High recommend! My AC compressor was broken and they fixed it for a much more reasonable price than other places I spoke to, and I spoke to many. They also kept me up-to-date with each step of the process. I felt very well informed (especially having little knowledge of car repair myself). Will absolutely be back if anything happens in the future!

Legit repair shop, happy to find a great location close to home. Owner is fair and honest and also communicates very well regarding the status of your vehicle.

I have a service background in automotive repairs and, as I am no longer in that industry, was looking for a trustworthy shop for repairs that are beyond my scope. My wife has been using SUA for years and I've come to find that their methodology is fair, honest and trustworthy. Added to the fact that their knowledge of vehicles is excellent as well. Suffice to say that if you are looking for a food shop to have your car serviced, you have found it here!

This place is total rip off . Took my Toyota corolla to see if it needs a break change. Quoted a big price taag and if not done to pay $55 diagnostics fee. He traps people with this phony tricks. Stay away

Highly recommend so far. The price to switch out summer to winter wheels was very fair. Fast, yet detailed service. I had asked to make sure there were no damage to the inside of rims. Umar was very commutative and even sent a video showing his work. That's a step above in my book. I will be back

I was almost 2 hours away from home when I had an emergency, my car was losing all its oil. This was the nearest shop to my location & even with how busy they were, they still made time to attend to my emergency which ended up being a easy fix. I thank them so much for the help & I recommend anybody who’s in the area to stop by them for your mechanical needs

The staff at SUA Auto Repair, the owner Umar and his mechanics, are professional, honest, and respectable individuals. They will diagnose your vehicle and will tell exactly what you need and will never take advantage of you and their prices are very reasonable unlike some other mechanics I have dealt with. I have been here for six years and constantly refer family and friends to them. I stand by their work.

This was my first time using SUA, and they did not disappoint. I was driving from CT to NJ, when my car began overheating. They took my family and I immediately and found the source of the problem. The team ensured they found a way to help us, and get us home safely. I would highly recommend them!

What amazing ppl, I don’t know from where to start. I went there and it was the last hope with my Infinity all kind of problems. However Omar and his team manage to fix my car and save me thousands of going to the dealership. This shop is amazing full of knowledge and a very reasonable prices. Keep that on mind. My family and I have been coming here since I was a little kid, now the owners son runs it who I happened to have gone to school with and he runs it immaculately. He goes out of his way to make sure we are happy and really listens to our needs. Not to mention an amazing mechanic. You are in good hands here !!

Omar, replaced my rear brakes he was Extremely professional and explained everything to me. I truly feel that he went above and beyond his responsibilities. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of enthusiastic mechanics who were practically car whisperers. They knew exactly what my car needed and worked their magic. The level of expertise and attention to detail was mind-blowing. They even gave my car a royal treatment, polishing it to a sparkling shine. I left feeling like I was in a brand car. 10/10 business . Umar at SUA Auto Repair rescued our family vacation by going above and beyond what you would normally expect from an auto repair shop. He was also very reassuring while he handled the repair in time for our safe return home.

Imagine you are driving North on a hot Friday afternoon with four adults and a cat when your car breaks down on the interstate. You’re at the mercy of whoever is willing to even look at your car, much less repair it. This is how I met Umar. He and his team were responsive to my emergency even though all his bays were full. He took great care to explain all the possibilities. Within 15 minutes the car was up on a lift as he and another mechanic identified the problem that had caused all the oil to leak out. He was hopeful that no serious engine damage had occurred. They fixed the problem, filled the engine with oil, thoroughly cleaned the oil pan and tested the engine by running it to make sure there was no leak. I was amazed. I was back on the road in less than two hours including the tow. What’s more Umar called me the next day to make sure everything was alright. He went way above and beyond, and the cost was unbelievably inexpensive. I have never been treated so well.

Great local mechanic shop that goes above and beyond to make sure all issues with your car are repaired in a timely fashion. Umar is very respectful and give fair prices for all of his work. Only shop I go to in town.

I have been coming to SUA auto for 15 years since I first got my license. Umar is extremely professional and quick to resolve any concerns I have had with our vehicles. We have had over 10 vehicles serviced by them and they all run immaculately. The service is quick, detailed and fairly priced! It is hard to find an honest mechanic who wants to help nowadays! We are very thankful for SUA!

Just ask Umar about Dan's volvo! Seriously though, Umar is a dedicated and honest mechanic who walked me through every problem my car had, and got it fixed for far less than the dealership quoted me. SUA has absolutely earned my trust.

Absolute life savers. Was traveling through on way to a funeral and we noticed our brake fluid leaking and brakes failing. Called and they saw to us right away. Guys were extremely kind and thorough. Spotted 2 more issues that could have made travel extremely dangerous. Little over 2 hours of work and we were able to continue to the funeral safely. Thank you guys so much!!

I bought a car from the jeep dealer for about 20k. The car had so many issues and they would not offer me a refund. I took it to Umar from sua and he kindly advised i take them to court for these issue. In the mean time he helped me out with the problem my jeep had and even let me borrow money from him to pay him back. Very honest upfoward and will always look out for people in need.

Run away from this place! We have relied on this place because it is just a few blocks away from where we live. My fiancé changed his roaders about a few weeks ago and on his way back from work, he felt the car a bit off. He got off on the next exit and ALL of his roaders were loose. He could’ve lost his life on the road because of this negligence. When he arrived at Sua, they were apologetic and gave him $100 back. What I just experienced today was completely my fault for once again choosing convenience over integrity. I went in for a NYS inspection on a car that I rarely use as it is the car I use the few times a year I drive into the city. The car only has 85k miles and it is in great condition (2012). I originally went in yesterday, was told to come back at 9, and after doing so, was then told they didn’t have the stickers. Came back this morning and was told it was a 40 minute wait. I went to get cash, came back and then literally walked around the area for about 2 hours. The owner/ boss then looked at my car and said I won’t do the inspection because your tire is not in condition to pass inspection. All of my tires were pretty new tires from Walmart that were installed in the Fall of 2021. I took the car to the guy in Rockland who installed it and he literally laughed out loud. This place is HORRIBLE. They’re crooks, who don’t do their job well, have horrible customer service AND try to take advantage of women. Stay away. I will be making sure my relatives and neighbors are aware of BOTH of these experiences. I would try to give the benefit of the doubt, but given that the same energy and attention to detail was NOT given to my fiancées roaders is hard to believe this assessment was done in good faith, especially considering the tire is NOT worn out.

Came over with a helicopter noise on the rear end, Umar quickly diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue. Great price, amazing work done. Made me really happy as I've had that noise since I first bought the car and never knew what the problem was.

The mechanic I used for 25 years retired and closed up shop, so I decided to give this shop a try. I have 4 cars in my family so a good dependable mechanic is very important to me. I have had 3 occasions to use this shop this year and they have all been very positive experiences. The repairs were done quickly as promised and the prices were very fair. The shop is owned by a father and his two sons work the business with him along with a crew of mechanics. I have dealt with almost everyone at the shop and have found them all to be honest and hard working. I have found my new mechanic shop.

At first spoke to the owner son Umar, great kid. Great mechanical skills. Got a clutch kit done with an axel replaced on a 2000 Volkswagen GTI 1.8. Owner of the shop is up front & forward. Takes photos / gives you update as the work is being done. Price is fair, & work is done quick. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys once again!
