Amazing Service! Was stuck at the Galleria mall with a dead battery and two kids late at night. Mall security useless… one phone call to Rhino and within 10 minutes had someone there, jumped the car and I was on my way!

Crushed the bottom of my bumper as they took it off the truck, tried to start it with the battery dead, who knows what they did when they picked it up. The guy also had mud on his gloves and scratched 2 doors when he touched it with the mud. I guess they take no care in your vehicle if it has other damage because they think it's a junk car even though it was a $50,000 Vehicle.
Update since An Employee contacted me, The owner or some staff called me and wasted 12 minutes of my time trying to guilt me into changing my review "Because they are a small business and have employees to pay". They said that they make any problems right, and when asked for proof while denying anything happening, they got the proof and still tried to say it wasn't their fault, and then when they asked me how to make it right, I said fix the $200 in damage and they stopped responding. So obviously they don't make anything right.
Update again since the Owner updated their response, My vehicle was picked up from an auction Without damage to the bumper, I have them on video damaging the vehicles bumper, they wasted my time on the phone claiming they make things right, and when i sent the proof they stopped responding and didnt offer to cover the damage. they will damage your vehicle and then cover it up and lie, Be careful with them.
I was waiting two hours for another Tow Truck company to come and pick me up. Geico said they would call another company to get me. Geico said they would be there in an hour. Someone from Rhino called to say that the driver would be there in an hour. Also he mentioned if theirs any concerns please call me asap. Maybe 15 minutes after the drive called and said he was out front. The driver was professional and friendly. I would recommend this company for anyone that needs help with their car.
