Haven Auto Body is truly the best place in town! Raj is amazing—if you have an issue with your car, he will always find a way to fix it. And if he doesn’t know the answer right away, he’ll ask his team or connect you with one of his trusted contacts who can help. Raj has come through for us multiple times, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his honesty, dedication, and resourcefulness. He’s the only person I’ll go to on the island for Auto body work. Highly recommend!

Another amazing job by RAJ and his team! My husband‘s car was hit by a flying mattress on the highway and damaged the front bumper and other part of the car. RAJ was able to find a replacement part and fix the car so it looked like the accident had never happened. RAJ goes above and beyond to make sure that the work is done professionally and at a reasonable cost.

One of the BEST body shops I have visited. The owner Raj is a true gentleman and a professional at what he does. If you’re looking for mediocre work on your care this isn’t the shop for you. I took a bad hit on my 2024 4Runner and Haven Auto Body returned it looking better than new.

Haven Auto makes what could be perceived as an unfortunate situation a pleasant one. Raj and his team are professional and honest; something other auto repair shops are lacking. He was prompt in fixing my car and kept me informed as to the timeline for repairs. Port Washington needs more honest places like Haven Auto.

I had an exceptional experience with Raj and the whole team at Haven Auto Body. His attention to detail and craftsmanship made my repair experience seamless. My Subaru is perfect and looks better than new. Raj also helped me upgrade my rental car and made my accident less painful. I would never go anywhere else.

Raj and his team did an awesome job on our Volvo. He dealt with the insurance adjusters and had the car fixed quickly. He also cleaned and detailed the car. It was super clean. He’s friendly and thoughtful. All around wonderful experience.

Raj is incredible. Had a small accident with my car and I was blown away with the work that he did. My actually looked better than when I first got it. He is very passionate about repairing cars and will always do a great job. If you need something fixed go to him!

Dealing with Raj and Paul at Haven Auto Body was a real pleasure. The damage caused by a large truck on my 12 year old Acura TLX was quite extensive, but they repaired it so it is totally invisible. I recommend them highly to anyone in the Port Washington area who needs accident damage be made to disappear.

Haven Auto Body and Raj saved my car!!! My car was flooded from the recent storm, they were able to find the reason for the flood and dry it out so there is no odor or mold growth. They were able to squeeze me on short notice. Raj was super communicative, texting me with updates and photos when he could. Cost was super affordable for car repair!! I highly recommended and will be sending all my friends and family to Haven Auto Body from now on!!

I would give Haven Auto 7 stars if Google let me. I took a ride to pick up my Acura after a bumper repair and, to borrow my Uber driver’s exact words: “that’s a new car!” I would let the pictures below speak for themselves IF I had a better camera. The interior was wiped clean and even smelled clean. Unbelievable! While waiting to pick up the car, two more customers came by and they both appeared very satisfied. I have never seen an auto repair shop like this so I am still processing. Will update this post in a couple of weeks after everything sinks in.

This is one of the most professional and ethically run auto shops I have ever worked with. Raj is much more than a skilled mechanic - he's a remarkable craftsman and artist who will take your damaged car back to showroom condition or better. I am a repeat customer because of the incredible job Raj did on my Fiesta ST 2 years ago. This time, my 2018 BMW 340i 6-speed needed some TLC after a delivery guy on an electric motorcycle drove into my front bumper while I was stopped at a red light. The bumper and hood were damaged, and the headlight cracked. The repair was made a little more complicated by a prior repair done by the previous owner. Raj and his team brought the car back to showroom condition and then some. He gave me a tour of his shop which confirmed how much he values quality tools and craftsmanship. The picture I've attached shows the final result, which I couldn't be happier with. Once again, Raj was completely professional and ethical in every aspect of the repair process, and communicated with me via text and phone to keep me apprised of the repair status. He and team exceeded my expectations in every way. While I can't say that I'm looking forward to the next time I need body work done, I can promise you that I will go to Raj at Haven Auto Body.

Had Raj do some fixing and paint matching of my bumpers to match the OEM paint on the metal panels. They did fantastic work and Raj is passionate about his work. He will never leave any small thing go unnoticed and will make sure your car is perfect. Highly recommend going to this shop if you want your car to be fixed/painted correctly to high standards!

Raj is very nice and professional. Even though it was a small repair, he treated me like I am a V.I.P. When I picked up the car, I was really surprised because the whole car was waxed and detailed. I couldn't see any of the previous damages. It is even more beautiful than the new car out of dealership. You can leave the car and trust him 100%, and he will get what you deserve from the insurance company for you. Their management and workmanship are beyond words. Highly recommended!!!

Raj is the absolute best. My wife and I are new to the Port Washington community and had the unfortunate event of being rear-ended on the FDR with our barely year old Mazda 3. We asked around who was the best and we were told over and over Raj at Haven Body and we are so glad we went with them. Our car looks even better than it did before the accident, the quality is unbelievable, and the service was excellent. Raj handled all adjustments with the insurance company and extensions to rental vehicle as the work was more than originally quoted by our insurance. I had probably one of the best experiences in my life at this shop. Accident: - Middle of the night, someone side swiped my car cause an indentation in my door and scratching the paint off my fender + door. The next day, I had taken it to Haven Auto Body, and had Raj take a look. While talking me through the process, Raj had: - walked me through the process - walked me through what the insurance process is like - told me an estimated timeline as to when the part that he would need would arrive + labor amount it takes to fix. - told me to not worry because there were so many different things going through my head. Today, I picked up my car and it looks just as if I picked it up from the dealership itself. If I had to have any other work done, I will always recommend this shop.

Raj is the best! He's proactive, thorough and honest. After hitting a snow/ice bank and denting my door and rocker panel, Raj took care of my car and restored it to like new condition. He even took care of a few minor dents and scratches and delivered the car back as promised on time! I'll have no reservations about coming back if need to! I recently got into an auto accident and this place was recommended to me. When I went and met the owner Raj he was very pleasant and listened to you during the time of having my vehicle there we kept in contact I got pictures he kept in contact with the insurance company step-by-step he was excellent in my eyes and definitely will do future business with this man anytime and I would recommend friends and family I have two more vehicles to do and I will be taking them to him thanks again Raj.
