There truly is nothing I hate more than the car buying process but this is now my second time purchasing a car through Amityville Auto Group. Both Chris and Jeff have made it so so easy and quick. Genuinely have nothing but amazing things to say about them. My dad has also purchased a car through them and Chris has always been so easy to communicate with + extremely generous. If there’s any issues, he immediately takes care of them. Refuse to go anywhere else for a used car! 10/10
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this dealership. When I bought my Nissan Rogue, I already noticed a few problems — the trunk wouldn’t open and the door wouldn’t lock properly. The dealer, Jeffery, personally promised me that he would take care of everything. He even told me to call or text him anytime if I needed help.
But once the deal was done, he completely ignored me. My calls were never answered, and my texts went unread. I ended up driving back to the dealership almost ten times just trying to get the car fixed. Every time, Jeffery told me the same thing — that the parts had been ordered and the issue would be fixed soon. But it was all empty talk.
When I finally managed to catch him in person, he acted friendly and said he’d handle it, but still did nothing. I even waited patiently while he spoke to new customers, thinking he’d help me afterward, but he never followed through.
In the end, I had to spend about $1,000 out of my own pocket (around 10% of the car’s price) to get everything fixed myself. So even though it was a “cheap” car, it turned into an expensive and stressful experience.
Jeffery is completely dishonest, and this is a terrible dealership that doesn’t keep its promises. They waste your time, lie to your face, and only care about making the sale. Be careful — don’t trust them or you’ll regret it like I did.

Beware - they are crooks. My son saved and saved to buy a car. He shopped diligently and found what he thought was the perfect one. He bought from Amityville via cars.com. He even bought the extra warranty they sold him. The car arrived needing $4,000 in repairs. They won’t return his calls and meanwhile his new car sits in the garage. It is breaking my heart.
A bunch of scammers. Don’t even know if they are still open. Sold us a car and was never able to deliver Title. Sold it with worn out back breaks and a broken reverse tail light and old oil. DO NOT USE THEM — assuming they are even still in business.

To start off very nice and organized. Jeff helped me with my car and by far was so down to earth and very trusting. It’s my first time buying a car and looking for the right car isn’t easy but Jeff made it seem as if it was. He explained everything I needed to know and made sure the car was 100% for me when I went to pick it up. Would highly recommend going here to buy a starter car or just a car in general

Had a recent interaction with a sales guy named Jeffrey, told me to call him was extremely rude over the phone like he was rushed, extremely rude though text aswell, Proceeded to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the splitter of this vehicle, even after I said that there was damage (you can tell clear as day) so I sent him photos of said damage. Just trying get the full picture of dents, scratches and other damage you can’t see in photos also a better price as there is others listed for less money same miles in that area especially before I fly out 1200 miles. Would not recommend working with this gentleman.

I had been searching for over a month to purchase a pre-owned ford escape for my son. I sent up appointment and met with Jeffrey and Kevin who were very up front and clear about the entire total price breakdown and even recommended that a person with my credit was better off at a credit Union versus the other financial institutions.
