My windshield wiper broke during a snow storm. I recently had a spinal fusion and was very limited in what I could do. Andy went out of his way to get the correct wiper, install it, and clean the remaining snow off of my car. Service like this is very rare. They will be my first stop from now on.

Kevin was incredibly kind and helpful. He installed my new battery in no time. He also ensured it was done right with good attention to detail. Would highly recommend this store.

Service here is perfect! I needed a new battery and quickly. I was in and out (with installation) in 15 minutes. They didn't try to sell me a warranty and the staff was professional and polite. This place is my new go to for car service and parts.

Guys this is the only advance auto that gives you the wrong size of rotors and then tells you “the rotor is used” just because of some grease when you tried to fit them. My suggestion do not order or buy here.

They have everything you need. The customer service is good. What i love the most is when I order for pickup my order is almost always ready within the hour.

On their website they list an available part that is at this specific location. After showing and asking the store associate the item on the store website, they tell me they dont have the item in stock and after says its only for online orders even when an option for pickup exists and is in stock according to their site. What a disappointment. Fix ur inventory or the website.

I went for battery check up this morning and what a nice guy and professional was Jason ended up getting a new battery and jason installed he did a great job ?

Great service, but needs more employees, and they are hiring.

Never going to this store again!! Thankfully there is an autozone opening up nearby. Only really had a problem with one employee but it was bad enough to make me refuse to go in there again. Called to tell the manager about the issue but she didn't seem to care at all.

Store has been open for a few months now. Very friendly employees who were willing to help you. Very clean. Plenty of parking.

The price of parts here has become exorbitant. Went in to buy an AC compressor belt yesterday. They wanted $27. On Rockauto.com the belt was $3. This is called price gouging and they will lose out in the long run if they continue this practice. Even autozone, who is notorious for price gouging, sells the belt for $22.

I came this store couple times and they never open store at the time!!! Google says 7:30am they open!! I came store at 8am but still close...

I needed new wipers for my Infiniti. They are not easy to find. I was helped by Alejandro he was very professional and pleasant. He searched the computer and the only one they didn't have in stock the the rear one but he told me he could order it from another store and it would be in the next day. It was as he said. The service was excellent he installed all 3 wipers with a very nice and pleasant personality. It was a great experience. I recommend the store for auto issue to everyone. THANKS ALEJANDRO.

Alfredo really went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and get it to my car. His patience was unmatched by any retail associate I’ve seen in a while. I wish they were all as customer service oriented as he is. This is my go to now!

This place is horrible. They gave me the wrong wheel bearing had my car down for a day your better off going to autozone never shopping here again it very pathetic

Was worried about my battery since my car wouldn't start and had to jump it one morning a few days prior to coming to the store. I called first to make sure they would check the battery due to the rain and the man told me to come on down. He put on a big yellow rain coat and came out and checked my battery which was fine and gave me great relief since I panic when lights come on when I'm driving. Great customer service!!

I usually go the Clifton location, but I went here since I was close to Totowa area. I needed to replace the low beam light bulb and I have been replacing it with Auto Zone for about 10 years. I forgot what bulb type it was and the employee stated we never sold them before and would have to get it on Amazon or the dealership. I advised him again that I always purchase it but I just need help if it’s H11B or H11C. He repeated that it’s not at the store. I gave up. I found it another store after Totowa.

Needed a battery, time was of the essence, turns out the terminal fused to the cables. 3 employees worked to get it off, and on the new battery. Thank you for doing your best for me. Great experience here

The worst advanced auto I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a single cleaning item online at 1:27pm. I went to the store at 2:45 and had to pick the item myself. Not a single customer in the store. I would drive out of my way just to not deal with this place. Unreal Avoid this place at all cost

I never buy anything of importance from advance, usually car wash stuff or air fresheners. This morning I was on a time crunch and needed a car battery. The cashier hardly spoke english and the other clerk was flat out rude. I've had good experiences at other advance locations but Totowa gets a 1 star.
