You call, they don’t answer. When they do. They blame your for them not pulling your parts. When your parts are 1-2 hrs late when you let them know. What do they say. I don’t get paid to do that. Well sorry I thought I called to make business

I've been dealing with AutoPro Auto parts for over 20 years they've always been on point always have everything in stock for the most part and the counter guys are great
I got my parts there for my car. Sometimes the price compared to auto zone are very different from Autopro Auto Parts, they have a warehouse in the back( spring Valley) NY for years..the only problem I have is that you don't have place to park when you come inside. You got to go to the next street after and work for 50 to ? feet to get there. When you come in, ask for Jean, and he will take care of you...
My car needed new battery i when to Autopro to get it and Jose offer to help me, he replaced my battery with the new one, also he noticed one of my break lights needed to be replaced, he did a great job, he's Awesome and honest, always helping + the auto parts great quality

Forget the retail chains for auto parts. Remember AutoPro! It’s a family run business and the family actually WORK. They care about the customers and make sure the price is right. If something goes wrong they will make it right!
I’ve had minor work done such as getting my brakes done and a few other things. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Generally swift with completion of work and super courteous!
I find the availability and price of parts great. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Jose T. is a great resource and can offer a variety of solutions. I highly recommend this place.
