I cannot say enough good things about this company! We needed a large telehandler last second for a big project- they made it happen at an extremely reasonable price. (Sunbelt canceled on me a couple of days prior to our job, and GT MidA was THOUSANDS cheaper for a monthly rental). Tom in rentals customer service is just incredible- he is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless with drop off and pickup- without additional hidden fees. Every person I've spoken with at this company has been pleasant. Thank you Tom & GT Mid-Atlantic, I will definitely utilize you guys for future projects.
This whole company is a disgrace they don’t care about nobody but themselves and all they’re worried about is getting paid we should all pull together and Not pay them nothing. They don’t provide a quality service and they don’t sell quality equipment it’s all junk. And they don’t help you in anyway place needs to file for bankruptcy and go out of business
Horrible customer service, worst experience I have had with a company.
I called Groff Tractor over 2 weeks ago to get one of my machines serviced, I was told that someone would be by the following week and that I would receive a call. After waiting the whole week, I decided to call again asking what happened to be told that they did not know but that they would reschedule me for the upcoming Thursday. I waited the whole day for them and took off work and no one came to service my machine. I have now spent over 2 hours on the phone being transferred from parts to service , back to parts, and back to service again. Every time it is a new person having no clue what I am talking about. This company really needs to have a much better system for scheduling service appointments. I wasted my whole day and , quite frankly , the last three weeks.
