Ordered a rack and pinion and was told it would arrive within expected. Rack and pinion did not arrive and had to call again and they still did not have ETA arrival so i canceled order and it has been a nightmare waiting to receive money back. You can only speak a ignorant sales person that now does not pickup my calls when calling and manager/owner is never in to follow up and has stopped responding to my emails

I am an operations director for Exxon Mobile...in the Washington DC area. We bought an engine from fitz for an Infiniti. The engine was no good, and fitz agreed to take it back. We have returned the engine but they have not given us a refund. We have been calling for over a month and they have not issued a refund. First they told us the check was in the mail, now they're giving us the run around. Accountant is at lunch on vacation...ect. We have also filed a complaint with BBB. Our next step is a lawsuit for defrauding us in Virginia. We hope this review finds the right person so we can get this resolved.
Worked with Jay & co to source some parts for a Focus RS. The team was super responsive and accommodating (I was coming from Ohio) and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Beautiful facility too with some incredible service bays!
