Very nice people working there. Steve and Sal are very helpful. Did a very good job. Very good communication. Definitely will use this shop again in the future.

They moved incredibly slowly knowing that they’d go over the 30 day rental my insurance was paying for. They said they’d work it out with the insurance, not to worry. Then as they continued to go over the 30 days they said they’d take care of it with my deductible. When I finally got my car back they said they’d would cover the $500 rental cost by waiving my $200 “betterment” fee. When I asked one of their workers what a betterment fee was he told me and added “but we usually waive that.” I should add the last 2 full days they kept my car was to balance the tires (maybe a 45 minute process) and they needed a calibration guy “to come and check the calibration? So they basically kept my car 4 days over the set time, lied to me, and cost me an extra $500 on top of the $500 deductible. Never again.

World-class service every time I have used Manhasset Collision. They have always been very prompt in taking care of the entire repair process and ensuring that I am always informed. The bodywork of the repair has always been flawless, and the vehicle has always been returned to me clean. This last time was a sideswipe, and they took care of the repair in just two days. Hopefully, you never need it, but if you are looking for a great auto body repair shop, look no further.

I brought my car to Manhasset Collision for a repair job, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. After the service, I found the engine cover and bolts left loose in the back seat instead of being properly reinstalled under the hood. This isn’t just sloppy, it’s a basic part of reassembly and should’ve been caught before returning the car to me. Worse, these parts could’ve become dangerous projectiles in the event of a sudden stop or accident. When I reached out to them, the only solution offered was for me to come back to the shop, which is highly inconvenient given my schedule and something I shouldn’t have to do just to correct their oversight. It’s frustrating because it felt like my job may have been treated with less care due to it being a lower-cost repair compared to higher-ticket work. Regardless of the size of the job, I expect professionalism and thoroughness. I hope this shop takes this as a reminder to treat all repairs with equal care and to follow through on even the small but important details.

A fender bender handled with Gieco brought me to Manhasset Collision. PASSENGER SIDE : Front Door, Rear Door, Quarter Panel, Taillight, Rim Repair. $3500 repair $440 rental all covered Gieco The whole team from front of the house and the detail from their master technicians shine through in their work and timing. The customer care gave me a sense of confidence through the whole 2 week process. I would recommend anyone handling a claim to use MC as their families Go-To repair shop here on Long Island.

I can’t say enough about Joe and his team at Manhasset Collision! They truly went above and beyond to help us remove some of the deeper scratches on our Jaguar. From the start, they were incredibly kind and courteous, taking the time to understand our concerns and working closely with us to ensure a quick and seamless fix. The entire process was efficient, and their dedication to quality really showed in the results. If you’re on the North Shore and need any bodywork done, I highly recommend Manhasset Collision. They genuinely care about their customers and deliver top-notch service.

Great experience! They arranged everything from vehicle inspection to rentall car delivery and return at their location. Very professional and easy to work with. As a bonus, they return your car sparkling clean inside and out. Highly recommend.

If you're reading Google reviews about Manhasset collision, trying to figure out whether or not they're a good body shop, I'm here to tell you they are a great body shop. Over the last 8 to 10 years I have brought them my 2011 Toyota Camry, my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, my 2020 Lexus GX and finally my 2022 Toyota Venza. Unfortunately for me they all needed bodywork, fortunately for me I picked the right shop. Their work is impeccable and they usually have a very quick turnaround. You can't go wrong bringing your car here.

Manhasset Collision was awesome! Unfortunately, due to bad luck they repaired my car twice, and I am glad it was them. I chose them the first time because they were highly recommended, as well as the reviews. I chose them the second time because of the quality of workmanship. I could not have chosen a better auto body shop. I have never utilized the services of a auto body shop that would give weekly updates rgarding my vehicle as well as the quality of work. The staff are accommodatig, kind, patient and above all professional, which made the whole experience stellar. Many many thanks to Kelly, Anthony, Joe and Glen. I highly recommend them for all of your auto body repairs.

Manhasset Collision generously repaired and donated a vehicle to one of our Marine Corps veterans from Veterans Rebuilding Life. I cannot express how wonderful the repairs were! The entire repair team did exceptional work! Truly, they delivered the car at a showroom quality. Immaculate. The care would have passed for brand new, never having been damaged. Not only that, the Manhasset Collision team were kind, thoughtful, attentive, and helpful. When the veteran needed an inspection, they drove the car for him to a place they trusted around the corner. They took care of every detail and went above and beyond. I promise you, if you leave your car with Manhasset Collision, you will not be disappointed. They will become like family to you. Manhasset Collision was great! They kept me informed throughout the process. My car was ready prior to the estimated date. They worked directly with the insurance company, so there was little for me to do. Glenn was so helpful & courteous.

