Common sense doesn’t exist at this yard. Move on to the next. And the girl should not be taking phone calls cause she def doesn’t have any common sense.
Quality salvage yard with lowest prices we've found. Never had an issue swapping out bad parts for free replacement. Pay well for scrap vehicles. Only downside is they don't deliver but the lower prices make up for it.
John is an honest guy! Appreciate his honesty, me being a woman, he didn't try to take advantage. I needed a driveshaft to be mailed out of state. He checked first to be sure he wouldn't send me a Bad part. In fact, his part was bad, but he was honest and told me, and didn't send me something that would be useless and pay a big shipping amount. unpleasant atmosphere manager is very rude and disrespectful ..not able to ask questions without being yelled at.. I'll take my business elsewhere .. screams and yells at his workers in front of customers ..not cool
#1 Auto is a great parts yard for all your vehicle needs the only problem is they are over priced on small things they charged me 20$ for a light and a button I went in and asked how much the plastic trunk organizer would cost for my car and he said 50$ remind you it’s Plastic in a parts yard there’s little to no value on just plastic I went to a Different pull it place and got one for 5$ but the problem is I still need two more for my company vehicles now if #1 auto views this maybe you can give me a cheaper price on the plastic trunk organizers 10$ would be much better and I’ll always do business there Other than that it’s a great company and I definitely give it 5 stars I recommend this place to all family friends and strangers!! #Greatest
