My experience with BMW of Manhasset over many years of repeat business is always perfect. Shirley handles everything professionally and with extreme care. I can’t say enough about her and staff, all professionals including Priscilla and Mason. Highly recommended 5 stars!

Priscilla the finance manager is great! Very friendly and quick to respond to questions. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure all my concerns were explained.

He has such a pleasant demeanor and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Every staff member we interacted with—from reception, to the finance department, to the technology expert—was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a new car should be exciting and fun, and the team at BMW Manhasset absolutely delivered on that. They went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The facility itself is also worth mentioning. It’s modern, clean, and incredibly spacious, which makes it easy to view the vehicles from every angle. The best experience with my wonderful dealership, his name “Whiddon” , has been exceptional. You'll definitely remember his name and how dandy he is. Initially, I had no knowledge about cars, but he provided me with all the information I needed, along with promotions and offers to help.
