? Horrible Experience – Big Red Flag Company on Long Island
This was one of the worst towing experiences I’ve ever had. My truck was stuck in the snow, and I called this company just to pull it out. On the phone they quoted $750–$1,500, but once they arrived, they completely changed the story and raised the bill to $2,250. JUST FOR 20mins JOB
That alone is bad — but it gets worse. They only accept cash or Zelle, no EFS or normal business payment methods. That’s a huge red flag. ?
he had a terrible attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor instead of providing a service. They didn’t even give me a proper invoice or clear bill.
This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and dishonest.
If you’re in Long Island, DO NOT USE THEM — PLEASE.

Extremely overpriced and they are scammers. I got my car towed and they put it in the lot for just one night and when i picked it up in the morning they charged 1040 dollars. Please save your money avoid these fraudsters

I accidentally jumped a curb and found myself with two wheels on each side of a high curb. Looked impossible to get car out without severe damage. Chester’s arrived and saw they would need another of their vehicles to get me out. Using skill only seen on reality tv they were able to get me out without a scratch. Could have been a disaster
A Tesla Model 3, the trailer traveled 2 to 3 miles from the incident to the storage. I went 2 days later and they are charging me 1,350
and I ask if they can give me an invoice and they don't want to, they tell me that after paying
I was stuck in the side of the rode with no hope. I called them and they dispatched a truck to me and was there in 20 minutes. Fair price and fast service
Horrible experience. For one, the guy on the phone has an attitude. Also, you get to the shop and there is no one available to help. They said I’m supposed to call before I arrive as if I was supposed to know this information. Real piece of work these guys.
