliver it to the mechanic by the end of the day. Time is of the essence whenever your work vehicles break down, as we need them to be repaired as soon as possible to keep work moving. That being said, we are extremely appreciative of this company coming as quickly as they did. Communication is great and the price was even better.

Chris at Anytime Towing did an outstanding job moving our fifth-wheel TV from one park to another. My husband has mobility issues and Chris helped us setup. We appreciate his willingness to do more than he had to.

My pa recently got into a wreck. Thankfully he's okay now but it was quite the scare. Thanks to Anytime Towing, he was able to come home safe and sound and they were able to tow our car back for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth it

Visiting from out of town and got off the beaten path looking for a hiking trail. Ended up getting the car stuck trying to turn around on a narrow, gravel mountain road. Made a phone call to Anytime Towing and Recovery, and Chris showed up in less than an hour to help us. Fast response time, he knew exactly what to do and the nicest guy! Chris was so kind! He came right out and made sure we were taken care of at auto repair shop. Not the way we wanted to spend our last morning on vacation but Chris blessed us.

Super fast service. The driver, Ken, was great. He waited on the side of the highway with us until our transportation arrived. This was all in the aftermath of Helene too!

My wife and I broke down in a construction zone on our way home from an out of state trip and just needed towed out of the zone/to the next exit (approximately 0.5 miles). Owner went on to charge $315 for a less than 5 min down the road trip. Average towing companies usually charge about $75-100 for a flat fee within 10 miles. If left in similar circumstances, we would never call this company and urge other people who find themselves broken down while traveling to do the same. There is a big difference between making money and taking advantage of people.

Great company car broke down 1 1/2 from home on a Saturday night with my wife and son. They came right out and got us and picked up car,gave us a very good rate and had us home within a couple hours. Driver was very nice and friendly would recommend to anyone.

Chris is the absolute best! I had to tow my tiny home from one town to another and I had a lot of anxiety about it, but my nerves were completely calmed pretty much as soon as I met Chris. There were so many little details I was worried about and he handled it all like a boss and was steps ahead of me even having to voice my concerns. Other towing companies I talked to before I called Chris made it seem like this was a near impossible job for them, but for Chris it was no biggie. He’s a very capable and delightfully kind person. I’ll be using him exclusively for all my towing needs in the future and recommending him to everyone I know. He’s out of Waynesville/Maggie Valley but met me in Clyde and moved the tiny home to the Asheville/Leicester area. He truly went above and beyond by helping me level the tiny at the destination and helping me strap things down before the move, made sure the tire air pressure was correct, collaboration on the safest tow route etc. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of general towing/ tiny home moving!

When i say Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable and Dependable. I give this company 100%. a 10out of 10 i had a 2 tire blow- out on 85N, 335 miles from home My insurance company only took my vehicle to a nearby tire company who could not replace my tires after trying to find a company to bring my vehicle home, the scans of asking for Zelle or cash app was ridiculous Chelsea, i appreciate you. She was honest and immediately felt the scariness in my voice and went into action They picked up my disabled vehicle from the tire shop, and stayed in contact with me and in 24 hours brought my truck home to me You can doubt anything in this story or think this is a scam, but as a Veteran, honesty is the best policy, and they delivered from the beginning of our conversation until I got my vehicle. i will refer and use you anytime Thank you for helping me in a time when i needed the patience.

Huge thank you to Anytime Towing who assisted my children who were on the side of the road 5 and half hours away from home. They arrived quickly and Bubba, their driver, was amazing. He made sure my boys were safe for the night and set them up with a mobile mechanic. Bubba definitely went above and beyond and even called later in the day to make sure the boys made it to Charlotte. We need more Bubba’s in our world.

Anytime Towing was fantastic! We were in a situation where we needed along distance flat bed tow from Waynesville to a Greenville Mini Dealership and they were more than happy to help us figure out the best way to do it and at a reasonable price. They were available in a timely fashion and proactive in terms of potential weather issues, coming to us after hours to avoid next day issues. Both the office staff and the driver were fantastic and we were correct in trusting them completely as they were educated in what was going on with the car and what would be needed as well. Even retrieved the vehicle from a difficult location. Thank you for taking such good care of us! I highly recommend this local business!

Very quick response and super friendly dispatch and driver. He was quick to get my truck on his bed at night after I broke down. He delivered it to the service center efficiently and had a smile the whole time. Great people and though I hope I never need another tow, if I do I’m calling these guys.

