Had an unusual issue with my headlights on an older vehicle and Rueben, Derek and others were very accommodating and cared for my issue excellently and quickly. They are always professional and friendly and will take the extra step to provide great service.

I brought my car to Classic Auto Body. Derrick took very good care of me when I arrived. I explained to him that I was hit in the back of my SUV. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. My car was only in the shop for two days as promised. The work was done properly and my car looked amazing. They even detailed my car for me. I have used them once before with another family member, so I am a repeat customer. Everybody that works there goes above and beyond to help. I also dealt with Jeremy he was helpful. if anybody needs work on their car, I highly recommend going to Classic Auto Body. They’re the best out there.

Ruben is the best customer service person. Unfortunately I’ve been here twice in the last year and every thing was fixed to perfection. All service personnel explained what was being done so that I could understand. I hope I don’t have any more need to have my car fixed but I would not go to any other auto repair shop.

I ran into a deer and my car was damaged badly. Recommended by a friend, I went to classic auto shop to fix my car. The first impression was very good. A friendly gentleman welcomed me and took care of all the paper work and took a good photo of the damaged car. The shop itself is neat and in order. I know I was in the right place from the first visit. The second time is when I went to pick up the car. My family was suffering a a really bad streak of luck and the final straw was my car being involved in an accident. I was severely angry and distraught because none of it was my fault. Classic worked with my insurance company to restore my car to the original condition it was in. They went the extra mile to get this completed before the Thanksgiving holiday. All of the employees there were fantastic and a special shout out to Ruben who dealt with me at my worst. I really appreciate all of the attention that was given to me and my car. You really don't get this level of customer service anymore but Classic managed to do so. I really appreciated the constant updates and pictures of my car being restored. They showed me dozens of pictures of the entire process from start to finish. It was quite shocking to see my car "naked" without several of the body panels on. The guys at Classic Auto Body Repair helped fix my headlight bumper and fender. The entire process was very smooth from me waiting for my parts to come which were very hard to find for my car to them painting it and the assembly everything was very smooth and seamless. Even after all that they also detailed my car for me and gave it back to me in a way better condition than I brought it in. I definitely would go back if I had any accidents in the future.
