Great experience from start to finish. It was new experience for me to deal with insurance and claims, they were helping with each step of this process. As a single mother it is very important for me to find someone who is trustworthy with my car, and David, the owner is just that. David, along with his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and just all around great people. I connected with David because I needed help with my car 11 years ago and I chose his shop for the simple reason that his location was down the block from where I use to live at the time. I am so glad I made this decision because I am never going to anyone else to attend to my vehicle. Every time I come out of that shop with my car, it looks like new and show room quality. Now that my kids have started driving, I am so glad they will also have his guidance and services to keep a well maintained car. Most business tells you to choose either high quality or good price…well, over here at this body shop, you can have both. My friend recommended David to help me with a big scratch and dent on the side of our family minivan after scraping across a concrete pole. The job took a week and the van came out immaculate as if the car is brand new. The service is equally great regardless of the customers and the car they have. I would 100% come back here again even if I move out of the area. It’s hard to find a good shop and David did a wonderful job with the customer experience.

Perfection Auto repaired my 8 yr old car to showroom condition. I was truly impressed with the patience and professionalism of his entire team. David treated me with kindness and care throughout the process. Insurance and rental car were stress free because of their experience. The driver’s side door and fender were scratched pretty badly. The entire car blends beautifully after the repair. Returned to me clean and fresh smelling. I emphatically recommend them if you want excellent workmanship.

Oh my gosh, where have you been all my life! Perfection Auto Services was recommended to me after I backed out of my garage with the hatch up on my beloved Subaru Forester, and a damaged bumper done trying to reverse (I was really stressed out). I hate to drive, but I made an appointment and found my way over to Port Washington. The office team are amazing! I was so rattled and they told me that they call the insurance company and take care of the claim, etc. These lovely lasses are so calming and incredibly efficient! I spoke with Daniel, the owner, who really takes pride in his business. The technicians are just superb at their work! I was able to get a loaner vehicle right there. Amazing. When you have a stressful situation, like an accident, Perfection literally wraps you and your vehicle in their loving arms and handles it all. The result? A gorgeous 'new' vehicle in 2+ weeks.. Even the colour was matched and gorgeous. Perfection does more than repairs. They are a full-service business - inspections, maintenance, car detailing, and more. Firecracker Red Jeep Wrangler had corrosion still under warranty. Dean at East Hills connected with Dave and he definitely took care of me! Shiny new paint for 4 doors, windshield surround, and hood plus hinges and even installed back the rock light bar, as a courtesy. I am really appreciative of the extra mile they took to make the Jeep look like brand new and also gave a detail too. 5 stars all around. Thank you Dave for an awesome job.

Took my newly acquired Mercedes wagon to have the pinstripes removed. David was very professional and address all my concerns. Unfortunately I found out the door was previously painted and when the pinstripe was removed, it showed a line where the clearcoat was not applied. David contacted me and offered me options to have it refinished. I went with his suggestion and boy the car came out absolutely stunning. The color match was spot on! He also polished the entire car for me free of charge. If you are looking for a great bodyshop that is honest and professional, look no further. I highly recommend Perfection Auto services! I had brought it in because I needed a lot of body work on it. I was truly amazed with the work they did and the attention that they gave me. I drove over an hour away to get my car fixed with them and I am absolutely amazed with the work that they did. They left my car brand new like if nothing had happened to it. This place does great work and provides stellar customer service. I stopped in a spoke to the owner Dave. Within minutes he set me up with a time and date to service my car (misc engine work and car clean detail). He provided me with a loaner and had the car finished in 24 hours. Prices are great.