Glenn was great very respectful & professional, some a$$ stole my wife's airbag and broke a window. Went through Geico handled tow & fixed everything took a week. Car looks great cleaned up nice & even had my stainless steel water bottle I forgot in the car with the water still in it. Highly Recommended.

I needed body work for my 2020 Nissan Rogue after being hit from behind and am so glad I took it to Manhasset Collision. Walked in and Glenn who was great from start to finish had an estimate done for me in 20 minutes. He also dealt with the person who hit my car as they didn't want to go through insurance and wanted to pay themselves. Glenn handled it all as if he was my agent. I was updated by his assistant, who I wish I knew her name because she was very good also. The entire operation was extremely professional and my car came back looking brand new. Clean as could be. Can't give enough stars to MC and everyone who works there

Best auto place to go to hands down. They have such nice employees. They work great with your insurance company. They are fast and efficient. They call every few days to update you on your car. If you need a rental they have them pick you up and drop you off and their prices are fantastic. A+++

I recently used this shop that was highly recommended to me by my co worker. My car went into the shop for a hood replacement, windshield and fenders. they a horrible job with lining up my fenders. My car came out with 2 new issues which are my alarm not working and my front headlight off. Brought it to there attention and the shop did not want to pay for it. I’ve only had my car for 3 years now… my alarm and lights were working just fine. Look at the pictures I’ve provided my car was just fine until this shop… this is sad.

I recently used Manhasset collision for my wife's Mercedes SUV to fix a bumper, a light and a mirror. I was a little hesitant because I wanted Mercedes to fix it but my insurance company wouldn't pay the high fee Mercedes was charging. I left the SUV with Anthony @ Manhasset collision and after about 1 week I was called to pick it up. I was shocked......they did an amazing job. In addition, they detailed the car inside and out. I'm so happy I found this place and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for an amazing job and for keeping my car clean throughout the process!

I came here with my 19’ brz for body work repair and paint for first time after seeing the good reviews online. They are very nice and professional. They fixed everything that was damaged and the paint and body looked fantastic. They took it upon themselves to detail my car to make it look perfect when I came to pick up. It took longer than expected for the repairs mainly due to the arrival of all the parts needed. They went out of their way to make my car perfect and I really appreciate all the work they put into my car.

I went to Manhasset Collision after getting into a little fender bender. The insurance company set me up with an appointment there the next day -- and the damage was pretty significant. The car was fixed in 11 days and the process was seamless! The facility is beautiful (which can rarely be said about an auto body shop!) and the people were great (I worked with Glenn and he was the best!). Definitely recommend this spot!

I have nothing but great things to say about Manhasset Collision! My bumper and side panel got damaged on my brand new BMW X1 and when I took it in, Glenn was so knowledgeable and helpful! Actually, everyone I came into contact with was awesome. The work was done quickly and impeccably. My car looks new again! Even though this wasn't a big job, I felt they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

5/5 stars. Incredible attention to detail. My 2016 Audi sustained over 10k worth of damage and it was returned to me looking as perfect as it did the very day I bought it. They truly went over and above to make sure I was 100% satisfied with every piece of work that was completed.

Sent my Silverado here to get body work done due to a hit and run. This shop was great! The left panel on the bed of my truck had to be replaced and the replacement/paint job was perfect. They waxed and cleaned the inside of my truck as well. Looks brand new!

I brought my Mazda here at first because the reviews were good, and they gave me the most accurate estimate. They followed through with an incredible job, replacing the driver side fender with a great paint job to match. Honestly I would have paid more for the outcome. Cleaned the interior too; in the past four years living in NY this is the best repair shop I’ve visited.

My experience with Manhasset Collision was EXCELLENT! After taking my BMW to get repaired multiple times, they couldn't figure out what the problem with my sensor was. Thankfully, I was recommended to Manhasset Collision by a friend and they took care of every detail, through contacting my insurance to obtain a rental and even finishing my car in less than 2 days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Manhasset Collision made repairing my car a seamless experience. After walking out and seeing my front end damaged I needed a place to get my car repaired quickly. Benny, Lisa and Danielle handled everything from towing my car, obtaining the rental, to repairing the damage. Manhasset Collision kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. They're professionals at restoring your car back to it's original showroom finish. I will reccomend this place to anybody who needs quality autobody work.

Manhasset Collision fixed our BRZ tS good as new! They're so confident of their work that they offer a Lifetime warranty on what they do. I definitely recommend them to anyone. The paint finish was done great, no orange peel at all. Going over the car we saw work that impressed and great attention to detail. They made the process painless. They always kept us updated on what was going on with the car. They never got fed up with our annoying and pestering calls, so I would give them 6 stars if I could!
