It would be hard to imagine customer service excelling what I have received at this store regarding their products and with the amount of time that the sales men spent with me in answering all of my questions and making the minor repairs that my car needed.
Philip M went absolutely above and beyond for me when I stopped in this past weekend due to some car troubles. He called local repair shops and ensured that I could get the best deal possible. He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! He also took the time to explain each step of the repair process. I will absolutely be back should I encounter any other car troubles in or around the Geneva area.
We were traveling through the area when our check engine light came on. Phillip was knowledgeable, helpful, and hands-on from the moment we walked in. He quickly came out to read the codes, explained everything clearly, helped us located the parts we needed and made sure we felt confident about our next steps. Great service when we really needed it!
I got the driver side caliper which I need for the my truck this one's from Geneva store just left the Waterloo store where I got the passenger side caliper the right ones this time at the Waterloo store .
On an hour into our trip as we were passing through our check engine light came on. Seeing that there was an auto zone we stopped so they can hook it up and see what is causing the issues. Became a more serious issue that we had thought and needed to get repaired sooner than later. I believe the associate that helped us his name is Ale. He was kind and very helpful with getting us the diagnoses and directing us to a nearby shop to get the repair’s made.
The guys over there were really helpful today. Had an issue with truck and they were able to help me diagnose some possible Avenues and they also were able to guide me to a local shop. Second time I've been in the store and second time I have felt like a valued customer. AutoZone in Orange City Florida is a close second.
I was recently in this store with motorcycle troubles just up the street. The manager Gary was super generous and Al who was helping me pick parts was great. Both men went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this store and it should be a model for the type of employees every store should employ. A++++++++
I went to auto zone in Geneva today because my windshield wiper randomly fell off as I was using it. I didn't need a new one, so I was hesitant to ask them to help, but I wasn't sure if a part had fallen off too. The gentleman that took care of me was very helpful and put the wiper on at no charge. Thank you for your help today! Highly recommended.

Ruben was there and he helped me so much!! I asked if he would open my oil cap b.c. it was tight-he said of course. Then before I knew it, he was opening the oil bottle quart and pouring it in, which was a surprise and a huge help again! We had a leak, and without prompting him to check it out, he decided to do that and he was right there on the ground under our car trying to figure it out! He really helped me today and I'm so appreciative for it!
There was another fellow customer there while we were there, he was a mechanic, and he also helped us; I wish I knew his name b.c. I want to say thank you again to him too!!

Great service! I was having trouble starting my car, and they ran two sets of diagnostics on it to find out it was a bad battery. Then they replaced it for me - no hassle! Another auto chain store ran one similar diagnostic, but didn't seem to know what they were doing. This store definitely knew what they were doing.
I had trouble with some wiper blades I bought at another place. Jim and Nate helped me with some great replacements and put them on the car even though the issues took longer than usual. I'm very appreciative for their kindness and expertise!
I was up there from Pennsylvania seeing family and went to Mavis to have tires put on my car. They informed me that they messed up my lug nuts so I walked up to Autozone to see if they had or could get new lug nuts for my car. When I got there I started feeling dizzy and sat down on there curb and I had a heart attack, My defibrillator / pacemaker had gone off and shocked me back . The next thing I new Pat B. was helping me up. He helped me inside and got me a chair to sit on and a bottle of water while I called my wife to come get me. The whole staff that day was great but I have to really thank Pat B. for helping me out. He was very polite and concerned. The next time i'm up there I will try to stop in and Thank them again because I can not Thank them enough. I hope the owner sees this review and gives him a raise or something cause he deserves it . He is everything an employee should be. Again I would like to say Thank You for your help.
They had a deal on oil . I asked the cashier for the deal paid and went home . When I got home I realized I didn't get the sale price . I went back to the store and the cashier refused to fix it. He told me I had to come back tomorrow and see the cashier that made the mistake. Can't believe he wants to lose a customer over $13 . I will be contacting the corporate office with his name . I own 10 cars and purchase a fair amount of parts .
I went in to purchase a low bean headlight for my car in the middle of a blizzard, Roberto not only assisted me to find the correct one he put on his jacket and installed it for me. Very exceptional customer service. Kudos to you for taking the time to assist me.

Another store with a helpful crew. This store also recycles used motor oil. Great prices and plenty of discounts if you're willing to search online or in the paper. I needed a new battery for my car, they tested the old one, and helped me in my decision to buy a new one. Also, the battery purchase qualified me for a $20 gift card. They said it could take 6 weeks to receive, but it arrived in about 2 weeks!
