Dispite the language barrier, these guys are VERY professional and finish a job in a fast and clean manner. The prices are fair as well. This is my new auto mechanic shop. 🔧
Worse autobody repair shop!!!! They supposed to replace my driver door, and change the "skin", do liming, fix hazard lights on dashboard, oil change,do inspection.... 4550$ was job estimate. They fix my driver door (that's right, not change, but fix) they didn't liming, that why I still all hazard lights on. They said, they change oil,I opened the hood,pull out the oil stick and so black old oil (yes they lie again) ....horrible experience. I ended pay 4770$ !!!220$ for less job. 220$ Karl!!!I'm going to small claim court for sure. Don't ever ever go there!!!!
Needed Carco Inspection and thought I would have to wait days to get an appointment. The woman who handled the phone was so pleasant and wonderful and got me in same day. Its easy to assume you should pull in to the auto dealer but you need to go by it, up to the light by Taco Bell and make 2 rights. The dealership was so nice and didnt seem annoyed that this happens frequently.
Once I arrived I received attention right away and my inspection was completed in record time. Super nice and friendly! I chose this location ratyer than tye one close to my house, just because of the wonderful first interaction on the phone. Well worth the extra travel
The secretary is the owner’s wife, many occasions that I went there I didn’t want to give her the response she deserved but today was enough!! This woman doesn’t has customers services skills, very rude attitude with customers. When customers are in the office waiting and she gets in doesn’t say Good morning of anything.
Carco insurance inspection? I had no idea what it was, that it is required in New York State. A phone call got me on the schedule a few days later. I arrived early, having anticipated that there would be Google map issues. Go past the dealership, turn right at the light, head around to the back. I was out before I was scheduled.
Brought 4 cars in to have work done on them and ended up waiting 6 months before taking them back, and they still hadn't touched them. Cost me towing them in and then towing them out. Fixed the starter for a Mercedes and never fixed it, never returned it ultimately forcing me to buy a new one.
The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, I don't know how they stay in business.
They were fantastic, was only a photo inspection but i was in and out in 15 mins, friendly guy working there, its a little hard to find behind the moni shopping center past the new mitsu dealer
Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Absolutely horrible experience. Car spent over a month and a half at their shop. Poor communication in their shop, not even they know what's going on, left completely in the dark on what was wrong with the car. Took my car to a different mechanic and he fixed it quickly and for a fraction of the price. Wish I would've read the reviews..
Personas no profesionales , dejamos el carro el sábado nos dijeron q lo chequeaban en una hora nunca nos llamaron . Llamamos por teléfono mandamos mensajes y nunca fueron capaces de contestar. El lunes llamamos y no lo habían mirado , lo fuimos a buscar a las 4:30 pm nos inventaron que tenían q hacerle cosas todo mentira, estoy segura que ni lo habían mirado. Eso que fue recomendado el lugar pero antes que nada miren siempre los comentarios de google para ahorrarse un mal momento como nosotros. Ni se disculparon por no responder. Un desastre . Muy poco profesional
He is fair honest and makes sure the car is right before it goes out the door. Hes not like some of the other shops .he doesn't try and tell you something is wrong with your car just to get your money. He is honest and very trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. He will not and does not let it go out of his shop until he is 100%satisfied with the way it is running.
Worst experience. So unprofessional, kept my boyfriends car for three months. Lied and lied about dates, times, and saying we basically “didn’t” speak on days we did and I have the phone calls. Never returning calls or texts. Then refused to do one of the services and would return $170 when we spent over 4,000 and didn’t have a car for MONTHS. We paid Friday in full because she told us to and still told us the car was not ready which means the wife Nancy lied ONCE AGAIN. They lie about everything and have horrible mis communication within the shop so two people are telling us two different things. We ended up having to tow the car out because “we cant keep coming to the shop” like what?!? My car is there and we been having several meeting times. Also they stole/didn’t return my boyfriends emblem to his Audi sign and his fog lights. Even resulted into verbal back and forth with Nancy being loud and rude super unprofessional, lying, and then refusing to give us the receipt, compensation money and key “until she was ready”. Mind you she was aware the tow truck people were waiting. Horrible do not go there waste of your time, money, and they are super unprofessional.
Absolute worst shop in middletown ny area stole my parts overcharged me for work done wrong colored pain and poor workmanship gonna take his wife Nancy and Joshua to court to het my$$ back.DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! THIEVES AND LIARS
Sooooo my window stopped working the day before going out of town and I literally called 12 auto shops and went to 3. Thankfully I gave Joshuas Auto Shop a call because he fixed it with no hesitation. I’m so happy , satisfied & relieved. 10 stars ! Thank you
