This was from a few years ago and I should have written this then but, was too afraid to. I took my car there to have the bumper fixed after I backed up and hit another car - insurance was not used, I paid out of pocket (over $1k). The trunk itself rests on the bumper in such a way that it has left rust stains on the bumper and my trunk liner isn't even attached to the trunk. While I understand its my problem for not addressing it sooner, the work was abysmal.
Dan Matarazzo took care of me. Very professional and informative, my car was turned around and fixed very fast. Dan handled all steps involving insurance and made it effortless. Highly recommend

HORRIBLE auto body shop!!!! Very rude customer service, overpriced and horrible work , everything is wrong, body work was terrible!! Find a different shop!
SCAM ALERT !!!Do NOT bring your car here!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! Workers rude and laughing in my face… Hit a deer they Fixed the body work before checking the engine even after I told them multiple times something broke , charged my insurance over 6000 when the car is only worth 8000 now saying they will not fix the engine because they don’t know if it’s from the accident when my car drove fine before and they told me they would get the car in perfect working condition (they lied) had my car for about a month and now just told me it ready and they are going to start charging me daily, workers laughing in my face and saying I can’t talk to anyone else like the owner, that could work something out horrible everything!
Excellent service and professionalism with Tony’s Auto Body. I worked with Roger who understood my unfortunate and expensive incident and made the experience as light as possible, within reason. A great perk they offer is warranty on any work they do — which shows they are dedicated to making sure the job is done correct the first time. Would definitely recommend going to them and working with Roger.
I’ll tell you something I’ve only needed to bring a vehicle to a body shop two times in my life, Tonys Auto Body not only did an incredible job on my 2021 Chevy Colorado. They went above and beyond washing it detailing it. I would recommend them besides the professionalism, and beautiful work atmosphere
Should probably train the people you hire how to act and represent your company one your guys not even blocks away from your location harassed me nearly ran me off the road and approached my vehicle and started cursing then proceed to follow me home what a disgusting act all of this whole wearing the company shirt good way of doing business
I think this place has very good quality work. They've painted my cadillac lyriq and I was directly dealing with Dan M . I can't give them 5 stars because of the lack of communication I had to call in everyday to check on my vehicle when I was told I was going to be called and told false expectations of when my vehicle would be ready and cost as I was also told my damages were less then my deductible which wasnt true either. Further more I'm only giving this 4 stars because when I confronted Dan he was very quick to providing solutions and when I did call I was always able to reach him with in minutes and he didn't fuss at all to speak to me or say anything negative towards the solution I wanted so I really respected that he owned the situation . At the end of the day I'm okay to wait longer for good quality worked it seems perfect and they really pay attention to details . So overall I would recommend this body shop they paint for cadillacs .

First and foremost I was greeted royally by Roger and he explained what would be done. I took back the car the appointed time and was called the day after to say the car was ready. The car did not even look like it had an issue. Again Roger explained what was done and I was extremely satisfied. My car looked like it just came out of the dealers showroom. It was clean inside and out. Great job and thanks to Tony's Autobody especially to Roger Martell. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with an issue. I also plan to go back for detailing in the spring.
I brought my cars there a few times over the years but I have noticed their paint work is not so great. My front corner panel is already chipping away . But when you call them , they say sorry the warranty is approaching and nothing they can do . I may need to find other options or patronize other businesses.

First time coming and they made a great impression. Very good communication, easy to get in touch with, and they keep to their promises. I thought I had an issue and when I spoke with them on the phone, they brought me back and took me right away…few moments later they bring me into the shop and clearly show what’s wrong and nothing they did was wrong or incorrect. I simply had another issue that wasn’t covered by insurance but simple $90 fix for me
This shop was contracted to work on the rear of my vehicle. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and returned it to me dirty with various bird droppings. One of the bird droppings damaged the paint in the front of my vehicle. I asked to speak with the owner but they keep passing me to Dan who said that management will not be fixing my vehicle that was damaged in their possession.

I didn’t have a good experience at Tony’s as most of these reviews state otherwise. I had a accident occur to my vehicle’s driver side. I decided to bring my 2018 Jeep to get serviced. It took over a month to fix.
I received my car back and paid my dues. Once I pulled off the lot onto the highway a piece window trim from my Jeep flew off. (The area from which Tony’s “fixed”) Thankfully it didn’t hurt anyone behind me while I was driving. Nonetheless Tony’s replaced the piece.
Having looked at my Jeep further I noticed a imperfection on the window trim. I can’t believe it. I’m super annoyed and paid for quality work which I didn’t get.

I was provided with excellent and professional service. i have heard many great things regarding this auto body shop by many, yet they still managed to go above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very helpful in assisting and answering any questions I had. Roger was my point of contact and speaking with him throughout the process certainly placed my mind at ease as he walked me through every step. This is an honest review. I got my bumpers and rocker panels painted here but I mounted them myself. And to be honest the first time they painted it it didn't come out great. There were a lot of flaws and I had to bring the parts back to get them painted properly. But the end result was on point. If they paint that way the first time everytime then I'll they'll be a great shop. Price was reasonable.
Did great work on my front and rear bumper - 2016 Challenger. Looks brand new. They also cleaned and shined my wheels and tires so it looked nice when I picked it up. The work took only a few days and they were very responsive to any questions I had.
I recently brought my ‘05 Mazda RX-8 here to get my rear bumper replaced. They did a great job! Domingo achieved an excellent paint match with a difficult color (“Black Cherry Mica”) and the new bumper fits perfectly. They even offered to store my old bumper in their shop while I tried to sell it on Craigslist!
Worst experience and service I have seen ! So I take my car there after I been hit and mind you my car had no problem, just got it from service and few weeks ago. So Tony’s find a problem with the heater and tells my insurance that they Don’t Think is from the accident so now they want to charge extra to see if it is or not ! I didn’t take it there for people to think so I took it back and Brought it to Nissan dealership and what you think they told me, yes it was caused from the accident and I have Receipts from the service from my car that if was good before the accident, Tony auto shop just try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you. Very disappointed never would take a car back there again.
