I bought a fan for the HVAC of an older crown Vic. I selected them because the price was comparable to Amazon and others but I had the option of paying for faster shipping. I get the shipping details and it's not going to get to me faster! Why am I being charged for faster shipping if it's getting to me at the regular speed. Just order from Amazon RockAuto sucks

Rockauto shipped heavy wheel hub assemblies in a large box with no packaging! Amazed the hubs didn’t fall out of the box. One of the hubs was clearly damaged due to this. Rockauto then requires me to pay to have them shipped back to them for a return after their own shipping screwup. RA was decent in the past but I will never again order from them.. spread the word that they suck!

Tried to return brakes . Printed the addresss go to post office they said address dont exist . I paid 40 dollars to be shipped to my address and now i have to spend other 40 to return. Total 80 dollars for nothing wasted .worst COSTUMER SERVICE . No contact no help at all. Really SUCKS!. SO i lost 100 dollars worth of parts pkus shipping 140

First time purchasing and last time purchaser. The box containing the muffler inside the shipping box, had a hole in it. I emailed them and told him that and I got no response. Ended up not needing the muffler and now I’m trying to return it and there was no place on the website to send a message except their email address where I never got a response in the first place. Trying to comprehend their return process. If you don’t have a printer is horrendous. All they need to do is provide a QR code. It’s my fault for not reading the reviews before I made the purchase so don’t make the same mistake I did. I started the return process and now it won’t allow me to get back in even though I opened up an account. This is a nightmare over a $65 muffler which they’re going to charge me $8.25 to print out a label.

I made an order and within a half hour I found out it was the wrong parts. I messaged them because there’s no phone number to contact them telling them do not ship the package out. It also states they will not pull the money out of your bank until the package is shipped out. They’re telling me sorry too late. My package has already been shipped. There’s no way my package was shipped in a half hour on a Saturday morning then they’re telling me once I get the package I can return it with a minor shipping cost all they wanted was my shipping money. I will never order from this company again such garbage let’s see if they do allow me to return the item once I get it if not, I will be calling my bank.

Been using them for years. Recently they keep sending proof quality/ rusted parts or completely wrong parts. Its a disappointment because they used to be great. I do not recommend using them anymore.

I ordered a air filter and they sent me the wrong one. I mean it doesn't fit my car at all and to do a return they are going to charge ME $8 to ship them back their mistake. I will never use them again.

A friend reffered me to Rocauto. I have a learning & reading disability! The dealership had claimed Rocauto sent wrong parts but then did the rotors & brakes & said they were mistaken. Yes communication was alil ruff but I must say the parts were Ridiculous & work better on MY C8 then original parts that car came with from GM! I highly recommend & u can trust the Parts Rocauto sends... I highly recommend thank u.

I bought a car and decided to replace the ugly wiper blade with the factory one. Of course, I ordered a Motocraft with part number WW2600 and expected to receive something that matched the photo on the website. Instead, I received something completely different—a Chinese blade in a box that doesn't match the brand I ordered, nor does it have a printed sticker. There's no feedback on the website! You can return it, but you'll have to pay for it yourself. So, I paid $11 for the order and $10 for shipping, and now, because of their error, they're asking me to return it for $10 or keep it. It seems they're not taking any responsibility for deceiving me, and I just lost $20.

Recieved my order with missing items and damaged parts. They decided to ship the products that's about 50lbs in a thin box with no cushioning. Return process is a pain. Time to cancel this awful company.

Ordered a trans pan and they boxed it wrong . Now they making me pay to return the part they mispackaged , why am I paying for shipping when they cant do there job right ? Im done buying stuff from this crap company . I had to pay shipping to get the part and shipping to return it . This place is a scam ! I hope you guys go out of business. Trash company

The only way to get RockAuto to have Better Customer Service is Stop Buying from Them. They might understand that Customer Service is Part of The Sale. They used to have People who you could call ?. Not anymore. If the part is Correct and Undamaged You are Okay. But if Not. Good Luck! Not saying that I will Never buy anymore from them. But it Will Be Much Much Less for Sure!

I've ordered multiple times from Rockauto and generally they're okay. If there's a problem, you can't get any good support from them. I had a refrigerant line that never shipped. I tried to cancel my order but then they decided to ship it after I disputed the charge. When it finally arrived after I had already sourced another, it was unusable because it was packaged right.

More than once they have sent me damaged or incorrect parts and expected me to pay for their error in whole or part. Each and every time I have had to argue to simply get what I paid for at the price I agreed to pay.

Used to have great customer service, now returns/warranty request are difficult and a long process. They're automated and do not have that human interaction aspect. If parts are known to be difficult complicated to install I wouldn't buy from this site. If parts are simple great or you are a ? percent sure they're going to work, and not break feel free to order.

