The lady on the front the one with glasses seems to be the same one everyone talks about. She wasn't just rude but nasty, she was texting on the phone while I was asking her questions the ones she didn't even answered. I hope the owner of this establishment pays attention to who is taking his business down.

I don't usually do this, but I've been to this place several times before and they've always treated me well and been very friendly. However, today, unfortunately, I encountered a Latina woman whom I asked for help in Spanish. She responded in such a rude way, saying she didn't speak Spanish. As I said, I've been there before and they've always assisted me in Spanish, and I've never been spoken to in the way this woman treated me.

Im not one to leave reviews often but I just have to after shopping at this autozone in Middletown NY. Not only was Stephanie at desk very helpful but Brandon went beyond & is such a decent human I have to commend him. I observed him being extremely kind and helpful to an older having some difficulties in the parking lot. she was so thankful. he sent her on her way & when i thanked him for his humanity, he replied he didnt understand why people just couldnt be nice to each other. gotta love him. good for business but even better good for humanity. ill bring all my shopping there and im telling all my friends.

I had a great experience getting my battery issue fixed at the Auto zone on 211 in Middletown. Brandon, the regional manager, was super helpful and informative of the poor job Mavis did 2-3 years ago with replacing my battery and damaging the battery terminal. I’m sure if they could have replaced it himself at AutoZone, that he would have right then and there. Super appreciative! This location will now be my go to from now on. Thank you!!

This would be a five star review however I felt I was treated very rudely by a young lady with glasses upon my arrival to the location. I was asking if she would check my car battery and immediately she told me it was my starter that was the issue. Again didn’t even test the battery and assumed it was the starter. She wouldn’t even allow me to explain the issue I had, and just dismissed me like I didn’t matter or was just too lazy to even go outside and perform a two minute battery test with the handheld device. Before leaving I asked Xavier, who was outside with another customer, to perform the same test I had requested and he had no problem doing so. Alas it was my battery to which I then returned back inside and purchased a new one. Xavier saved this interaction in your location today. As a long time customer as well as someone who works in a retail environment, Xavier showed what customer service is all about. The other young woman needs to find something else to do with her time because you almost lost a long time customer for good. Thank you Xavier!!

I came to this Store to purchase a replacement headlight bulb for my Toyota Matrix. *The sales associate Aleksis V. was absolutely wonderful and so helpful too. She actually helped me install the replacement bulb quickly and efficiently. Aleksis V. is an absolute true asset to your Auto Zone Organization located at 320 Route 211 in Middletown,NY. Please applause her and let her know how much I appreciate her beautiful and pleasant attitude. She made my experience at your auto zone store memorable.

Ordered a passenger side mirror replacement for my vehicle early this week and was advised by Maddy that it would arrive Thursday. Showed up to pick it up and the order did not even ship yet! I was never notified of the delay and was not advised when it would arrive. I cancelled my order, got a refund, and posted this review. Should have just went to Amazon!!

Yo somebody gotta tell the red shirts to do they job. coming from someone whos worked at a autozone. The person behind the register is supposed to help the customer locate items in the store not give them a pog to go find it themselves after clearly stating u need help finding something.

I had an awful experience at your AutoZone location, which resulted in unnecessary stress, a missed day of work, and could have led to potential damage to my vehicle. After having my car jumped by a mechanic, I was advised that my battery needed replacement. I mean I don’t know much about cars but you could have look at it and tell I also did not change it for 3 years since I got the car and it was used previously. Totally understandable and totally down to get it fixed. The mechanic suggested Autozone on 211 and kindly followed me there, though unfortunately, he could not stay. I went inside and asked a cashier for assistance purchasing a new battery. I was informed that there would be no core fee if AutoZone staff installed the battery, so I agreed. However, during the installation process, two employees a young woman named Mia and a young man(do not know his name) began arguing over who should perform the work. The exchange was unprofessional and concerning. The young woman accused the male employee of previously breaking a brake pad clip on his own car, to which he responded by bringing up a prior incident where she had allegedly blown a battery terminal and was disciplined with a write up. At that point, I strongly considered paying the fee and finding another installer but I figured… they are trained.. they are young and probably just talking mess to each other but I now boy do I regret not doing so. Once the battery was installed, several warning lights came on in my vehicle, prompting immediate concern. The warning lights actually were regarding traction and did not relate to the battery. She was right about that. She did returned with a diagnostic device and informed me that my alternator was failing. Upset, I requested a manager, who came out and contradicted her diagnosis, assuring me it was not the alternator. Despite this, Mia continued insisting that it was. I also explained the level of professionalism and he expressed “it happens all the time”. By the next morning, my car would not start. At this point, I began believing the young lady may have been right, and I began preparing to purchase a new alternator. I had to call out of work last MINTUE and could not get my child to school now due to the situation and my job is 40 minutes away. Thankfully, i had the car jumped once again and then I went to the PEPES mechanic, who quickly discovered that the battery had been improperly installed the power cable had not been correctly connected. Once fixed, the car started on and off immediately. The mechanic started the car 5 times in front of me just to assure me. It has now been over a week, and I’ve experienced no further issues, the trust worthy mechanic at PEPES was honest and also confirmed that the alternator is functioning properly. I do not know whether the employees actions were due to inexperience or something else, but the result was highly stressful and inconvenient. I believe this matter should be addressed. I spoke with Stephanie another manager to explained what happened the following day. Has she addressed it? I hope but I am also writing this to share my experience with hopes it eliminates stress from someone else. If AutoZone is going to offer battery installation services, staff SHOULD be properly trained and capable of performing such work safely and accurately. I would like to strongly suggest that all staff in similar roles, receive appropriate guidance or be restricted from installing batteries until they are fully competent. Due to this mishap, I lost time, money, and trust. I would not feel comfortable recommending this location for battery installation services, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. One of the staff members Emmanuel has helped me in emergency on multiple occasions now. He was able to get off these almost impossible bolts while also assisting other customers in the process. Staff members are always willing to help in their free time, great store would recommend for future complications.

As a woman, I sometimes feel apprehensive when visiting Auto Zone. In the past, I have experienced situations where I felt my gender was quietly acknowledged in a way that suggested I lacked knowledge about cars. However, today was different, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to a lovely young lady who assisted me. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. It was refreshing to be supported by another woman who was not only willing to assist me but also demonstrated great expertise in something as straightforward as the requirements for an oil change. Thank you very much, Jalisa, for your exceptional help today!

I was there yesterday trying to get a battery installed for my jeep. I had a woman help me and I don't know her name but she was very nice. I was frustrated that they couldn't change the battery since it was connected to my fuse box, but the woman and the rest of her Co workers inside were doing the best they could to give me options about what to do. I wish I gotten their name but I went around 11:30 Saturday. They were fantastic, truly. Please tell them I said thank you for their kindness

I tried getting my wipers fixed, and the worker said, "Give a few. i need my jacket, got his coat, walked out to the parking lot, got in his the car, and left without helping me. i was kinda stuned lol

I went to autozone looking for headlights and Christian helped me out. He also went the extra mile to ask if I knew how to install them so he could assist further. I didn’t, so he came out to install them for me. I had a few questions regarding other car issues and he pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Christian and Autozone employees!

My wife and kids had some car trouble I was at work and wasn’t able to assist so I told her to go to Auto Zone. Emmanuel was a great help and gave us good advice when it came to resolving the issue. He made us fill comfortable about the situation and he waited until the tow truck came. Emmanuel gave great service that day. I highly recommend the 320 211 East Middletown NY location.
