These guys are the best! Roberto and Hector made the sale of my mother in laws car to them seamless! They handled the payoff of the loan to the bank stress free. Alfredo was great. Nice professional great communication. Put less then 100 miles on the car and ended up at the mechanic with check engine light. Was told problem wasn’t new. Find somewhere else to get a used car

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Saw a Chevy Traverse on there website, made an appointment to come in and see the truck, got there and it wasn’t there said it was at a different lot in the meantime they got us approved paid a deposit signs all of the paper work, once all paper work was signed they then informed us the title wasn’t there yet, may has to wait 2 WEEKS for it to arrive, but if it took that long to come in they would make the 1st payment, ok thst sounded fair still wasn’t understanding what they would list a car for sale when it wasn’t ready to leave the lot…… well we agreed and went along Hector said he would come to my home the next morning to show me the car and once I agreed I wanted it it would be a done deal, the next day comes and I never heard from anybody. I waited until about 11 AM and called Hector was supposedly not working this day. Meanwhile, I saw him the night before and he’s the one who said that he was going to come to my house with the truck but now he’s not working they said somebody would call me back three hours goes by. I get a phone call that they didn’t realize another. One of their locations sold the car so they sold the car to me and somebody else. How could this be after all of the back-and-forth Hector promised that he would find something comparable even if it was a little bit more money they would take the head and get us in a car ASAP. I waited all day for somebody to reach out with a different vehicle. I hear nothing. I finally call again about 3:30 PM. They’re trying to sell me a 2013 old pick up truck nowhere near comparable to the 2018 Chevy traverse that I was originally purchasing. This went back-and-forth back-and-forth until they sent me a text message and said they would refund me my deposit and they were sorry. I am absolutely disgusted. They read my Credit 1 million times and my husband’s I already have bad credit so this just took a hit now on my credit again and now I have to start this process all over again someplace else. I am beyond livid with the situation they should’ve made something work even if they had to give me something that was three or $4000 more than I was able to afford to make this deal happen. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Update a few weeks later : the purchase was so easy but the aftermath is awful! This car came with a bad paint job and no brakes/rotors. After getting pulled over when we got a flat, we took it to a mechanic to get it plugged and he said “why are you driving a car with no brakes?” That’s when we realized. The dealership fixed the bad paint job and got us new brakes/rotors but the problems haven’t stopped ever since! I would NEVER buy here again.