Placed an order on August 5th, still haven’t rcvd it. Have been getting the run around from RA; finally today they respond saying to let them know if the parts don’t arrive by Sept 5th. wth!! Waiting nearly a month to bother responding?? Then not even offering to look into the delay, not offering to resend the product, nor even offering a refund??? The service has gone WAY downhill.

I've bought thousands of dollars of parts from here over the years and never had an issue until recently. Wrong parts and packed poorly. Customer service is non existant, you literally cannot speak to anyone. I have to pay to return a failed radiator? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

20+ orders and counting, never had a bad experience with them. I’ve Had to warranty out some parts in the past, never any hassle or any issues, They handled it professionally and timely. Great prices on quality parts and quick shipping times. Highly recommend them! A lot of complaints I’ve heard about them or the parts they sell come from the customer not doing research on the parts purchased prior to ordering.

I selected a part for my vehicle on Rock autos website. I have a 2007 Mercedes Benz C230 I selected rear control arm, Delphi TC2458, Rock Auto changes the order to Delphi TC389, and I don’t know this until the part is already shipped. I know part TC389 doesn’t fit because they already shipped it in the suspension kit I bought from them earlier. TC389 is not even listed for my vehicle. Now I am out the expedited shipping I paid for and I have to pay for shipping for their mistake. No customer service to make this right. Rock Auto has lost a good customer for life. Never again.

I have ordered a few times from Rock Auto. One occasion they sent me the wrong part and I had to pay to return it. I also noticed that any item shipped from the Bronx warehouse will get shipped all around the country before it gets to the correct address because the warehouse places barcodes on the box that interferes with the post office scanners. This happened to me a few times and there is no way to reach out to Rock Auto so they can correct the issue. Would like to give a better rating but the lack of customer service is a big problem.

Terrible experience with RockAuto. I purchased an Anchor 9885 engine mount for my 2014 Honda Civic, and it was completely defective. The car vibrated even worse than with the old worn-out mount. When I contacted customer service, they offered only an $8.15 refund unless I shipped the part back to the U.S. from another country—completely unreasonable. RockAuto refuses to take responsibility for selling a low-quality part. This could potentially violate consumer protection laws like the UCC and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. They don’t warn about the poor quality of some brands and don't offer fair solutions when problems arise. I will never buy from RockAuto again and do not recommend this store. If you're ordering from outside the U.S., think twice—they won't stand behind their products if something goes wrong.

Needed to return a bad OEM power brake booster under a two-year warranty. I followed the directions carefully and had no issues. They give you the option of returning the part first and they ship out the replacement after inspection. I chose to have them bill my credit card and reimburse me after the part was returned to them. I got the replacement part the next day! I shipped the bad part with their shipper label, got a confirmation e-mail in a couple of days and then the notice of credit to my credit card in about three days.

I always order my brakes and rotors from this site, and I never had an issue until recently. However, I believe it was UPS fault because the box was damaged, so now my rotors are warped. Next time, I will be waiting for my delivery at the door, and if the box is damaged, the delivery person will have to take it back immediately.

Rockauto is a fantastic auto parts supplier. You have to really understand what parts your buying , which aftermarket parts vendors are the best quality and finally you need to know where they are coming from and plan your project accordingly. If you have an issue you have to be patient, and be prepared to eat return shipping if you did not research properly. The prices are always the best and if your savy you can by quality clearance parts for a fraction of retail.

Avoid RockAuto at All Costs – Worst Customer Service Ever! If I could give RockAuto zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. They take your money, send the wrong or defective parts, and then completely disappear when you try to get help. Their so-called "customer service" is non-existent—good luck getting a response to an email because they flat-out ignore you. No phone support, no real way to get help, just an endless loop of automated garbage that gets you nowhere. And if you think you'll get a refund easily, think again. They’ll give you the runaround, make you pay for return shipping (even if it’s their mistake), or just refuse to take the part back at all. At this point, they might as well be thieves because they take your money and leave you stuck with junk parts. Do yourself a favor—spend a little extra and buy from a company that actually values customers. RockAuto is the worst in the business, and I wouldn’t trust them with a lawnmower part, let alone anything for my car. Buyers beware!

Customer Service is non existent for this company. I was initially given a really not helpful Ai response. When I finally got an associate to communicate with they closed the communication ticket after one email back and forth. These are the “matching calipers” I was sent and told I was SOL. I Offered to cover shipping both ways if someone could actually look at a part number and send me one that was alittle closer in fit and finish. I ordered the right parts and this is the trash service I get. I’d be embarrassed if I got a brake job and this is what I ended up with. Clearly they just want to charge you the parts restocking fee and don’t want resolution for the customer. Thanks again I really do appreciate the stellar service.
