Very great place They know exactly what you want

They have given me the wrong parts twice in a row now so I have had to make multiple trips back and forth from the shop to there store and they don't even have any remorse for the people that have to keep coming back to get the right parts

Late on a Saturday our power steering belt broke leaving us in a tough spot. Anna took the time to go through options and made a perfect recommendation. A long way from home, she had us back on our way in no time at all.

They tested our battery for us free of charge and gave great service, even in the rain.

I went yesterday to thos store in Hamilton ST and one of the clerk was mean and had a bad attitude just i ask him who can i see too scan my car ,so i tell him that im not his son that don't talk to me like that , so he tell me that get out of the store or he was going to call the cops ,i tell him call them he approached me and tell me again that get out of the store , so i just tell him that i was going to wait the cops out side , when i was out side he open the door and tell me i didn't call the cops of course he didn't call he knows i didn't nothing wrong

Andy and Russ have both been a huge help for me as a manager of a repair facility. Very respectful and professional.

Called this morning got hung up on, recalled to check in stock products to be told I’m welcome to come in and look myself. “we have a lot of that name over there on that shelf”. Poor training or pure laziness welcome to Geneva advanced auto.

Walked in both employees are on the phone I get it but no none else in the store and no acknowledgement of me entering the store I walk around looking for the wiper blades there is no book to see which blades are for my car one of the employees hangs up the phone I walk over to him and start to ask for help about a wiper blade before I could even get the question out of my mouth he tells me I have to go to the other employee who is still on the phone because he only handles commercial such as garages. Very unpleasant and all I needed was for them to tell me what blades for my car I didn't even have anything to check out yet just a question and yet he couldn't help because he only handles commercial. I will never return I walked out immediately and went to auto zone where there customer service is far better and they had a book so I could look it up myself.

ordered a tool to remove a metal ring on back window wiper,they sold me a tool to remove the whole window wiper. I called store and tried to explain it was the wrong tool that they sold me,the guy wouldn't let me explain what it looked like then hung up on me when I told him he was wrong and to let me finish talking . Very rude and uncalled for. I returned it and will do business elsewhere!

Workers were extremely helpful and went out of there way to help me fix my headlight issues.

Love that whenever I call bout a part, tool or general questions they are so friendly and nice . It doesnt matter if it's over the phone or in person at the geneva, Ny location

I mean, they have car parts, but most of the sales people I’ve dealt with here seem annoyed when you want to buy something. Advantage Auto on Exchange is much friendlier and more willing to talk through what you’re looking for. They also have car parts.

I went to this store in Geneva based on AAA recommendations to buy a new battery and have them replace the one in my car that AAA had to come and jump for us. The serviceman that did the work (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) did a fantastic job in very good time. It was very hot out and there was heat coming from the engine but it didn’t slow him down. Plus the old battery was buried behind a bunch of stuff he had to remove first. But he did a good job and got us back on the road in very little time. I can’t say thanks enough to that guy and the great service he provided. Advanced Auto is lucky to have him as an employee. Grant Osman

I waited one hour standing at the counter while all the GUYS that came in fir parts or questions got acknowledged. I finally had speak up..I think they thought I was lost.very unfriendly place with sarcastic employees

The only thing bad about this park is there is no camping. There should be camping in here and they have the space for it. Conveniently located closer to the Thruway than Sampson State Park or most of the other state parks that have camping.

Simple auto parts store. Friendly staff, never have any issues here. One of the staff even replaced my windshield wipers for me without an issue. Nice guys.

They seen to have everything you might need for car parts and such. Plus, they give a discount for being in the service. They were out of what we wanted, but got it from their Henrietta store. Next day delivery, no extra cost. Prices are good, and the service is terrific!

I went in the store with a Battery Maintainer (BM) that I purchased there. Online I read that the BM had a 5 year warranty. The store clerk could only verify that it was there unit, but would not replace. The BM is no longer available and the replacement was too expensive. I could buy a highly rated BM for half the price at another store. I went to the competitor.

These guys helped us out a lot. Let me borrow tools off the shelf to get a job done. Great crew!

Nice guys, a few female staff as well which is always nice to see. They are happy to help whether you know your engagement be inside and out or just know something is wrong.