I’m updating this review as I called today(Aug 2022) about having a Jeep pulled back into the road from the flat shoulder-it is on bags of leaves which is why it must be pulled off. For the tow outlined in the review below we paid $30. However to pull a jeep back into the road is $125-$175? To say I was shocked was an understatement. How is it 4x-6x more expensive to pull something into the road than it is to actually load and then move a car on a flatbed? If I were in a different area I would chalk it up to the difference in distance however we are again within a mile of my home. I had a vehicle towed 6 miles about a month ago-different company-and that was $60. I would really recommend calling another company as the prices here are clearly no longer competitive in anyway-I guess that’s why he said he would be able to arrive so quickly-with prices so high they don’t get as many calls and can therefore come to you quick. Original review: I had to have my 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 towed less than a mile. They were super reasonably priced-I know my car didn’t have to go far but it was at least a 25 minute drive to me. He got it exactly where I needed which says a bunch since my home looks like a place where cars and boats go to die...we have lots of them all over. I normally only use one specific towing company but they are popular and stay busy so I called anytime and they arrived within the hour. It was also the most reasonable tow I think I have ever had.

Best tow company ever! If you need a tow this is the company you want. Reasonable rates, great service, and super communication. Thank you for being available on Sunday and willing to get 2 bikes and riders out of the rain. Jimmy is amazing! The care and service is above any other tow company we've used.

Chris, the owner, rescued us after we hit a road hazard on I-40 on Memorial Day weekend near Canton. The service call was extremely prompt and Chris was very professional and calming. I say calming because we were in an unfamiliar area and needed help to find a dealership (8:30pm Sat) and hotel while still very shaken from the incident. Do not hesitate to call this company, you will not be dissapointed. Thanks again Chris, everything turned out alright!

Last week (approximately 1 week after arriving to Maggie), there was a winter storm, and unbeknownst to me I should have made a right turn that day instead of attempting to travel 'up' the curvy hill in my neighborhood. Halfway up and with my car in a little bit of snow and ice... my car began to stall and gave out to me. Without avail, I was unable to move the car even off the road. So, I decided to call tow truck companies right at the nick of after 5 pm on a Friday. After a short prayer and the grace of God, this lovely company answered the call. I refer to them now as Anytime "Angels" Towing, because that is what they were for me that unfortunate night. In little time, Chris and Jimmy came to my rescue and began clearing the icy/snowy road with salt. Chris decided to be the brave soul to back my 2 wheel drive SUV down the hill (alongside a very big ditch), and he did a perfect job, while Jimmy escorted me down the hill so this warm-weather southern gal wouldn't slip on the ice. After down the hill, Chris drove my SUV up the side road that I should have taken the first time, and made sure I was taken safely home to my condo. I am serious when I say this company is a blessing, they have a very community-oriented feel and they seem genuinely concerned about the safety and delivery of services to their customers. I will be happy to recommend them to any neighbors or community members to use their services at anytime someone is in need. If I could I would give them 10 stars because I had such a great experience and on top of that their rate was very fair. Thank you Chris & Jimmy! God bless your company!

Florida folk don’t drive in the snow and definitely don’t know how to maneuver down a mountain with snow. The tow operator (didn’t catch his name 😢) was so sweet and understanding. Amazing service! He helped us get out and made sure we were prepared to continue our 13 hour drive back to the Sunshine State. God bless you all!! Thank you for the amazing service.

My car wasn't drivable and i needed help fast. It was cold and night time and i was alone with NO power of any kind so there was no way to alert other drivers of my location to avoid a collision. After calling my roadside assistance and being told it was almost 2 hours before the tow company they contacted could reach my location, I decided to call Anytime Towing to see if someone could help me faster. The very nice man said he would get there ASAP. He was hooking up my car in less than 10 mins. which probably saved me from the possibility of serious injury or maybe even death! I want to say thank you again to that driver Chris Higel. You were an Angel for me .

Very nice people. I had a flat tire and they had an estimated time of 45 minutes and arrived in under 30 and towed my vehicle to the dealership in Asheville and let me ride along with him. Very nice man I wish I would have got his name, they will definitely be my go to in the future if I need a tow truck!

Our car was stuck at the flat creek trailhead after we lost our electronic car keys in the woods. Had to get towed to town to rekey - no mobile service up on the mountain. Anytime came promptly when we called. It was a more technically challenging job, because we couldn't get the car in neutral, but it was no problem for them. Prompt, efficient, friendly, good price!

I had a terrific experience with Chris and Judy. My SUV would not start so up the mountain the came. With it happening on a Sunday I was prepared to have to spend the night but Chris helped to identify the issue and drove me to the parts store where a new battery was installed and I was on my way. They were above and beyond in their care and attention and truly look out for their customers. I highly recommend!!!
