The employees were nice but when it came to extra insurance or extended warranty’s they would not let me leave . Each Tim i said I’m done . They said wait one minute then another person would try to convince me again .this happened a number of times bu the were nice people.
Went in for simple brand new Corvette ( 7 miles on the car )NYS inspection. Also attach front plate
I decided to remove the front plate . So I went to look for the carbon flash piece of the bumper.
I didn’t have it. I went back to find out the tech , removed it, and threw it out.
The service advisor told me it is NYS regulations to have a front plate on this car. I said im am driving longer than your living. I know the law. I am thinking of moving to Florida. So let’s cut to the chase and give me the part
The service manager made good for it and ordered a new one. Although I was never allowed to talk to him or did he himself respond to phone or emails. I was forbidden to even talk to the corvette tech. Never heard of such malarkey . The service advisor said everything goes though him. I said “Did you go to Corvette training like the tech? All I want to do is Ask questions you can’t answer . I really doubt there really is one present in that place. Could be the reason I was denied .
IF so, he could very well be the Chevy Cruze oil change moved over to work on Corvettes
And if there is certified one and he did that to my car . God knows what’s capable next time around
I honestly thought this could be my go service center being I am close in proximity and new in the area. But how can I possible trust a place that actually threw a piece of my brand new car away? Corvette owners. Stay clear
Unlike Paramus Chevrolet who is impossible to get in touch with. Getulio, Kept me informed every step of the way with a recent repair. It was a pleasure working with him. I would use Bomnin Chevrolet in the future.
Excellent in terms of getting the recall performed and the amount of time it took. My service advisor Frank Craven gets two thumbs up for getting me in quickly, and fixing what I can sum up to be ongoing service appointment issues. I have used the dealerships online appointment scheduling system in the past and have had issues with that. This time I used the Chevy app which notified me the recall could be scheduled. I did so through the app, and received several confirmations before the appointment I scheduled. Upon arrival Frank told me there was no appointment in the system. What good is the app or the dealership's online scheduling if it does not seem to work. I have used the app at other dealerships when it benefited me being able to schedule a better appointment time, and have not had any problems.
At my last visit, the ,, mechanic “” checked the air pressure on the tires. …
He pumped the tires air pressure to 36 and 37 pounds of pressure.
I did NOT CKECK IT. BUT NOTICED A HARD RIDE. SAD. I HAVE TO GO AGAIN THERE.
Alyssa and Matt did a great job getting my truck set up and my loaner ready as my job requires me to be out 12+ hours a day and i only have one vehicle to get there. with out their understanding of that situation, having repairs done that have occurred would become extremely difficult, especially when your spending $80+ on one car.
Once issue though (that is not on the advisors) is that there are service chargers being added on service payments that are made with a GM CARD. GM encourages customers to have the card and use the card at the dealership when purchasing vehicles, parts and service. This is a situation that needs to be heavily reviewed and revaluated.
Alyssa and Getulio always take care of me. They’re the only ones I trust and I won’t go to another dealer. Had an unfortunate issue with one of my vehicles. The roadside would only tow to my nearest dealership. I spent the extra money to have it towed to them. They had the issue resolved amazingly fast even though I didn’t have an appointment. They always do right me and their customer service is beyond exceptional. Thank you always.
I’ve read all of these reviews and found many to be so off the mark. I’ve been with Grand Prize for years and have found the organization - from Sales to Service, very upfront and professional. When I read review’s about costs, I had to laugh. The service department will explain all costs PRIOR to doing any work. Might even point out a manufacturer coupon… The person who wrote a review complaining about the cost of an oil change. Wondering why it’s not 35$ and giving one star. It’s not the 90’s, friend. Bear in mind, they always do the multipoint inspection. Quick-check or JiffyLube does not. My final comment, Grand Prize is worth your time and consideration. Do not use the old reviews as a sign they don’t know that they’re doing. They most certainly do!
If I could have rated zero stars I would have. My wife went in for an oil change and I looked at the bill which stated $32.94 for oil and $7.06 for a filter. Very fair price for both of those items. However, the bill came to a total of $119.15. OUTRAGEOUS ! I Spoke with the "Service Consultant" Jason who said he doesn't make the prices and added that this cost is pretty much the same as other car dealers. He said the cost of labor brought up the price. An oil change requires someone to unscrew a plug allowing oil to drain out and then screw on an oil filter. I've done it to my own car and it takes less than 10 minutes, so LABOR COST ?????? Give a break. Local gas stations won't take advantage, so beware if you are going to a dealer for service.
These folks practice bait and switch and have NO customer service ethos. My 2021 Bolt was called in for battery replacement to replace faulty battery that we could only charge to 80% with a fully 100% charge functioning battery. They put a 80% cap on the charge for the new battery and said that is what they were supposed to do. The service personal had no clue what was actually correct- that customers getting replacement battery would be back to 100% charge. GPCBGMC has no business selling or leasing Bolts as they clearly have no understanding about servicing them. They deserve no stars- the least we are allowed is to offer them one star to list this review. They get ZERO STARS from me.
Been here since 830 for a front wheel alignment and apart for emissions smh . Told I may be here to 5 . Staff should be friendly and over priced. Horrible if I could give this place a zero. They don't want to honor any warranty either. Phone skills are not so friendly either
My daughter purchased a new car. Dealership was very professional and had the car ready the next day. Highly recommend. Staff very friendly. If I could over 6 stars I would.
Second time Worst experience with the people at the counter and the manager who supposed to be helpful first someone is saying one thing then the other one is telling another thing they don't know what's to doing
