I went last week because my service engine light was on . I wanted to see what was wrong with my car . I came across Josh . He helped me in so many ways ! He was very very helpful , and came with me to my car to check why the check engine light was on . If I can give 10 starts to Josh I would ! Definitely will come back again.

Grace and Josh came through with quality support from start to finish. They heard me out first and foremost and handled my concerns leading to me walking out, completely satisfied with the results. A+ service not just from those two, but the “entire advanced auto parts team” currently in-house. they deserve credit too for making the efforts. One guy even acknowledged his mistake and called me right back to own up to it and make good. What more can you ask for?.

Came into the store a couple of weeks ago needed a battery with my husband. Line was back up but this guy said to me ill be wirh you right away sir.i said no worries. Told him i needed a battery, he hooked me up with new terminals as well ,installed it cleaned the old terminals and made sure my car wiuld start after installation. I sais Thanks man whats your name so i can put in a good word.He replied Rich ,then no need sir just doing my job.Boy do not hear that alot these days especially from a young man,Rich was very polie and he knows his stuff with cars.Thank you Ruch i will come see you in the future

I came in for a new battery and Zaid was a very good help it’s been a few days and it’s running really well.

Went in there last week to replace my wiper blades-- Talked to a very nice young man named Rich , He was very helpful and knowledgable about your items. He suggested things for my car and then he installed my blades. Super helpful and kind staff, Tamir was patient with my questions and the rest of the team seemed like they could really count on each other to get things done. Cool thing - if you buy rainex wipers, save the receipt ! they have a program where you can come in a year from purchase and get them switched out. Thanks ya'll!

Constantly visiting all locations some close some far but the one constant is every location is 100%different from the next but mostly good experiences just a big fan of lisle tools and a few other brands bow only carried at a handful of advanced locations just recently I've been trying to purchase a a specific lisle electrical plug disconnect plyers and at every location it's the same situation I can't find one or order one & its starting to get too frustrating!!

Good store my man Eric hooks me up all the time even if I have to order something. Parts come in within a few days.

This place is a joke. Soon as you walk in, everyone acts like they don’t want to help you. I purchased a battery from this store and they won’t do a warranty exchange because they don’t have a battery tester? How do you own a big corporation and not have the bare essential. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this store

This Advance Auto Parts location is the real deal. The staff there are on point. I went there because I thought I had a battery issue, so they did the free battery check which turned out to be fine. So he then checked the starter and alternator at no cost as well. In the end, we found out it was a sensor. Bought it and replaced right then and there

I went there today with a battery issue and they were extremely helpful . It was extremely hot today and they still had no issue assisting me with checking out my battery all with a smile on their face in 90 degree weather . I returned later and multiple people helped me . Experience was great . You definitely got a new customer and will recommend you to others . Corporate bosses should be made aware of the Great employees they have at your store . Thanks again This was at the Amityville store on 6-7-21 . This store was run perfectly, Any business would succeed with employees like them .

Went in because my brakes were defective. Jessica contacted corporate and made sure I was satisfied. The counter staff has great customer service. I go here for all my auto parts needs.

I really like going to this Auto store because prices are great and the service is excellent. I also like the fact that they do go extra mile and give you free services that other auto supply stores don't. I will always go to this auto supply store 1st and would definitely recommend it 2 anyone.

Had a Diagnostics reading done, I appreciate the free service but when all they can do is just tell you numbers and now you have to go look up what the numbers mean, what's there purpose. Directly after I went to an auto zone and not only was I given the correct code I was given the meaning and shown the location where the cause of the malfunction was, and given a print out with an explanation to everything I was told
