I had an incredible experience at the Apple Store Manhasset thanks to Antonio. I arrived right before closing, stressed and worried that I wouldn’t be able to resolve my issue that night. Not only did Antonio reassure me, but he stayed nearly 45 minutes after the store had closed to make sure everything was taken care of. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He never rushed me, explained everything clearly, and made sure my device was fully set up and working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer care — especially at the end of a long workday. Antonio truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for his help. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for him. Thank you again for outstanding service!

Excellent service from start to finish. Employees were busy of course because this is an Apple Store; customers have a lot of questions and it should be understood that these visits will take 5-10 minutes. Natasha helped us above and beyond and we are grateful for her insight and kindness. Management was also very helpful and we were able to accomplish our trade in objectives. Thanks again Natasha and staff!

I went there with my mom yesterday. I was very impressed with the quality of help especially with the highest quality of technology in world. The was staff who helped with very reasonable and very knowledgeable. Especially the new the new glass for my phone. Hopefully they the manager will read this. Respect for your work.

They’re really knowledgeable here. More so than many Apple stores I’ve been to. They’re also polite and have great customer service skills. Wonderful people work here.

I had an issue with my charger and I came early for my appointment but I noticed a lot of employees just standing around and just chitchatting, instead of resolving my simple issue. I heard one conversation about dogs and another conversation about working out. After finally getting some help, it was discovered that the charger was fine with other devices, but for some reason, it didn’t work with my iPad. The issue was the wire itself and it wasn’t damaged or anything because it worked fine with other devices, just not connecting to my iPad. The staff was not able to help me at all and told me I just had to buy another wire and spend about $30. He did offer a discount however it didn’t make sense to spend money for a product that should’ve worked in the first place. I asked the staff to see if they can fix the wire because the wire should be working. It does work for other devices, such as the store employees ipad and the stores MacBooks. My iPad was also working just fine because they tried another wire and it charged fine. The only solution they gave me was to buy another wire when the wire was working fine with other devices. Seems like they were just trying to scam me because they didn’t even bother trying to fix the wire. They said that they don’t fix wires here and that typically you just have to buy another one. This is the last time I’ll ever buy an Apple product ever again. What a terrible experience..

Worst customer service ever they couldn’t get my phone to work was there for almost 4 hrs. I got home and I got the phone to work my self. Thanks for wasting my time. Don’t waste your money n time with the so called Apple experts. I guess because if the device wasn’t bought from them they don’t care to help. Worse store in manhasset is the Apple Store.

I would like to thank the employees Lance and Adam for being wonderful. Lance being calm, cool and collected while also patient. Adam assisted me in setting up my Apple Watch series 11 with such a cheerful personality. I would like to thank the manager of the Manhasset store of having cultural diversity in the employee staff not to mention an excellent team. I’ve recently have had an unpleasant, distasteful and regretful experience with the Smith Haven Apple Store location and recommend everyone to reconsider going to this location for wonderful customer service. Not to mention for the manager of the Smith Haven location should take notes from the Manhasset location so they can better their team. Thank you to the Manhasset location for all your help. The product is excellent. However, the service out my mind. First of all, pay $1000 shop in store they don’t even have a sofa for waiting area. Secondly, I ask a bottle water, no body even answer me. Last, they sell products only, not service. Do you know how e-sim drive you crazy? T-mobile and Verizon is none of my business. Do it by yourself. My dear ~

Jeffery went above and beyond to help my elderly mother in law with her purchase weeks ago. She doesn’t know much about phones and he did an amazing job helping her. She spoke about the gentleman the whole car ride home and how it’s so rare to find staff who have patience with the elderly

Terrible experience today. I came to this Apple Store around 2:20 PM to get my phone repaired. I checked in, and the staff said someone would call me in about two hours. But guess what? They never even asked for my phone number — just my name and email. By 4 PM, no text, no email, no call — nothing. So what’s the point of “checking in” if no one actually follows up? The management at this location really needs to get it together. The check-in team is the most important part of the store — without a proper check-in process, no customer gets any service. It’s ridiculous. Also, the vibe in this store is completely off. You walk in, nobody greets you. The staff just stand around chatting. When I asked if I could buy a phone, someone told me to go “check in at the front.” Then even after checking in, I still waited another 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Seriously disappointing for an Apple Manhasser Store. Anyone knows how to make complaints to Apple management team? I have videos shows story.

