I just had one of your drivers cut me off on art 5 and 20. I swerved in time but had to swerve again as a tractor trailer was now in my path! It could have caused a horrible accident if I wasn’t paying attention. I wasn’t the only one he did that too. The whole way down 520 until he turned off into the downtown Geneva area. He was swerving in and out of traffic. As you can see the weather is not that great to begin with to have someone drive like that and put peoples lies in. Danger is ridiculous. Then I tried to call you to let you know about it and you put me on hold for 15 minutes so I’m posting it instead. I wish I could show you the picture of the license plate.
Despite the website and google listing sunday hours, they appear to not open on sundays. This is especially annoying since i placed an online order that was supposed to be “ready within 30 minutes” to then get no updates, and no one picks up the phone at the store or the 1-800 number. Its fine if they’re closed on sundays, but the website needs to reflect that. I would have ordered elsewhere if i knew they were closed today. very frustrating.
Attempted to shop here ... on a Sunday both Google and their website ensured they were open. For them to be closed with no hours posted on the door. We wanted to come here opposed to Harbor Frieght or Lowe's ..... #shoplocaltheysay
I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!
My husband needed an 11mm hex socket to replace the brakes on my Durango. Napa was the only store that had it. When I arrived the staff had a hard time finding it as it was misplaced. They worked all hands on deck until they found it for me. Anywhere else I’ve shopped would have just said they couldn’t find it.
