Gonna other store, they have a bunch of kids who know nothing working the front counter. Needed a cabin filter, they gave me an engine filter. When I tried to return it they wouldn’t take it. Asked for a cabin filter, they only had one in stock for almost $40, they should run around 15-20.
The salespeople at this location are terrific! Danny was very helpful when I needed a replacement battery. My Advance Gold standard battery had died with just one month of warranty left. He cheerfully replaced it with a new one (with no hassle or question's asked). On my most recent visit, Harris was also very helpful with finding the correct car care product for my needs. Danny and Harris should both be commended for their excellent customer service!
Harris went above and beyond today to help with my brake light and turn signal. He came out and took care of everything. He was super helpful. The guys that work there are all super helpful.

Had to go back to the store for a similar issue on our motorhome and once again Harris was there and was a HUGE help. This young man goes above and beyond (as do most of the employees there)

Its so quick and easy to find what you're looking for here. I always pre order from their website to make it even easier. That also tells me if the parts im looking for are available at this location before I go there. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable on all parts and make it such a good experience for you when you go in their store.
Every time I find myself going to advance auto parts. I see why I don’t make them my number 1 auto store. They are so unprofessional. I order a part Friday supposed to come in Saturday. They said the place they ordered from didn’t have it so it would come in Sunday. Called Sundays to see if my part came in they had me on hold for 20 min. The phone would dile them back on its own after 3 min waiting. This happened for a 20 min period. Never have this problem with any other auto store. Not to mention every time I walk into advance I don’t see uniforms, there’s a lack of training. The guys need to be more knowledgeable and cordial toward customers. Which those are the reasons I choose not to support advance. Back to AutoZone. They never fail you !!!!!! This is not to badge advance they need better management/training every advance in the country.
Hands down the best auto parts store in the area. Excellent custoner service with Harris. He helped me find the right high beam and low beam bulbs for my car in seconds. Harris saved me time, money and stress. Thank you!
The 2 idiots working there on Sunday are the worst. So unprofessional, rude and horrible customer service.

I always get a good reception and service there at AAuto. Was there before AZ showed up down the block, so I try to make sure they still get business too. But really, they have some things AZ doesn't have, and Vice/Versa.
One star is to much for this place. The manager ROB is absolutely no help at all he is completely useless! 3 separate times I was given the wrong parts for my car and my truck. And once you go back they are no help at all to resolve the problem. Won’t go to that store or any other advanced stores again. They left a bad taste in my mouth
Love Advance Auto Parts. Usually have everything in stock that I need, but if not, they usually have it a couple hours later. Workers are very helpful, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Love them!
