Needed my battery replaced todayunder warranty and Michael was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Not sure of the name of the man who put the battery in for me but both employees were great. I definitely recommend this location for great customer service and speed.
In was in there just a few minutes but staff helped me as soon as I walked in. They were courteous, friendly and understood and knew what I was looking for, they asked me what I was doing and made suggestion in what products would've been the easiest and best
I had to replace a battery in my prius which wasn't a fun project. While they weren't able to replace it (due to the battery's ridiculous location) Michael R from the Middletown store was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Thanks so much for all your help!
I had to drive about an hour to this location but was worth it. Had parts I needed in stock, front calipers for my prius. Some time ago I came to this location cause they had battery in stock for a prius as well which was needed badly at the moment.
Zero stars if possible. Chatty kattys having a conversation in the back while customers wait. No real knowledge besides what’s in the computer. Be careful if you buy a wrong part and open it by mistake, refund policy is trash. Stock on the shelves are tremendously low. Super disappointing visit.

These guys are the stuff. I bought an alternator online supposed to be new and tested. NOT, DOA. I had to remove it and send it back, Advance put the effort in to getting me one with a limited life time warranty over night, I installed it and all is good, I still await a refund from the online bum.
The only complaint I have is they never have enough people on the register and you end waiting a longtime to be helped. The staff on the other hand are very nice and helpful.
Will not ever return. Book in the store said that I needed a certain light for my 06 elentra. I purchased said light and it did not fit at all. Tried to return so I could go to another store and get the proper light as they only had the next tier light. He told me you cant return as it is open, what company has such a stupid policy, things happen.Cashier could not of been bothered to order what I needed in to exchange it, he sold me a light that I had to pay additional for, not an even exchange. I played it because I just wanted yo be done with the company.
Please fire everyone and start fresh! I went in today and the guy had his air pods on and having a conversation with someone else. Totally unprofessional, didn’t help at all.
This place is full of special people, words cannot explain. My father passed out while on the job, and all staff was very attentive and helpful in trying to perform CPR until the first respondants came by. A special thank you to Tyler who tried everything he could to bring him back to life. In my family's eyes, you are truly a hero. Thank you to all the staff for being a second family to my father. You all were his home away from home. We are all forever thankful for the service of this amazing staff

I HAD TO RETURN A USED BATTERY N GET MY REFUND. I FAILED TO BRING MY RECEIPT. EVAN, THE MANAGER, TRIED REALLY HARD TO FIND MY PURCHASE N HE COULDN'T BUT HE TOOK MY WORD N ISSUED ME THE $12.00 I PAID WHEN I BOUGHT THE NEW BATTERY ONLINE.

This store is horrible the staff if nasty starting from the manager all the way down to the employees i don't know why my husband continues to go there. i would not spend one cent in that store for what ever reason don't go there go the one in newburgh.
