[1st Visit, Delivery, JUL 07, 2023] (appointment 11:30 / arrival & check-in 07:00 / drop the trailer 11:30 / check-out 13:00) park the truck street side just before the gate —-> check-in with ID & BOL at the gate —-> get a phone call for pass the gate —-> drop the trailer in designated spot —-> waiting for unloading in bobtail staging area —-> paperwork at the scale office *** long waiting line *** very busy facility *** nice guys working *** overnight parking available street side parking lot

If you loaded batteries with Reefer trailer DO NOT COME here they will not unload Reefer trailers here. You will go back to shipper like I did. only dryvan trailers they will accept. My broker lied us.

I checked in for my delivery appointment one and a half hours early and I was unloaded even before my appointment time. All these negative comments on here are from people with poor time management skills and bad attitudes

I can't complain. I arrived 20 minutes before appointment time, and they got right in offloaed within an hour, and everybody was really polite and friendly.

Call and check your appointment time. Brokers will lie. It's always by appointment. Don't be late, even by 5 minutes. You will become a work in. Check in 15 minutes before your appointment, and you will be out within an hr. If you're late, it could be 4-6 hrs to unload. If you can't make the appointment, don't take the load. You've been warned.

Attention driver read carefully When you guys pulled in there stay to right. Park ur truck in design area. Make sure to wear safety vest . Take ur id nd bol and check in with the to bad ass attitude lady (younger nd older) . When competing the check in stay in ur truck to they gonna call you. 2 drop trailer when u make right in building. When's you drop trailer go in office near the scale. After that they gonna call you when is done. Now attention warehouse(management) please put some big sign outside at parking area. Because you're employed can't explaind she be like you know what do. How I know ur policy. I'm visiting first time.I think people who have self respect they can't deal with bad ass attitude lady's (at guard check) both lady's doesn't know about respect if you don't wanna work just go home. Don't spoil someone days with no respect I'm very disappointed. Just be polite everyone if you need respect. You guys no have ideas how many things I faced on road nd you don't no what kind circumstances in . I knew lot driver are rude to but can't treating everyone like no respect. Five fingers are not same. So just be nice

Run away from here , they are using 1 door to unload you , security is non existent, after 6 hours on waiting if you happened to be unloaded when their lunch comes up it’s another hour wait, by the time I got out it was 8 hours …… shipper took 3 hours + these ppl 8hrs = 11hrs for 1 load , find out if it’s worth

Been trucking for a long time and let me tell you sometimes you forget certain warehouses or stand clear of them for a reason. This place is literally trash and not worth a penny to haul to they will waste your time.

Be Aware this facility takes 6-7 hours to unload if you are late for your appointment. The security lady is extremely rude, no respect whatsoever.

As a truck driver, they seem to be loading. Really fast here, polite folks at the front gate and helpful with instructions very clear on where to get loaded and how to park

Despite what the other reviews say, not a bad place. Very tight when you come off the scale, you have to make a hard right. In and out in 1hr for a drop. Can't speak for a pick up.

For me was a horrible place. Ladies at the gate were nice. Picked up a load from Binghamton NY at 2.30 pm, when I reached this place for delivery at 4.30 pm the same day, lady at the gate told me I had appointment at 1.30 pm for delivery, so you have to wait. How long? No idea, was the answer. They took 12 hrs and 10 minutes to unload me. No restroom out side the gate and you cannot go inside the company for safety reasons. Will not come back here again.

They need to hire more workers in this facility. if you miss your appointment they will reschedule you for the next day be careful coming here

53’ dryvan drivers, if you have scrap batteries delivering here just be on time. They do only by appointment, won’t let you in earlier. Other than that it was very fast unloading.

It is not bad at all. After check in , the yard driver will take over the trailer and get it unloaded. - me, drop the trailer and wait in the bobtail truck. - the space is limited so it is good idea to do unloading and back up the trailer themself. -as long as it is moving, I am happy with at place

second time delivering here, not bad honestly. this time around i had a 9:30pm appt and got here around 4:30pm. 5:30 i got a call. takes a little over an hour or so to deliver if your dropping off old batteries like i was. would deliver again, this place doesn’t bother me.