I had a really poor experience and encountered a potential safety hazard that Apple refuses to take responsibility for. After updating my iPhone 15 Plus to iOS 26, it began crashing repeatedly and emitting a strange chemical smell. When I brought it to the Apple Store, I was shocked to learn that the battery had swelled--a clear safety issue. Despite this being a defect that could pose serious risks, the staff offered little help. Their only "solution" was to charge me $425 to replace the whole mainframe. They then suggested a $99 battery replacement but warned that it might not work, and if it didn't, I'd still have to pay another $425 for full repair. That's absurd. What happened to consumer product safety? Apple used to stand behind its products, but this experience showed me how far it has fallen--more focused on profit than customer safety. Also don't even bother contacting Apple support, they'll just tell you they don't know any better cause they're all incompetent.

The staff was very courteous, the store was busy .. however, they did not honor the appointment time. I made an appointment for 5:00pm to pick up a device that I purchased online. It was close to 6:30pm before the device was ready. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if you have to wait anyway.

This Apple Store is terribly managed, had to wait almost 30 minutes to get help with an Apple Watch exchange when the store is barely busy. I get faster service at the 5th Ave Apple Store with 100 times more people than this place. The staff seems poorly trained and organized and don’t know how to use their system. Seems like they need new management at this place.

Bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and Mohammed was very helpful with my phone buying purchase for in store pickup. It’s a great store in a great location. It was pretty packed because the new iPhone came out, but overall I had a great experience. Everyone was happy and helpful and service was smooth and quick.

Not the best experience at this Apple Store. Kinda disappointed because it was my first time purchasing an apple product. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I do regret not just walking out and going somewhere else. I still got my items but if I could give zero stars I would. The experience wasn’t worth it. Take your money elsewhere. Next time I know just to walk away and go somewhere else.

Get your stuff delivered to your office or go to a different store. These people are hopeless. The Apple in-store experience is supposed to have greeters who help you as soon as you enter and direct you. It's perfectly fine if people are busy and you have to wait your turn but in this store you can't even get acknowledged to be in a wait list to wait your turn. It's truly staffed by a bunch of people just sitting around doing whatever they want and no one's in charge. In the store people just lounge around and talk and do nothing and it's impossible to find someone who will even tell you where to go to get the proper response. Customers are treated as the lowest priority. The store is truly is staying on the Apple name... Proverbial worm in the Apple.

My sister and I just went to pick up our MacBook, iPad, and AirPods that we ordered online for in-store pickup. As soon as we got to the door, there was a employee (white dude) wearing a cowboy-style hat who looked us up and down and gave us a look that made it clear we were being profiled. It’s really disheartening to experience things like that in 2025. Thankfully, the two girls who helped us inside were incredibly kind and respectful, and we appreciated their professionalism. As for people like that man I just pray for them. May God soften their hearts and guide them toward better. I let the girls know that the man at the door made us feel very uncomfortable the moment we walked in. They were understanding, but honestly, that experience was enough for me. I won’t be coming back to that store again.

Excellent service and lots of ample parking. I came into the store on a Sunday before closing time . My MacBook Pro was having major issues. I want to give major props to staff members Kwame , Bishop ( Matthew) and Arooj for going out of their ways to resolve my concerns. My ? is up and running like new . Extremely Satisfied. Excellent service, great location no waiting even though it's full, everywhere else is full. I prefer Samsung, learned they charge to to fix the battery, sorry I'm not into the Apple tax for recurring revenue, but if you are an Apple person this is definitely your place.

I observed my I phone 13 pro battery getting weak because every day I fully charged the phone turns it off within 2 mins. In couple of days I saw my phone battery bloated . I made appointment November 6th went to the store technician said it’s gonna cost you $600-$700 because phone might be have internal issues. You can buy new one because it’s not worth it to fix it. However, I made appointment to the local phone shop he changed the battery and phone completely works fine. It cost me $125 dollars.

This location is busy but not overcrowded. Better than any location attached to a mall. Staff are friendly and it’s easy to set up an appointment if you make one in person. One of the tech guys walked through every possible scenario of the issue I was having with my AirPods. Tip: Request a note to be left on file in case you need to revisit for the same issues.

I know all the staff in this place does the best to provide their best posible customer service experience but honestly took forever to get someone to help me and even with a few customers in the store, and they didn’t resolve my problem, I need to schedule another appointment.
