Broke down 2.5 hours away from home on a Sunday afternoon. Literally nothing was open. The people at Priority Towing and Recovery were awesome! Bianca answered the phone quickly and understood the assignment! Got a truck dispatched to me quickly and the driver(wish I had caught his name) was great too! Got my truck to where it needed to go and made sure I was taken care of, even the next day when I was 2 and a half hours away. If you are in the Geneva area and need a wrecker give them a call 100%!
These guys are the best. I was up in Hobart for my son’s lacrosse game, and overnight temperatures dropped into the single digits, which caused the diesel in my truck to gel. I ran the battery down trying to start it and was completely stranded at the hotel.
Priority Towing came out quickly. The tow driver charged the battery, and the owner showed up as well with a generator and a turbo heater to warm the diesel. Within an hour, I was back on the road.
Without them, there’s no way I would have made it home to the Philadelphia area—over five hours away. Outstanding service and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend Priority Towing.

My wife and I were in the parking lot of our hotel cleaning snow off our pick-up truck after a snow storm. We had left the truck running to defrost the windows when it automatically locked. After 3 hours, with the truck still running, we were still waiting for AAA to get a towing service to unlock our truck. When Priority finally received the call, they put it on their highest priority(no pun intended) and CJ came to the rescue within 20 minutes. He quickly unlocked the truck and we were on our way.
