It’s safe to say my BMW is still running like a clock. Smooth, strong, and exactly what I was looking for. Everything Ameer told me about the car turned out to be true, which says a lot in today’s car market.

My wife and I were searching for over a month for the right vehicle. We saw this Dodge Grand Caravan advertised for a great price and decided to call Oto City. Originally gave this place 5 stars but changed to 1 star. I don’t think I will be back. I feel bad for giving a low score but countless things have been wrong with it. I’ve only had it not even 4 months and I had to get a whole tune up, new battery, and new cylinder head gaskets which were reallyyyy expensive and they don’t do anything to help. Not to mention it took almost two months to get my title. Shouldn’t have bought the car.
You are claiming that it's a "21 year old car and it requires regular mantenace" but what I had to get done is not just "regular maintenance". Your job is to make sure that you are selling reliable and ready to use cars and this car was not up to par. I did take it to your mechanic in paterson, but it still cost me 2 thousand dollars to fix the head gaskets. That mechanic was great. Also, you say it was sold at a discounted rate? You maybe knocked $400 off of the original price which was about $4,800, but it still ended up being $6,363 after taxes and whatever else and I didn't even get the licensing or registration through you. I had to do that on my own.
