Arrived here yesterday2/7 my co-driver checked in at @ around 7 am for a trailer midship light replacement as its riveted in. Told 3 ahead of us. They tried calling him at around 5 pm but his phone blocked the call for spam. Today 2/8 place has a gas leak and is completely locked up tight.

Told me it would be a 6 hour wait for a tire change…12 hours later and then tell me they still have now room might be a few more hours. Go else where unless you have at least 24hrs to spare

I would like to say ! Chris the parking lot gentlemen that helps keep things in order out there is outstanding! And all the staff I encountered were very good !

The shop is a total joke. I waited 5 hours before i called and was told it would be another 4 or 5 hours. This dump is worser than loves ever though about being !

Do not come here for work on truck or trailer. They will tell you one time then just keep pushing it out further and further. I think they work for 5 min then take a break for 30 min, rinse and repeat. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE BAYS AS POSSIBLE.

Prices are going up again, drivers. Reserve Parking is almost $30. Thanks for stealing more drivers money for crap truck stops, BP.

feels more of a tourist trap versus a truck stop ridiculous parking prices nothing but mostly reserved it on the app or call ahead extremely rude staff avoid this place at all costs

10/14: 2 ladies who worked in the restaurant tonight after 5pm, WERE AMAZING. Great service. Great Food. I got the NY Strip and fried shrimp with French fries and Broccoli. Fuel desk employees were nice. Place was clean, especially bathrooms. Fuel line is like every other truck stop ... full of good and bad drivers who sit too long at pumps. *There is lack of room for pulling up from pump though. AND ***Oh! 4 stars because you guys got rid of BLT. I loved the BLT and is an easy grab and go sandwich.***

well, i planned on this being my stop for a 10 hour break. so i stopped and purchased fuel at the petro in scranton pa. i dont buy alot of fuel at petro/ta but i wanted a shower credit so i assumed it was 50 gallons like it is at every other truck stop. i ended up purchasing 55 gallons. when i make it to the ta in montgomery new york i go check in the shower and i dont have a credit. i go to fuel desk and show the lady behind the counter the misunderstanding. she refused to give me a shower credit. now look if i had known it was 60 gallons minimum i would have bought 5 more gallons for gods sake. as i asked to speak to the manager the young lady working next to her asked her co worker why i wished to speak to the manager. when she found out what my complaint was. she gon say "thats his fault should have filled up" in a very smart condesending way. but once i spoke to the manager mrs dornesha, she resolved the issues quickly and was very kind but also stern in a motherly type of way letting me know that going forward it is 60 gallons needed for a shower credit. although i am not very pleased with how the regular employees treated me for such a simple misunderstanding, the manager mrs dornesha deserves the credit for doing the right thing. i will not forget it anymore that it takes 60 gallons to get a shower credit

Man I got chips and queso as a starter the queso was colder than you want it and cheap tortilla chips were a bit stale. I usually tip very well but this was horrible. My chicken was redropped chicken so they feed ppl leftovers from the day before.

This is one of the few TAs that do not have potholes that will swallow the truck up. Because they were busy there was a slight weight for shower rooms which were clean. All of the staff were very very friendly and helpful. Parking cost $25 per night. There is grass areas for pets on leash. Garbage cans were emptied and not overflowing all over the ground.

Restaurant sucks . Service sucks . Place always has some type of issue . If I could put -⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can’t wait 1/2 hr for food . Time is money . Teach your wait staff this . Please . I walked out on a $25 ny steak . And I had my heart set on it. Just to be let down. I’ll eat out of my truck if service doesn’t pick up IT’s hospitality .

lot of space that are paid to park $25, you could say this is a Amazon drop lot the amount of Amazon trailer left behind in free parking spots are crazy, there was even a sign said drop trailer will be tow, guess they are just bluffing, even if your fixing them put them in paid parking lot

This location has an issue with the showers. Whenever a toilet is flushed the water turns scorching hot. Burn levels. If your shower during a busy time it's just about non stop lava water. Unusable! If you listen you can hear a pounding in the pipes just before it happens letting you jump out of the way. But customers jumping around in a soapy shower area to avoid possible burns isn't very safe. Anyone with a legal motive could probably score a nice settlement in these tough times. Pretty negligent for a company this size. Ask for shower 11.

