I honestly thought it would be impossible to get my truck back to normal after the front-end damage, but PRO Shop made it look even better than it did before. Joey and his crew did an outstanding job with the repair and the attention to detail was impressive. Joey and Dawn also handled all the insurance paperwork and helped coordinate the rental, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The job was completed quickly, professionally, and the results were immaculate. Highly recommend.
I recently noticed the molding on the front drivers seat had popped out and appeared to be broken on the side. I went to this body shop any met Joey and Mauricio. They were so pleasant and were able to pop it back in place! If I ever need body work, I will not hesitate to go there!👍👏
I need to give this shout out to Joey and his team of miracle workers. My daughter was t boned in a brand new car that was two weeks old. The damage was so bad. We got the car back. OMG it looks like we just picked it up from the dealer brand spanking new. Best of the best. Look no further. Joey and Dawn walk you through and keep you in the loop. Communication is top notch. I would never go to anyone else!!!!!!
Excellent customer service and very accommodating with hours for someone like me that works. Great price! The job was done in 2 days waaay faster than Progressive and cost less than my deductible. I highly recommend.
I can’t say enough about the great experience we had with them. We had 2 cars that needed work. Joey made sure the work was done quickly and correctly. Dawn helped is with all the paperwork so that our claim was settled appropriately. They made a stressful situation so much better!

This place does great work and has the nicest employees! Joey is such a nice guy and was so incredibly helpful when I was having trouble with my car. There was no up charge whatsoever and he went beyond out of his way in order to make things work for me. I know that if I ever need help with my car that I can come here with no worries. Joey is the best!!!!
After my fender bender I wasn’t sure where to take my car for repair. I went to Pro Shop North and that turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. In 3 days I had my car back, looking like new. Really excellent service, and I cannot recommend more highly.
Stopped by Pro Shop Auto Body North to get an estimate on some scratches on my car. I was greeted by Dawn. She called her brother Joey (shop owner) to come take a look at the damage and provide an estimate. After reviewing, Joey determined that most of the damage could be buffed out. Not only did he pull one of his guys off another car to take care of it right then and there, he didn’t charge me. Dawn was nice enough to engage in a 15 minute conversation even though she had other work to do. When they brought the car back out, nothing was there. The car was back to a 100%. I hope I don’t ever have to go back but if I do, Pro Shop Auto Body North will be my first call/stop. If you need work of the exterior of your car, don’t hesitate to visit.
This shop really helped me when a truck hit my car from behind. I don't know what it would have been like without them explaining the potential scenarios. The owner made sure I had all my stuff out of my car before it was towed as a total. He even offered to get my stuff out for me while I was at work and be there over the weekend. They are honest and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this local business.
I had a major issue with my car that I couldn’t figure out, I called this shop and Joey had answered in the middle of dinner and had shown up to my home 20 minutes later helping me figure out what the issue was. After days of me replacing multiple parts with no relief I had my car towed over and my car was done within the day. This is the best service and customer service I have ever received with any mechanic shop and for the owner to be so personal was something that is very hard to come by. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know and will return for any work I may need in the future, thank you again to Joey and anyone else who took care of my car and made it a priority. Wonderful service!!!!

All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company. I can not say enough good things about them.
My alternator went out on route 6 late one evening and my girl called the pro shop for me. Shorty after, Joey comes by with a battery pack and manages to get my car over to the shop. Soon after, they had my car ready with new parts and got me back on the road at a very reasonable cost. It was cool to meet someone that is not only honest and reliable, but that offers super hero service 😎.. Anyways, go check out Pro Shop Auto Body and ask for Joey. You wont be disappointed.
Great job at a reasonable price and nice people to work with. No long wait to get the job done. They replaced my rear door and repaired the rear panel. Paint matched perfectly and blended perfectly. Looks like new. Highly recommend.

Great shop, great workmanship and even better people. After Bambi decided to play chicken with me on the Taconic, Joe and his team did beautiful work restoring my car back to its original condition. I couldn't be happier and would recommed everyone to use Pro Shop for all their auto body needs.
First went in to get a quote. Then, the girl who hit my rear bumper decided to go through insurance and the owner was amazing in handling the entire process. Immediately he asked me when I could leave the car and from there, it was relatively quick! They did a great job, car looks new. They even replaced the broken tail light with the custom ones I asked for!
Great experience with the workers and owner there, super accessible (24/7).

Took my girlfriend's Subaru here for a rear bumper replacement after a fender bender and we were blown away by how fast the turnaround time was and the quality of work! Joey was very accommodating in letting us drop of the car after hours Wednesday, ordered the new bumper that night and by Thursday afternoon it was all done ready for pickup looking brand new. Not to mention the pricing was very fair, 10% lower than the next cheapest quote we received (and we got 3 quotes) Would definitely recommend.

When I walked in Ryan greeted me enthusiastically which instantly made me feel comfortable being there. He was extremely helpful and took my car in right away. Everyone there is really nice. From the office I could see Mauricio working diligently on my car. I was incredibly impressed at how efficient and focused he was. I definitely felt my car was in good hands. I was also pleasantly surprised with how fast my car was repaired and how affordable all the work was. I was so happy after, I felt like my car was brand new! I used to hate when I had to get my car worked on, but after going to Pro Shop North I no longer feel stressed about it! I now feel a lot better knowing if I ever need my car worked on there’s a place I can trust 100% that my car’s in good hands. I’m so appreciative of everyone there who helped make this an overall pleasant experience!

This shop went above and beyond for me after my accident. They made everything so easy for me by getting my rental ready, dealing with the insurance company for me, and making everything stress free for me. And we all know after an accident we are already stressed and upset. They made everything better and the work was done faster than expected and it was done with absolute perfection! I was kept informed throughout the process as well so I always knew what was going on. Highly recommend for any work needed. They will answer even on a Sunday night if you need them! Best shop around and I’ve been to quite a few.
