Roberto and gary , are all what a business should be about they helped me with a simple problem that everyone else was trying to over charge free of charge , will happily be back to spend my money if needed.
I was a bit skeptical at first because their prices seemed unusually low, but it turned out to be a great decision. My SUV had been having intermittent stalling issues, and after they installed the new system, everything started running more smoothly within a couple of days. They walked me through the process, didn’t push unnecessary repairs, and the total cost came in well under what I expected. No games, no surprises—just solid work. I’d definitely go back if I need anything else.
These guys charge the least but cost the most. My truck was working fine then I got the device installed and my truck started dying within 2 days. In short after over $1000 in parts and about a week of trouble shooting I found that the mechanics unplugged one of my sensors and then installed a jumper wire so my truck would run just enough for them to deny responsibility. I’ll be opening a case with the state.
Honestly there isn’t anything I can complain bout this place.
I just call them and bong bong they make it happen. I was in and out just like they said.

This shop is awesome! Friendly and always accomodating. I've had brake and oil service on my 2020 BMW X7 with Billy. My schedule is limited, but Billy always finds time to slot me in. They do great work on top of it.
Update April 19, 2024: Billy and his team are the absolute best. My X7 wouldn't start after parking it at a 7/11 last night. This morning I called Billy and they were at my car with a truck and tools within 5 minutes and started troubleshooting. They said I could leave the car with them and they'd call me when done. Luckily I was near my home so I could walk back while they got to work. Also big shout out to the 7/11 on Rt 110 near SSP for not towing my car overnight. Billy ordered the parts got the car running and took to their shop while I was working from home. They had diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed the car before I had lunch. I had called BMW earlier that morning before I called Billy and they told me they'd have to tow my car and service wouldn't be available until at least Monday and if I wanted a loaner car I'd have to wait 2 weeks. This just wasn't going to work for me as their dealer was much further away, i needed the car right away or a loaner and they couldn't provide any other options. Billy came through and saved me a huge headache. I will be taking my car to Billy and skipping the fancy waiting area and free coffee at the dealership.
Billy and the whole staff are wonderful! They will help you with anything you need. I’ve been going to them for a little over a year and they always fix any problem I have.
Signed up to reserve a U-Haul van after hours at this location about a week ago, it was confirmed by the facility. The reservation was for 6:30a, i arrived to find no access to the van available whatsoever. Called U-Haul customer service to be told the location never put the key in the lock box! The only options were to wait until the location opened (which wasn’t going to happen, I needed to be on the road by 7a), or forfeit my rental. I forfeited and now I’m out $200 for an event because of no transportation.

best auto spot ive ever been to in my 30 years of being an official car owner. they took great care of my red key 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk 4WD. their front receptionist held great conversations and is definetly is due for a raise. overall great service and highly recommend!!
The service was incredible, whenever I come in I get the best service ever. I have to visit Billy Auto a lot because my 2006 Nissan Altima, that I had for 10 years breaks down a lot. Usually on Saturday’s there is a a kid who works the front desk who is cool and very chill. Overall, Billy Auto is great and is my go-to repair shop. I recommend👍
Even tough it took me a hard time to locate business because it's really Firestone tires no sign to indicate its Billy's auto Inc but the staff was very professional and polite will definitely go back
I had a problem with my car and was referred to Billy Auto on Route 110 in Amityville, NY. I went there and happened to talk to the Manager (whose name I can't recall) and I also spoke to one of his associates. I found both men to be extremely polite, very helpful, in addition to being very informative. This was my first time there and I was surprised to see how both of these men actually took the time to talk and explain what they needed to do to fix my problem. In the end, the problem was my fault as the car is new and I didn't know how to make my brand new car display the info I was looking for from my dashboard.
While waiting for them to finish processing what they needed to do for my insurance company, a customer came in to pick up her car which had a new transmission put in her car. Despite it being a large bill to pay she was extremely happy to get her car back and she was very pleased with the work done to her car.
My point in this review is that this shop made me and the customer mentioned above feel properly treated and happy with the work performed. Accordingly, I'll be back for any non-warranty service when needed. The staff I encountered was certainly professional and competent. I would also confidently recommend them to anyone I know to see for themselves.
Always top of the line service from the office to the mechanics. From our work trucks to our personal vehicles, they always make it happen for us. They care about what they do and their customers whether it’s a small job or a much larger job, always take care with each and every task. I and we are grateful for their ongoing support keeping our cars and trucks on the road. Also they recently helped me transform my truck and just felt inclined to share as an added thank you to everyone at Billy Auto.

I have a 1979 Pontiac Bonneville "classic car" which I purchased 6 months ago. The tires on it had virtually no wear and looked fine until I had a blowout with one of them last week. Not many cars use white wall tires these days and sometimes they could be pricey. Through a co-worker I was told about Billy over at this Goodyear tire / repair shop in Amityville. In comparison to a couple of other quotes from places who could get white wall tires, I got a better quality tire at more reasonable prices than the competition and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time having 4 new tires , balanced and mounted . I intend to go back to have other service items attended to and would recommend anyone needing tires and other service to check Billy out !
BEWARE...Dominic is a liar and theif...They have a sign it says free diagnostic with repair . HE CHARGED me for diagnostic plus car repair...He put on faulty censor on my car and when I called and told him, he made me wait 5days to fix it...BUT I PAID HIM. He is a rip off. Im a blk woman and i was told that BECAREFUL they show signs of prejudice. I will NEVER go back there and NEITHER will ANYONE i tell this too... Its sad because he is a OK mechanic...
Went there to get a Carco car inspection for my car insurance. They offered Saturday hours so that worked well for me being I work full time during the week & didn't want to have to take time from work to get this done. I was in & out in about 20 minutes & that's only because someone was getting there inspection done when I arrived.
Mo Joe Automotive repair and the owners Joe and Dom are like our family!!!my family and friends have been a customer for over 40 years.. they are honest and real with what needs to be fixed on our cars! my family trusts them implicedlly...they stand for who they are and you'll not find an automotive place more reasonable and fair and honest!I would and have referred them to my friends and other family with highly pleased results. They are not out to "get you" like the other car repair shops! I highly recommend Joe and Dom and MiJoe automotive repair in Amityvile.. and when I was in a car accident they referred me to TJA collision also highly reputable!!
