I would give 10 stars if i could. Anibal the owner went above and beyond to help me with the repair on my car. At the time I was sick and he handled everything for me and took the worry out of dealing with the ins company. I had alot of damage all around my 2020 Equinox and when I got it back in record time it looked brand new!!!! Plus it was spotless inside. His personality is wonderful and I am so glad I met him. He is so good I called my insurance company to sing praises to my agent for reccommending him. I live in Dutchess Couny but I will only go to him for repairs and when Im in Carmel I will definately stop in to say hello thats how friendly he is. Consistently outstanding work at fair prices! This is the ONLY body shop that I do business with – not only me, but all members of my family. Anibal is willing to work with the customer and consider alternative ways to get the job done, most recently opting to repair a plastic bumper (it now looks perfect; photo attached) rather than replace it, at a serious cost savings to us. It's rare that you can trust a shop as thoroughly as I trust them. Highly, unconditionally recommended.

I recently brought my Subaru forester to the shop due to damage to the front passenger door. Anibal, the owner, walked me through every step of the process. He showed me real live examples of multiple cars in which were fixed that looked magnificent. Anibal offered different options to fix the door and he recommended the best course of action. I picked up my car after it was fixed at his shop by his team and it looked brand new. It was also very clean. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend. Thankful for a local, professional, and excellent car body shop!

Anibal and the workers at the body shop provided outstanding service. They were attentive and highly skilled. My car needed new parts and they took care of everything.They discovered issues with my car's oil that had been caused by another shop, and they fixed it. Highly recommended!

Ok I can't say enough about Anibal and his crew. When I first went there I was a little nuts cause I damage my car door. Mr. Cuba calmed me down and assured me that he would have my car looking perfect again. I picked it up today and he was right. Looks great. I thank Anibal and all his workers for doing such I great job. Definitely will use him again and recommend him. Auto Craft is surly a good honest and fair local business. I am adding to this review. Today I was driving on rt. 52 and they are doing road work. They had cones up on each side with barely enough room to drive through. I clipped a cone which left a scratch on my door. I came over to Auto Craft to ask if they could get it out. Again such nice guy Ronnie got it out for me. I found out he was the painter that did my car. Thank you so much Ronnie. Again can't say enough about this business. They have been wonderful. 11/30/23 I am just posting a small update. Had to bring my car back for a small issue. Anibal resolved the issue within a couple of hours. His worker was nice enough to bring me home cause I didn't have a ride. Once again can't say enough good things about this business. Anibal even gave me a big hug when I left. Thank you so much for being an honest small business in the area. In this day and age I find it very hard to find good people. Every once in awhile you find a person like Anibal that restores my faith on humanity.

Outstanding work and a honest repair center! If you don't read the rest of this review, just remember this! A tree fell onto the roof of my daughters 2018 Audi Q3 and the damage was extensive. The pictures do not do it justice. My insurance agent recommended Auto Craft as they work directly with the insurance company streamlining the process. The car needed to have the entire roof replaced which, as you can imagine, is no small task, and involved extensive work. The repair took a while due to the amount of damage and having to order parts from Germany, but when it was completed it looked like a brand new car again! But can you trust Auto Craft? Having worked on my cars for 50+ years, it is obvious to me when a repair shop is trying to scam you. I can say with 100% confidence that Anibal worked with us with complete transparency and honesty, and absolutely no surprises! Hopefully we won't need to frequent Auto Craft, but they will be my first stop should the need arise! Honest, trustworthy and outstanding work!

Me and my husband would really like to thank the employees and owner of Autocraft for giving us the great body work and the complete repainting of our 1968 Camaro to its original L1 combination. We were at first apprehensive of changing the color back since it already had a very nice blue color. But after the owner went over the pros and cons and showed us a color sample we decided to follow his recommendation and respray the car to its original color. And we are so glad we did! If anyone is looking to have body work jobs big or small done we highly recommend Autocraft in Carmel!

No one wants a traffic accident or storm damage as I did. Two of our vehicles were damaged from a falling tree. Anibal's business is in my neighborhood so having him fix our cars was a no brainer. He took the time to explain the process, was very responsive (I received calls or texts with updates regarding delays with insurance company etc.), and went above and beyond to get needed parts. 5 stars isn’t enough. I am not only so unbelievably happy with the work they did on my car but so unbelievably happy with the customer service. Anibal was so helpful and honest. They are the epitome of good business, not once did I feel like they were trying to get me to pay more or get unnecessary work. I was so happy with how my car looked when I got it back, they even cleaned the inside! We needed our car buffed to repair our side panel. We brought our car in and we were expecting to leave it. He tried to get the scratch out and he told us to wait. He had success right away and finished the job in 10 minutes. He charged us nothing and wouldn’t even take a tip. Kind man and kudos to him. So satisfied with how my car came out. Anibal and team did a fantastic job on headlight cover at a very reasonable price. Prior to confirming quote he went over 3 different types of covers with prices and the pros and cons of each, with no pressure to pick a certain one. Work was done in a prompt manner with a no hassle pick up and payment. Anibal very responsive to questions along the process. I will give Anibal my business and can't recommend him enough!
