First I want to thank God for leading me to this dealership! I worked with Ray, and when I tell you his customer service and care is impeccable, that is what I mean. He worked with me to get me into the truck I desired. There was even a slight malfunction wrong with a dash light, and he made sure it was fixed and safe for me to drive. Had the best experience here. Mike and Ray are the best and made purchasing a car very easy and made the process so smooth. I looked at the car just before they were closing on a Saturday, put a down payment, and by Monday I had the car. The car has been great! I was in market and looking for specific vehicle SPORT PACKAGE and stop by to Express auto mall and I bought my car from Express Auto Mall in 02/09/2024 2019 LEXUS IS 350 AWD sport and I am very satisfied with my purchase. My car has had no problems at all, just normal wear and tear, I think is normal condition for 5 years old vehicle and Mike was is extremely honest and helpful, he sells top quality used cars. If you are looking for a car, this is the dealership to go to. I’m very pleased with Mike’s service and care for customer satisfaction. My girlfriend and I drove down to NJ (about an hour from where we live in NY) to look at a car at a neighboring dealership. We were not satisfied with the other dealership, so we began to drive home. She suggested, since we’ve already driven an hour away, that we should give another dealership a chance. Express Auto Mall was right up the street with much better reviews. We parked, and already, the first impression was much more delightful than where we just came from. The cars look great, and I caught my eye on a Volkswagen Jetta. Mike is very polite. He gave us time to look around before approaching. Then, when we expressed our interest, we took the car for a test drive. I’ve never owned a vehicle that was not a 6-cylinder, but for a 2016 Jetta to be in this type of condition, I thought I would be foolish to turn it down. Mike helped me with being approved for a loan, registered the car for me, and gave me temporary plates, until my New York plates were mailed to me. As everyone does when they buy a used car, as soon as I purchased the car, I brought it to one of my good friends that is a mechanic. He worked at Lexus in Middletown, NY for years, before quitting and opening his own shop. And full transparency, in my mind, if you’re going to buy a used car, you should account for a couple hundred dollars, just to fine-tune some things, and that’s what I did. There was no major issues. The car had decent tires, but my mechanic suggested I get new ones, so I did. One of the car’s axels was minorly leaking oil, so we fixed that, which was a couple hundred dollars. One of the daylight lightbulbs was out, so I fixed that. We also performed an oil change, which was weird since Mike told me they just performed one when they received the car to their lot. Everything was good until I put about 200 miles on the car. The oil light popped on, and my mechanic said I need to bring the car to him. The spec of my car is notorious for burning oil (1 quart for roughly 1,000 miles), but to be already 1.5 quarts low after 200 miles was alarming. The oil level was low, and the oil was pitch black. My mechanic ran several tests, which included draining the oil, replacing it, driving 1,000 miles, and coming back to measure how much oil we are burning. It took 450 miles to almost be short 3 quarts (5-quart engine). I called Mike and told him we have a problem. It’s either the engine, or the turbo, causing this issue. My mechanic quoted me replacing the engine entirely, which would’ve been around $3,500 for a used engine. When I told Mike, he offered to either take the car back, or offered to send me a check in the mail to help cover some of the cost. Since I liked the car so much, we chose to take the money, and I would pay the extra $1,000. After my mechanic spoke with 4 different Volkswagen techs, they concluded that the cause of the oil burning problem is the turbo. It was burning oil so fast and turning the oil to a pitch-black color, even with a new filter. The turbo was also causing my car to take several seconds sometimes to start. It was the underlying problem to everything going on, even accelerating from a red light would give me some kickback. My mechanic stated something regarding where the turbo and engine meet (I believe), there was an excess of oil just sitting there. He stated “whoever had this car before you did not do the oil changes like they’re supposed to.” I asked my mechanic how much in price it is going to cost, and he said the same (less parts, more labor compared to more parts, less labor for the engine). We ended up removing the turbo and shipping it off to a company that refreshes them and rebuilds them. It took several weeks but I finally got my car back and figured it was time to leave Mike and Express Auto Mall and 5-star review for ensuring the quality of their cars and to uphold customer satisfaction over anything else. My next car will be from here too!

