Kevin S. is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful, with great customer service. He installed my new wipers in seconds.

My right side headlight needed a lightbulb replacement and I tried to take the bulb out myself for 20min it wouldn’t budge. DANZEL was very helpful and tried to help me out, then FRITZ also came and he was able to pull the old bulb out, told me which new bulb to buy and thennnn replaced the bulb himself!! They are very helpful and great customer service! Will definitely come back in the future if need be!

This was the AutoZone in Nanuet, NY. They are always knowledgeable and helpful there. They can check the check engine light and give a report for you to take to your mechanic, they have also used there tools to check the battery.

Had to purchase new wipers and needed help putting them on. I went in on a Sunday and Kevin was so helpful! He guided me through selecting the correct size and even put them on for me…in the rain. It was a very positive experience!

Diego was able to help me change my battery very easily after struggling to get the negative off. Diego was able to find a solution fast and got me back on the road.

I went to the AutoZone #05137 on Rt. 59 in Nanuet, NY with a hope and a prayer that I could change my headlight myself. Kevin helped me locate the bulb that I needed and even offered tips for how to change the bulb (which was what the YouTube video stated). He told me to pull my car up so he could take a look to make sure that it was the correct bulb. After I purchased the bulb, Denzel, another sales clerk, offered to install it for me. After he confirmed which light was out with his manager, Fritz, went under the hood and told me that my bulb was not out, but just not connected. After connecting it for me, they refunded me the $66 for the bulb and I was on my way. They were all so helpful and lovely for not taking advantage of a completely clueless customer. Highly recommend them!!!

I went there yesterday to get a new battery and brakes for my car. BRUCE was so kind and helpful. He helped me not only save money he helped with sending me to the right place to get them fixed. I’m so grateful for Bruce because I don’t know what I was going to do. He made sure I was in good hands! He is the BEST and deserves a raise!

I went in cause i knew my battery was going. i went in and got help and got a new battery from a very nice salesman. i went back to my car and put the new battery in and i needed a new clamp. so i went back in and one of the workers helped me find a screw and nut for it, helped me for a while which was nice. went back out, reinstalled the battery, nothing. no lights no clicks. nothing. so he comes out, the new battery is dead!! so we go back in to charge it up. while inside, this woman who worked there just kept saying “no the battery isn’t dead, it’s your alternator” and just kept walking around going “it’s the alternator” and then looked up a new alternator for me and said “ohhh that’s expensive- it’s gonna be $500.” mind you- the new battery i had just bought was still charging. this woman kept going on and on about it “there’s no way it’s the battery” so after no word from anybody for like 30 minutes FINALLY, the original guy helping me out comes back and says “okay let’s go try it out.” so we go back to my car and reinstall the new, now charged battery. voila! car starts perfectly. this guy who helped me, i don’t remember his name- was super nice and helpful and was trying to get everything working for me and i was so appreciative. the woman who kept going “it’s your alternator it’s your alternator” made this a horrible experience.

Had a great and fast experience, Fritz helped me find the correct part, and even changed my turn signal bulb for me, which was very kind!

Well I don't know who's at fault, but I ordered a filter for my car while in store. I received an open box filter and it was the wrong size. I will give my business to Advance Auto going forward.

Stopped in to get new wipers and windshield washer fluid. The staff were super helpful as usual. Especially Fritz L. who helped me pick out wipers, was honest about the different brands and even installed the wipers and filled up my washer fluid…. in the rain! I’m extremely grateful!!!!

Had a great experience at Autozone in Nanuet. Fritz tested my battery, determined that I needed a new one, guided me on choosing the best battery option for my car and installed it. After offering his expert knowledge and installing my new battery, I left feeling a lot more comfortable about my safety and the condition of my car. I was so grateful and relieved to have had such a positive experience, as any issue related to my car often leaves me feeling so anxious.

I went to Autozone in Nanuet NY to purchase low lights because one of mine burnt out. The sales associates were kind. The next day I went back to see if someone could help him install the lights. A gentleman who worked there saw me and immediately offered to help. He got the job done and now my car is good to go! Thanks guys!

I went to AutoZone to purchase New Headlights for my Hyundai Tucson. Had the pleasure of being helped by one of the workers named Leslie who was not only knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond to teach me how to change my headlights step by step and assist me. I know for some this is probably a simple job but for me....not so much ....AT FIRST. She was patient and gave clear instructions, and genuine enthusiasm made what could’ve been a frustrating task into something I actually enjoyed learning. This is not the first time I've been to this location but was the first time I asked for assistance and they sure assisted. Leslie, THANK YOU!!!

I came right when the doors opened and the store manager Alice was very helpful in helping me find the battery I needed replaced and Fritz was awesome in chatting with me while he changed my battery out for the new one I purchased!