WOW! This TA is the best I’ve ever been to as far as hospitality and kindness! The Puerto Rican guy (I think) at the fuel desk deserves a raise! He really looked out for me and was extremely nice. He was also on a ladder cleaning shelves. What!? The lady at the front counter was extremely nice, too! I wish I knew their names. The shower room was clean and nice and cold. That’s the first time I didn’t sweat after showering. The guy cleaning the showers was even super nice. It’s so refreshing when you get good customer service nowadays. This put me in a good mood for sure! Oh, and they have a pretty sweet driver lounge!

To whom it may concern this is a message in writing to advice that I will be leaving the trailer at the mechanics. I believe this is very disrespectful from TA to keep me hostage for 2 days and only change out 4 tire no other repair has been done. They said the trailer would be finished today by 4pm but nothing has been resolved. I Also think Landstar is disrespectful you're very strict in wanting owner operators to have the trucks up to par but the trailer that you assigned me is not even legal to be on the road. I expected better treatment.

The one star is for the shop the truck stop is clean yes but the service manager that was on duty lied about wait time. checked in around 2pm and told me the waiter time is 3 hours and I had 2 trucks ahead of me but that was a lie by 11 pm they said there are 4 trucks ahead and there is only one tech working these guys are just milking the clock TA needs to do something about this. Just be Be honest we don’t have days to kill out here. And probably TA should pay better so they can make more money 10s of trucks waiting days for simple things come in now staff shortages that’s not a thing the problem is with the gym and managers

Food is very expensive here not many options. They have a country. Pride didn’t try that but see that some people say it’s expensive if the portraits are small, most of the parking is reserved.

$25 to park? Guess who will never spend another $ at a TA? You know most of us have families to feed and mortgage payments to make? We don't work 70 hours a week cause we enjoy it. Like price gouging us on the food and fuel isn't enough. You just made a loves and pilot loyal customer. Also what's the point in having 90% paid parking and 10% free? Like just charge for the entire lot at that point. Yall let people drop trailers to save the free ones anyway. Id review the food, but I can't afford to eat after parking. Way to make us feel appreciated for keeping your shelves stocked. Time to eat a tuna packet.

Stopped by the TA Travel Center and had a great experience. The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, and it’s always a reliable stop for truckers. I recently towed a truck here, and it’s good to see a place that takes care of drivers when they need a break or repairs. Definitely a spot worth stopping at if you’re on the road!

The day was not going good at all until Nick came on the shift. I was about to spend until the day after Christmas in the shop due to the previous shift not giving me the right starter in the morning. The guys on 4-12 decided to go out of their way and get the right starter for me so I could make it home for Christmas. TA is really better than loves & Pilot. Merry Christmas!!!🎅🎅🎅🎅

I took an appointment today at 8 a.m. I went to the appointment and he told me to come at one o’clock again. They do not have a good system and people who do not know their work are good and their treatment is not good and I cannot go to my cargo. It is a very bad place.

Nice TA! Big store, definitely have truckers in mind here too! Haven’t been seeing many places that are actually catering to truckers lately. Clean store! Real friendly personnel! Lots of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Snacks & goodies. Souvenirs. Toys. Clothing. Truck supplies. Also a Country Pride attached, food was good & clean,not greasy at all! Had the salmon, tasty, but small portion. Women’s bathroom was out of order but they had 2 shower rooms they made available for us women, & clean, thank you for that! I’m only pointing that out bc every time in the past that a women’s bathroom has been down? There’s a porta potty they drop:/ So again I’m thankful. Cement lot. Good place to drop in for gas/lunch or reset.

As with most TAs you shouldn't bother paying for a spot since they don't police the paid spots. There's currently a hotshot parked in paid parking trying to sell his rig. He has a parking permit ending on September 30th. It is currently November 9th. No sense paying since they won't tow you.

Definitely one of the nicer TA Travel Centers! Luckily we deliver in the area so we almost always get the truck washed and grab some food. They actually have dine in with hit or miss food and service. Very nice and clean. I think they are renovating some as well.

Best of the best this place is huge plenty of parking for all kinds of vehicles but if you are a big rig driver make sure you get there early otherwise forget about it 😉 😀 😄 the lot is full overall the place itself is very well maintained showers are very clean everything is good here I love it I love it I love it

A well kept and clean truck stop, with a repair shop, a Pizza Hut, a coffee shop and restaurant, a gift shop, lots of coffee options, hotdogs, motorist lounge, showers, video games, laundry, etc. The gas prices are quite reasonable. The staff are courteous and helpful. The free WiFi option is slow, but it was explained to me that TA provides faster and more reliable internet access at all their truck stops for a monthly fee.
