Junkluggers performed as promised. They let us know early that they were running a little late and arrived sooner than expected. They removed the items efficiently and with no damage to our home.
Josh and his teams from Junk Luggers arrived promptly at my home on the scheduled date and time. We did a walk-through one more time to confirm what we discussed on the original walk-through for the estimate. Once that was done Josh oversaw his teams by assigning them to specific areas in a house where items were to be removed. When necessary, they disassembled items, such as beds, desk, air- hockey, etc. Which was one less thing for me to worry about.
During the process, Junk Luggers personnel were careful not to damage walls or other property as they were removing items from the home. They also made sure that I knew where things were moved to that were staying, for example, if something was left on or in furniture that was being removed.
All of the personnel/staff were professional and courteous the whole time. I highly recommend them if you need any type of a clean out of a home of business.

I contacted Junkluggers on my sister-in-law’s recommendation. She had used them when prepping her Mom’s house for sale after she had passed. Several year’s later, having to do the same, I gave them a call. Every interaction, from my first call to their execution has been great. This is a how an organization should be run! You get a real person when you call, who is friendly and helpful. The guys they sent the day of service called me 30 minutes prior to arrival just as they promised and they showed up within the scheduled appointment time. Sean and Shane were friendly, careful when moving out the furniture, and professional. Brian and Christian were efficient and pleasant. Answered all questions and were very careful moving big, heavy items. Price was fair. I will be calling them back to help with more clearing out.
They are the best. PERIOD. From price, to service, to quality to customer satisfaction. They amazed me at every step oh if the in clearing out an entire house. They had the staff, the equipment and the service. Nothing was too big and detail was excellent including sweeping up everything. Their management team was the same as their crews. EXCELLENT!!!!!!! They were courteous and on time. They were extremely professional, making sure not to bump walls or disturb anything else in the house while moving. They also made an effort to efficiently pack the items item the truck to save the most space and make sure the items were protected so they would remain in good condition for donation.
The entire process was organized, efficient and effortless from booking the appointment online, to getting a phone call to confirm appointment and then a secondary follow up call to go over the process the day before our appointment! Everyone was so friendly and pleasant to interact with - shoutout to Josh and our two luggers Richie and Joe! They took our sectional in minutes and were able to finish before Raymour and Flanigan showed up with our new couch just 5 minutes after lol!

My dad lived in a memory care facility, and when he passed away we needed to remove furniture that we no longer wanted. Junkluggers were really excellent to deal with. The gentleman were on-time and worked swiftly in helping to clear out the basement. They gave a fair quote and I accepted and they immediately started working. They were honest with what they thought I should keep to perhaps sell online. My basement is much nicer. I highly recommend them
They removed a Queen size mattress and box spring and sleigh bed frame and another headboard from my home. The servicemen arrived exactly the time they said they would as well as calling me to let me know that they were close. When they got there, they were very professional and very detailed and what they would be doing and what the cost was of the job and applied. Absolutely no pressure to have the approval to remove the items. All items were removed area was left clean and service man left driveway, professionally, and very happy with the service.

All 3 guys guys worked so fast, I could barely keep up with the directions. They were AMAZING!!!! It was a great experience! They showed up on time, with excellent communication before, during and after they removed my furniture. They also offered to remove any other furniture that I wanted to get rid of while they were there. The price was fantastic (which they communicated to me prior to picking up the furniture, allowing me an opportunity to back out if I wanted) and they were very friendly. Highly recommended!
