Brought in my 1995 Monaco Rv that I just got. I needed it to be checked for any issues I may have missed when I purchased. The guys went above and beyond, and caught that the alternator was starting to fail. They not only replaced it, but replaced it properly with one that if I have issues in the future is easier to replace. They tracked down and fixed a few of the electrical problems related to the old alternator. Overall I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They even fixed the step properly so if my dad wanted to look in the rv I wouldn't have to worry about the step drooping anymore. I will be bringing it back for any work I need done.

I have a rv rental that needed serviced while I had a renter on the road. Zach went above and beyond to fix my issues and get my renter back on their vacation. Even dropping them off and picking them up from a hotel since the part they needed wouldn't be in until the next day. I am so grateful for there help in this crazy situation we were in. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I needed brakes on my Class A motorhome on a Ford chassis. We called numerous shops but no one said they would do the brake job. I then called New York Truck repair. Within 2 weeks they performed the repair.

Quality of work:5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Communication: 5/5 Timeliness: 5/5 Summary: They're honest, they'll stay in contact with you as needed or at your request with updates, haven't had any "ever since" issues = quality work, and they had it done when they said, every time I was there. Took my truck here due to location with a cracked hydraulic brake booster about a month ago (8/26/24). They got it fixed in about 3 days with parts delivery time, and reconnected some vacuum lines that were left disconnected by previous shops, super dope. About 2 weeks later (9/3/24), my truck decided to blow a coolant line out and cracked the recovery tank. They had me fixed by the end of the next day. I added some stuff for them to look over and picked up my truck to use while I waited on parts, and then brought it back to them on a Friday morning, and the rest was finished that afternoon. Oh, and I forgot to leave them my keys, so they were locked out while I left to Boston for the weekend, and they still got it done in one day. They have lock out kits, go figure. So don't panic if you forgot yours (like I did), just call them to give a heads up. (9/25/24) I no longer work in the area, and my truck split a hydraulic line on my PTO, they offered to take a look at it. I drove it 2 hours, one way, to have them look at it, because they've done great work, great with time, and been more than hospitable and reasonable to me from the first day.

Had a blowout on the bus while touring with the Tedeschi Trucks Band, New York Truck Repair & Towing was the only company that answered the phone at 2 am and I'm certainly glad they did. Fantastic service, went above and beyond to get us rolling again. Replaced my tire, rim, studs, lug nuts and an air bag. I won't call anyone else if I need help in the area and I highly recommend them for any work you may need.

I dont usually write reviews but for this one I felt I have to. I had an emergency while I was driving my RV on I-84 on Sunday afternoon where I lost power to engine, called New York Truck Repair and Towing to check if they can help and got Gary answered my phone call and told me yes he can help but after I get it towed to his shop, but after complications with towing company I called Gary again and he came to me at 10 PM did his diagnostics and found the problem and fixed it. He even refused to take any money. Thsnk you very much Gary.

They charge crazy amounts also they’re not honest they fixed one side of my car without telling me the other side was damaged aswell I ended up paying 1763$ for nothing still I have to put more money in the car instead I would’ve just change it , I wouldn’t recommend to deal with them

I stopped in NY Truck Repair with my Ford F550 while towing a piece of equipment for an exhaust issue. I had just left another repair shop in Chester that attempted to repair the issue and failed terribly and that cost me $163. For nothing. The guys at NY Truck repair came out and looked at the issue and made a prompt and professional and safe repair. The price was more than fair and less then half of the clowns from the other so called repair facility. Great guys and a real professional shop. I will definitely return there in the future. I was able to complete my trip safely.

My truck broke down on the side of 17 around 2pm. The hard line off my compressor broke and I lost all air pressure. They towed me back to their shop and ran to the dealership to get the a replacement line and had my truck back up and running by 4pm so I could still make my delivery window. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received and without getting killed on price. They will be the only company I use whenever I’m in the area.

I called these guys for a service call on one of my trucks and they were fast, efficient, and had the truck up and running in no time. I can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future!

Very professional and thorough service. They kept me up to date and informed while my truck was in for a transmission and pto replacement. Other shops told me there was a 12 week lead time on my PTO but they had a new Transmission and PTO expediated and installed in under a week. Thank you to Max and the team here. Wouldn't bring my truck anywhere else in the area.

Your tow truck driver tried to run me off the road because he was upset that I was about to pass him as he was making his turn(right), but he chose to divert from his path to come over into the lane I was using to run me off the road. He had no need to do what he did. How he has a license I don't know but he needs to be reevaluated for his position. What's wild is no driver for this company has EVER done that before why he felt the need too I don't understand. I need to file a formal complaint against him, that is unacceptable behavior for a company to have. Your driver did this also. When I have a receipt for the damage I will bring it to your company.

This place was very helpful and friendly in getting my truck off the highway and diagnosing the issue, they were very adorable and honest. Very great experience here!

Horrible company; they do a half-a** job just to over charge you. Definitely Won’t be returning to this place.

This place is a RIP-OFF! Don’t waste your time here. One of the workers, Keith spent 2-3 hours working on a very minor issue on my car that was supposed to take 5 minutes. He was pretending he didn’t know the issue & kept trying many different methods to make my car start. Turns out, all he had to do was tighten the battery with a wire. He knew he could’ve resolved the issue in 2 minutes, but played dumb and purposely spent hours on the car to make more money. They charged $500 for a 2-minute job. Also, it wasn't even Keith who ultimately got the car started—it was my fiancé. My fiancé knows about cars & he’s the one who got the car started and was coaching Keith on what to do the entire time.

Had an issue with my vehicle, walked over, the mechanic was very friendly, helped me out with the problem in a time efficient manner, doing an excellent job!! Thank you!

I get it’s snowing. You’re busy but whoever the lady is and gave the attitude and said I can’t find your f$&@?!’ Car well that’s your job!!! You sit behind a desk you’re not out there towing a car. So now where is my car!!!!!!!

I went there to have to tires seated and the rest of my tires filled to 110psi the owner Gary charged me $395.00 I was there 45mins.

I would like to thank the owner of New York Truck Repair and Towing for helping my Mom after she unexpectedly got a flat tire on the highway. In 15 min her tire was fixed, free of charge. Thank you!!
