We purchased a used Volkswagen Jetta from Geneva Foreign Sport in September of 2024. It was primarily driven by our son to high school and back - minimal usage. The first few months - all was fine. Then we discovered an oil leak and took it to our local mechanic (as we live about 30 miles from the dealership). They did an initial repair that did not fix the problem and said they’d have to basically take the engine apart to properly diagnose it. When we told them where we bought it, they said good luck (first red flag) and suggested we take it back to the dealership and ask that they look at it. After dropping the car off - It took over 3 weeks and multiple calls from us to get anyone to look at it and when they did they let us know that there was a major oil leak and the entire engine needed to be completely replaced for the same amount we paid them for the car. We were JUST over the 3 month liability window - like by a couple of days. No offer to meet us halfway repair-wise, no acknowledgment that we had JUST purchased the vehicle. Basically just do you want us to repair it or not? When we said no - they offered us $1000 off a new vehicle, which we obviously declined. After sharing this experience with others - we realized that our experience was not unique and have warned anyone we know who is in the market for a used vehicle to steer clear of them. The icing on the cake was the monthly emails from our salesman asking if we were happy with the car, would we recommend them to others, etc. Clearly automated and my husband finally had to contact them to request the take us off their email list. Buyer Beware is all I’ll say.

Jeremy, Danny, Cooper and the management team went wayyyy above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the people that work there. If you are in the market for a foreign or sports car there is no better place to go!!!!

I give them 5 stars dan the salesman was great very professional and pleasant. I had a crack in the side mirror on a vehicle I purchased from them I brought it back and they fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend them great experience!!

Great dealer ship I bought a mini Cooper about 10 years ago and now 2023 I bought a B.M.W.528i xdrive and love both the cars update i have added an audi A6,2 BMW X5's a 740li and A Porsche Cayenne gts so far so good Danny with a Z. Is a heck of a sales man!!!

I purchased a car this spring from GFS and normally I refuse to leave reviews for dealerships right away because I want to see how their service is after the sale. At this point in time though I can say that I'm confident enough to recommend this dealership to anyone who might be shopping around for their next used vehicle. In my case they put a lot of pre-sales work into the car before selling it to me and while I did have two issues with it post-sale they've stood behind their work and took excellent care of me each time. They've also been polite and professional too so I'm going to rate them 5 stars.

Bought my daughter’s first car here - Volvo xc90. Car was mint condition . Mike even drove the car for a few days to ensure it was perfect and ready while I was out of town. Above and beyond service . Will be back !

Had a problem today with the sensor in my hood. It was fixed another problem was found, and I was charged for that. Also, I was informed that the batteries needed to be replaced in my key fob, which I did not authorize. I left the dealership my steering wheel and gas pedal were shaking. I called in. They said they had nothing to do with it. I then proceeded to put extra high test gas in my car and then went to the grocery store. When I came out, I could not even get into my car. The batteries in the key fob would not work. I called the dealership because I did not know what to do. I did get credit for the replaced batteries before I left. Now I have a key fob 40 minutes away that won’t work and I can’t get into my car. Mike told me that they had a problem with some of the batteries that were bad. He helped me undo the door and use the key fob to get into the car without the batteries working. At that point, the sirens and lights went off, but then stopped. I came home and tested the batteries they put in my key fob almost Dead. I wrote and asked them to please send the money so I could go and buy new batteries because they had taken my one week old batteries and replacedThem Without my permission He will not reimburse me and said I have to do the 45 minute drive there and 45 minute drive back to get free batteries. I just spent over $300 to have my car fixed there. This is very bad customer service. I’ve been a good customer and I can’t believe the way I’m being treated at 73 years old. The least they could’ve done is reimbursed me for my batteries that they took and replaced with bad batteries. I now have to go out and buy batteries to replace their bad batteries

We purchased a new to us Volvo Xc60. The car has been great we’ve had a few issues that Geneva foreign has made right. Kelly was a pleasure to work with up front and honest. I would defiantly recommend working the GFS

