I went in with a small issue that another location couldn’t understand. I spoke with Nelson F and he was very helpful gave me as many options as he could. In the end, my problem was only half solved, but I still appreciate all of the help in the small amount of progress I got. He low key saved my ass! I’ll recommend 10x over. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
The store is well stocked and can promptly order and deliver items either the same day or the next day. The staff is helpful and can offer a lot of choices.
Brody and Team at this location are so awesome! They went the extra mile to help me find the right battery for my Toyota Highlander. Brody did not hesitate to help me install the battery. Very professional, respectful & polite. Highly recommend!
Really trustworthy, great, reliable mechanics. My parents turned me onto Joe and his team. He stands by his work and gives a 1 year warranty. Something other mechanics should consider.
Went there for a battery. One guy says he will install it if I buy it. He scrolls through the batteries but quickly brings screen up when the one for 79 dollars shows. Tells me they dont have the one for 139. "It won't fit my car". The only one I can get he says is 199. I catch another employee, and he gets the one for 139.00.
I complain that they tried to upsell me. He tells me the other guy is "dumb, only worked her for a few weeks and gives you the 1st battery he sees". The 3 employees go back into the aisle where they think I can't see them and confer.
I buy the one for 139 with the "core charge" of 22 dollars on top of that. Then he tells me they can't install the battery because his manager says they are short staffed. 3 people in there, I was one of 2 customers at the time. Lies, lies, lies.
Was great. Rep was able to help me out and find me parts I needed by giving him vin number.
I was helped promptly and run out promptly everyone was friendly.
Quick and friendly service very nice employees they always have all the auto parts I need for my car and if they don't they usually have them next day highly recommended for any car parts or service supplies needed 10/10

And a couple of times that I needed to they gave me new parts can beat that plus friendly knowledgeable service

Ok so tried autozone again somethinh simple this time.... got my car phone holder and then stood being ignored by david b. While he discussed weather taco bell or wendys was better. During which time i spoke twice with no response. At which time i said "is everything free while we ignore customers"
I am honestly 100% tired of terrible customer service. This facility needs massive re staffimg and managment.

I am a African American man. My experience at this location today was very unbelievable. I walked in to this location and asked a question about parts I would need for the metal plate located under my car. The first words that the young male said was we are not allowed to go outside to look at cars. He pointed me to the aisle where there was plastic clips. I went back to my car to get money for item. As I walked back in the same young male walked out the store with customers and was looking inside there vehicle talking to them about what they needed help with. The young man went to there car after telling me they are not allowed to walk out to look at cars!!! I am a African American man.
Merchandise is neatly organized and easy to find. Also, good manager. I bought a buffer in another store(Broofield, CT), I didnt open it. I just noticed that it was cheaper on Amazon and guy wouldn't take it back. He said that the store had no cash to issue a refund even though I paid with a debit card. Anyway, long story short this store took it back and gave me a credit no questions asked.
Order online and pickup in store is the way for me.
Don't forget to use coupons and save up to 25%. Also earn speed perks which can be used online or in store. I always find better deals than Autozone so Advance is my 1st option.
Went to get oil that they had a special for, they did not have the filter for my car so I asked if they would do a substitution. They said yes and charged me for 2 filters... I don't know how that is a substation but I ended up going next door and getting a better deal. Will not be returning.
The carmel NY store always spot on respectful courteous and always upfront with the price and one that can be delivered Morton go to any other store but AutoZone these guys are awesome upfront and you get the price is the price what they quote you that's what you're going to pay no hidden fees or nothing
My daughter and I walked in and threw ourselves upon the mercy of the clerk behind the desk. With just a few questions, he determined the right part for us, grabbed it from the Shelf, and sent us on our way.
They've always had the parts I needed on hand. Quick and easy lookups to see if the item matches my car model. Quality parts at a decent price and always fantastic customer service every time. You can rent tool kits for a small deposit that they give back to you as long as you return it within 90 days. Great for someone who doesn't want to spend a bunch of money on tools, but still wants to do the job themselves.
Always seem to be lacking in parts in stock. Always offer to order the part- not great if you need something on the spot. Can be very overpriced. Staff is very friendly but not very knowledgable and often nowhere to be found.
Rated 3 stars in terms of this AutoZone in relation to other AutoZone locations. Would be 2 stars if compared to all autopart stores.
I felt like kid in a toy store.. Every item in order clean and marked. This trip was the eye opener plus the clerk's were a pleasure to ask questions and they knew the answers.. out of high of 10****I give them a 10 .
Very helpful. From time to time they'll try to upsell you, but as long as you understand the benefits (if any) you can decide for yourself. I do my own oil changes on our 3 vehicles and save tons of money here. Good team. Would rather go here than to Advance Auto parts next door. This place has a better selection and you can check out pricing online beforehand.
