I would like to thank Larry from Mid-Hudson Mac for all the help and understanding while ordering parts for my 1999 Mac ch600. The vehicle had been up graded with heavier front and rear axles and I was unsure of the part numbers that I needed regarding brakes Larry was very helpful and understanding after locating the parts he had the other gentleman put the parts on a pallet and load them onto my truck it's hard to find human interaction like this in this new automated time Larry is truly an asset to Mid-Hudson Mac and I thank him I know now that I have a place to go to get my parts and not feel embarrassed that I don't know the names and part numbers of the things I need to purchase thank you very much Mid-Hudson Mac and thank you Larry.
Omg. Inept. Useless. Frustrating. Waste of time and money.
Short in abs. Gave them 2 days with the truck to chase the wire.
2 days later they handed me a $400 bill for diagnostic services: error short in the ABS wire.
That’s it. No work done, no repair, 2 days off the road, no apology or excuse.
Horrible. Inept. Pretty sure illegal, not sure- will inquire with DOT.
Find another garage- Robert Green is an hour away.

Said I needed new blower motor for heater wrong motor is fine should diagnose in more common sense way .very easy to just install new parts anyone can do that diagnostic ability is key👍👍👍

We had an issue with the transmission in one of our trucks and we were expecting it to be out of service for a while, but Mid Hudson Mack got it back to us so quickly! We were completely shocked and are amazed with their service and turnaround time. Thank you so much for keeping us up and running during our busy season!
I had an electrical problem: my gauge kept oscillating between 13V and 17V . Brought it to MHM and they diagnosed the problem as faulty batteries and, so, installed new ones. The tech told me the voltage was now steady at 13 but when I checked it was still vacillating. He explained that his voltmeter showed 13V and my gauge was inaccurate. Duhhh. I don't think I needed new batteries. Further, I had a circuit breaker for my lift gate attached to the old batteries. They called me at home and told me it was burnt out. I told them OK, just disconnect it. When I drove away from MHM I heard a scraping sound. The tech had disconnected the breaker and left it dragging on the ground. The other problem I had was my digital dash display was going black occasionally. They told me they couldn't fix that. Total dissatisfaction with this place. A complete waste of time and money. I am furious.