I recently purchased an SUV from Michael at Geneva Foreign and Sports inc. I drove in from out of state after my dad test drove the car for me and the entire process was seamless, the car was even better than I could have expected. Michael made sure everything was prepared ahead of time, the car was impeccable and I couldn't be happier. The service team was even there to help my dad with his existing vehicle. The place is gorgeous, the service is high end, everything is clean and you can tell they operate as a family. Thank you everyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’ve waited on reviewing as I wanted to be more generous in my review as it wasn’t a bad experience but it also wasn’t a great experience. My cousin had purchased cars from here in the past and had seemed happy. We were in the market for our son’s first car and after reviewing online the inventory, we agreed to check out cars here. The selection is vast and Michael was easy to work with. Here is my summary of experience and maybe I just have high expectations when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Will we buy cars from here in the future? Perhaps. If so, I’ll set my expectations a bit lower than I had for this trip. Pros: Michael’s staff are super friendly. They were great to all 3 of us when there. Cute dog in the lobby Reasonable prices - on the high end compared to local listings of similar vehicles. Vast inventory Easy test drive process - was able to drive several and narrow it down. Warranty sale was a smooth process or would have gone 3rd party Sales process/closing was smooth Cons: I expected the car to be cleaned after purchasing. Instead there is gross hair all over and there was this goo on the trunk mat that my husband had to wash out with a hose. Very little negotiation on the price. Wasn’t at all favorable in the buyers perspective who was paying cash and no trade to deal with. Half a tank of gas at pick up. I get margins are tight but I have car buying experience and have NEVER picked up a car with less than a full tank at delivery. Had to wait 15 minutes beyond our appointment time because Michael didn’t have the paperwork ready. I’d normally be patient but I was going back and forth with him the prior Thursday on a busy day for me as he said he was getting everything ready to go to Saturday that day. Constant text and emails for a 5 star (Google) review. One thing to ask but please deliver a 5 Star Experience if you’re pushing for those 5 stars.

I had my 650i convertible serviced at Geneva Foreign last week and first thing did was a 18 point inspection which found 2 serious problems which they readily repaired along with the other service requirements. They are very experienced with BMW’s and are very professional to deal with. I recommend them for all your foreign auto needs.

I have a very long history with GFS going back to 1988 when I was driving a Fiat Spider I had just purchased in Long Island, and was heading back to Buffalo when it started overheating. The original founders of the business determined I needed a thermostat & when I asked them if they had one, they both just gave me a bewildered look. They solved the problem for $20 by just placing a bolt in the thermostat to keep it open. Recently, I reconnected with GFS to preform a major overhaul my Rare 996 GT2 Porsche. I was so happy with the work they did on my Porsche, that I have had them service my bmw, and Audi. As a business owner I’m very aware of just how important it is to do whatever it takes to keep a client satisfied. At GFS you get knowledgeable, quality technicians many who’ve come from major dealerships but prefer working in a better environment. I’m truly grateful I’ve reconnected with these guys because I drive 50k/yr & need to keep my vehicles running right. Sincerest thanks to Dan, Ken & the rest of the staff

We had a bit of a hiccup with a vehicle that we drove for two weeks and then the transmission went. After they fixed it, it didn’t even make it to my home because it went again. The next day we showed up with the title and insurance information and Dan in sales made it all right for us. We selected a different vehicle and so far, knock on wood, we love it! ??

Just got my Audi Q7 diesel. Great folks easy relaxed atmosphere. I loved that things were very easy - no pressure and very helpful. Can’t wait to have the money to buy another vehicle from Michael. John

GFS has taken care of me and my 2014 VW Touareg TDI Sport since 2020, and best I can say is we've worked through some issues with that amazing car, and she's still running strong at 197,500 mi with at least another hundred --or two-- to go. Thanks, great team at GFS!