What a great group of Professional, Courteous and helpful staff at this facility! From the time you stop at Security, to scale, get loaded and rescale load, all the employees go out of their way to guide you through the process here since it is rather tight for tractors/ trailers! Very impressed with the service here!

Totally retarded place. Checked in 5.30 for my 6am delivery app, was told to go to different warehouse to unload, couldnt reach aybody there until 6.40. Now they telling that they are 9hours behind and I need to book gate first and wait 9+ hours loosing whole day for short $600 load! Stay away never go here

This intersection is very dangerous with large trucks pulling out and stopping traffic and parking on the shoulder and blocking the road around a turn. I was behind a truck who pulled over and began to wave me past. I began driving past when another truck pulling out started screaming at me. The truck driver screaming at me told me I was stupid, called me several derogatory female names, while cursing, and was actively trying to run me off of the road. Had I not started reversing and begging the gentleman to not hit me, he would have hit me. I was pleading with him not to run me over. The other cars behind me started honking their horns as well informing him to please stop driving aggressively towards us. It was a very dangerous situation not only for myself but for the 10 vehicles behind me. I would have called 911 if things had escalated any further due to his severe road rage and aggression. I informed the driver that the other truck driver had waved me forward and was directing traffic. The screaming truck driver was unaware that there was another truck attempting to direct traffic. The screaming truck driver did not have the right of way regardless to pull onto the highway. This is a very upsetting encounter. I did call the company to let them know that they have a driver with extreme road rage, zero professionalism, and are extremely dangerous and confrontational. They let me know that the driver would no longer be allowed to drive there. However this intersection remains to be continuously dangerous. I drive this intersection every day to and from work as I have for the past several years. There is consistently hazardous conditions along this busy highway that are not addressed in a responsible manner to the local community.

To THE OWNER OPERATOR I decided to given a 4 ⭐ do to the fact that this place is Berry busy and Dangerous b careful out here they run you over have your safety vest ? ;;got in also Berry thigh appt time try b here at least 30mts B4 appt time no overnight parking in facility but as soon you come out just make a right turn and like 60meters on left is a free parking ,good luck GOD BLESS

I had a 5:40am appointment but went there 1900 the day before. They sent me to 260 ballard Rd for over night parking! I was there by 5am and was done unloading b4 6:15am. The lady at the gate is very pleasant!!

I’m truck driver. Did 180 miles straight. Shipper was loading 7 hours, I was late for delivery appointment because of the shipper. Check in 9am Thursday, check out 7pm Friday. I was waiting 2 days to get unloaded! They even don’t have toilet box on their parking!

I deliver here regularly! Atleast 2 or 3 times a week. The people here are great! Security guards and guys in shipping are nice. They work with you if you have a good attitude. Ain't ever had any problems with these guys and I've been doing this for months now. They have parking right down the road so you can do your break if need be. And if you need a 34 you can. Can also drop your trailer and go right down to the Walmart to grab whatever you need while on break.

Overnight parking before and after delivery !!! Appointment at 4:30am , check in 8pm, got a call 1:3am , dropped trailer , 5:00am Empty. Not bad . 30 min after appointment. Better to do check in 30 min before appointment for good sleeping.

Arrived 6:51 for my 7:00 appointment time. Security guard was busy ignoring me. Checked me in at 7:05. BAM! Missed my appointment time. Waited till 12:35 so they could do me a favour and 'slip' me in. We will see how today goes with the next load.

Worst place i have ever came to deliver. Always a delay and if u come 15 mins late they make u wait 10 hours last load i would ever do here!

Arrived on 3/20/19 at 3:00 to the evacuation of the facility. Appointment was for 3:30 and I didnt get to "check in" until after 5pm after sitting in a truck line that ran down the road to the next stoplight. I have been here since and have been told they will "work me in" DO NOT EVER DELIVER HERE THEY WILL HOLD YOU UP AND COST YOU MONEY AND OTHER LOST LOADS.
