Unfortunately I had a broken down vehicle and I went to Bosch for some help. Steve was awesome. He said he could not repair the vehicle but made a great recommendation on someone who could.
As luck would have it he was towing service my insurance contracted out. Again another terrific job by Steve. Definitely recommend seeing him first about car problems before going to a dealer.
He also made another recommendation for car upholstery.
I had a misfortune of being in a car accident and my car was taken here.
I don't remember the name of the tow truck driver as I was a bit concussed but he was super nice.
I then spoke to Chris and Mike over the phone as I forgot some things in my car and they came through and mailed me my items so I wouldn't have to drive up there.
Everyone was super nice and the customer service was great.

I had a great experience with Mike at Bosch automotive repair. I was in a tough spot where I broke down in front of his shop on my way home from work and they really came through for me. They were honest, fast, and professional the whole way through. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Thank you!
Horrible service and very rude over the phone. Tried to get my tire replaced and they said “we have plenty of used tires but not for sale”. They simply didn’t want to help me out for something that takes no more than 20 minutes to change just because they wanted to go home early. Clearly doesn’t care about customers and prioritize themselves over anything.
Top notch mechanical and customer service every time I have came here. This is certainly one of the best Auto shops in the Hudson Valley. They’ve handled complex and simple jobs for me. Thanks for being here, thanks for being awesome.
Absolutely bad. I had a oil leak & needed to change my oil. A white guy told me I needed an appointment when I told him i had a leak he told me he doesn’t fix BMW’s & to get my car off his property because it causes fire. Hello??? What. No it does not what type of mechanic is this. The worse place ever, if it wasn’t for the place next door, i wouldn’t have made it back to the city!
Walked in to get my tire plugged and the associate advised me to go up the street to the local car wash and maybe they could help me. Real great customer service.
I was passing through the area late Thursday afternoon and my check engine light lit up. I couldn't find any local mechanics via Google Maps for some reason. My contact referred me to Bosch down the road. I saw that they were probably closed, but I jogged the car there anyway. Luckily, the staff mechanic (owner?) was still there working late. I'm very thankful for his willingness to help, diagnosed it as a likely mass airflow sensor issue, and the car was safe to operate for my drive back to Connecticut. Great, professional service. They patched up a flat tire for me and added air to all my tires. I plan to schedule my cars' biannual maintenance with them.
Mike at Bosch Auto Repair is a super advisor . Great help. He doesn’t just treat you like a customer he treats us like very close friends. Great advise the best for us not just want to charge us. He took care of my Genesis after my recent accident like a family not just as a customer. My Cadillac got a flat tire he did a great job inspection everything fast and reliable. Mike deserves 20 Stars not five. Thanks a million every one
Before I came to Bosch, I called to make an appointment for an inspection. I was informed that they don't make appointments for inspections but that the wait typically was not very long. I drove to Bosch, was told that they could inspect my car right away and that it would take 10 minutes. The attendant was so very nice and he was correct -- it took just 10 minutes. I was so pleased with the service that I received at Bosch Auto Repair.
I was nervous to try a new garage, but since I no longer live near my old one, I tried Bosch based on some recommendations. They were awesome for my inspection! Very kind and really easy to work with...and fast! Will definitely use their services again.
Mike is professional and keeps me informed on what my car must have done now versus what might be needed in the future. I trust his judgement and bring all three of my cars there and recommend him to everyone i know. They all have the same response. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Great experience here this week. I went in for a tire repair and they were professional, courteous, and quick. They had the repairs done ahead of their estimated time. Pricing was fair - they also offered a full synthetic oil change that was 10% cheaper than what Firestone charges.
Had a flat on Rt 9W near the shop location. Took tire off our car, walked in, staff were very responsive, repaired/plugged tire in a timely manner, cost was $40. Very postive experience.
I had a blowout on my way to West Point from Albany. After I got roadside assistance and drove the last bit on my spare tire to my destination, the hotel recommended this place to get a new tire. I went early the next morning to see what they could do. Not only did they take me without an appointment, but they were able to get replacement tires for me (my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus requires tires that are not easy to get on the fly). My vehicle was ready by the end of the day and I felt better being in an area I didn't know for the rest of the week driving back and forth to my conference. Definitely recommend if you're in (or stuck in) the area. Mike will take care of you.
Please look else where for you car needs and give your money to another company. This company works with the police. There are police cars parked in their parking lot as proof.
Not only are they rude and downright inconsiderate, they damaged my car in the process and still charged me the full price.
Please support other companies that do not steal from their community.
I like this place because the owner and mechanics are very nice. They are honest and their prices are fair. If you need work done, call them a few days before so they can put you on the schedule
unapologetic thieves. They work hand in glove with the police. They towed my car one mile to their yard because a cop (mistakenly) claimed my car was uninsured. I cleared it up in two hours and they gave me my car back. Costs: $190 towing plus $120 storage. A total of $310. Outrageous. I don't know how they possibly got so many positive reviews. They must've bribed those reviewers.
Amazing and kind service! I had an incredibly busy day and dropped by without notice hoping to get a flat tire fixed. Even though he said he was already booked for the day, he managed around my schedule to get the repair done and car running in no time
I have had multiple interactions with Mr. Bosch and his crew over 2 years, including a tow for parking violation; a tow for damage; and car maintenance. Every time I have been treated with the utmost respect and care. All prices are fair and work is excellent.
If I have a car problem, I always take it to Mr. Bosch and his guys--you should too.