Just want to Praise God, for leading me to this dealership. Unbelievably this dealership stood out to me many, many years ago while I had previous used cars. Most recently my family suffered a motor vehicle accident and lost our family vehicle and struggling with means of transportation, ultimately made a financial decision to invest into a car we desperately needed. How thankful to my God and Lord Jesus Christ, I am He made it possible for this great business so close to home, we purchased a Sonata 2009 with great mileage and condition. My husband and I are very pleased, God bless Moe and Mike, always. I had all my paperwork available and ready before the 30 days expired on my temporary plates. I had a positive experience buying a 5 year old honda here. Mike was professional, fair, and a clear communicator. He was very responsive to emails and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. The car was in good shape and my review will be updated if any major issues occur soon after purchase. I feel comfortable recommending this dealership to others. Edit: 2 month update, car is in great shape. Would definitely buy from express again. Edit: 2 year update, caf is still driving well! I've had to put some work into the suspension, no other repairs needed. Not bad for a 7 yr old honda.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Express Auto Mall. This was the second vehicle that I've purchased from them. The last vehicle I purchased I had the wonderful experience of working with Mike the owner, who is a wonderful man. This time around I had the pleasure of working with his Salesman Moe. They were both very honest, personable and efficient and did everything they could to make sure I walked off their lot with a vehicle. Even though at this point I am repairing my credit they did their best to make sure I was able to purchase a car. Which they accomplished. I definitely recommend them for any of your used car needs.

I bought a beautiful 2006 Saab convertible from them and it had a few issues but Mike and his team were quick to not only respond but also resolve the issue. I don’t think I’m the only person usually weary of used car dealerships, but they have proven themselves to be professionals. They showed up to twice to where the car wouldn’t start, towed it to a mechanic (and ask if I had a personal mechanic I would prefer to have it towed to) and replaced the battery.

I bought an Audi A4 from this place. It the best purchase I have made. I can't get bored of driving it. Mike was helpful with his information and knowledge about the car. he knows his product. No hidden fees just taxes and documents fee and you are on the go. Definitely coming to this place again to upgrade.

Recommend 100%... Bought a 2010 Porsche Cayenne from Express and everything was efficient, well-priced, and no BS at all. Went in to look at 2 other vehicles but then when I saw the Cayenne, was immediately attracted to it. Mike just handed over the keys and said you're going to love it. Took it out for a spin, came back, and closed the deal. Mike had the title on hand so I added insurance and we had a rep come over to finance the purchase. All told, was essentially in and out after I decided on the car. They sent it over to a shop to take care of a little buzzing issue, wash it, and gas it up. I came back later that same evening and drove away in my new ride. Would definitely recommend this place as the prices were fair without all those garbage fees most places add on (advertisement fee, internet fee, fee to love you fee, etc). The only cost beyond the agreed upon price was taxes (can't avoid those guys) and title fee (which was actually the title and registration fee, not hundreds of dollars tacked on for no apparent reason). Also, Mike has already demonstrated that he'll work with me on another little speaker issue so I have no concerns there. I'm very happy with my new ride and even happier that I found Express.

Mike is like working with a good friend. He always wants to make sure you are happy with the car. If any issues arise he is quick to let you know he will take care of you. He goes out of his way to instill confidence in the purchase. His cars are all very nice, no junkers. This is a company I confidently recommend. I recently bought a car from Mike at Express Auto Mall. Mike was extremely kind and let me test drive the car and was very informative. Trading in my car and receiving a new one was such an easy process. Mike had explained everything to me throughly about the warranty that came with my vehicle. Even after when I took the car to my personal mechanic and there were some minor issues, I had called Mike and he immediately told me to come in so he could fix the said issues. Pete, Mikes mechanic, instantly brought my car in and fixed the issues. They are both very caring and honest people at Express Auto Mall. I would suggest buying a car from there. They aren't like any other used car dealer out there. Only downfall I have is the communication between Pete and Mike is lacking. I wasn't made aware of when my car was finished I had to call myself after not hearing from them all day. Otherwise, decent place to do business with.
