Short Spanish guy is always rude to customers

Horrible experience, short Spanish guy who said was the manager is rude. His approach towards customer is just disrespectful. Had an old couple in front of me and he treated them the same way. If he is the manager corporate needs to find someone who cares about the store and their business. I’ll be writing another review when I get his name. Horrible person and horrible service.

Good parts amd best price all time

Had a bad experience today trying to return apart I purchased 2 weeks ago it was an electrical part it was in original box unopened unused and I had the purchase receipt I was told that they will not accept returns on electrical components I am not happy with that as an answer I will never visit parts authority again

I had a terrible experience with this place, they pick and choose what price they want to charge you. I went there one day to purchase oil for my vehicle, the person was very helpful, he advised me to use their house brand at a lesser price. When I went n there to buy more oil, 2 days late; they wanted to charge me more money. I was very turned off. I did not like the fact that they they can pick and choose what to charge you. That is bad business practice.

They have everything u need for cars & if they dont have it they can order it for u
